Dutch Passion Shaman Die vierzehnte Woche begann sonnig und warm und endete mit dem Beginn einer massiven Starkregen Front. Über 70 Liter Wasser werden in 48 Stunden fallen. So entschied ich zum Ende der Woche, beide Shamaninnen mit einem Gartenschirm zu schützen. Die Blüten schwellen, die Aufregung steigt. Ich kontrolliere die Pflanzen täglich, um sicher zu stellen, dass beide weiterhin gesund bleiben und ich am Ende saubere und harzig leckere Buds ernten kann. Und diese Zeit ist gut investiert, denn ich entdeckte zu Beginn der Woche eine Blüte, die verdächtig aussah und sofort herausgeschnitten wurde. Shamanin No. 1, die stickstoffüberfütterte grüne Dame hatte ganz oben ein klein wenig Fäulnis zwischen Blüte und Stiel. Im Laufe der Woche konnte ich dann nichts weiteres mehr finden. Auch der Schnitt ist sauber verheilt. Beide stehen gut da. Als klar war, dass es über Tage massiv regnen wird, habe ich begonnen beiden Shamaninnen nur noch sparsam Wasser zu geben. Ein bisschen Trockenstress soll sich gut auf die Trichom Bildung auswirken und ich hoffe, dass sie so in der kommenden Woche durstig und mit geschlossenen Spaltöffnungen weniger anfällig für Pilze sein wird. Denn eines ist sicher: Die kommende Woche wird für uns drei heftig. Ich habe das miese Virus und oben drauf noch eine bakterielle Bronchitis. 29 Grad Fieber. Knock out. 🤒 Zu den Pflanzen werde ich trotzdem täglich hinfahren. Bissl frische Luft tanken. Danke für‘s vorbeischauen! 🤞💚

Well, this grow has come to an end. I have mixed feelings about that, as I enjoyed the journey, but at the same time I can't wait to try this stuff. 😁 Man, I knew from the start it was likely I was going to get addicted to opium. 😶 But hey, what the hell, I gotta know. She was a bit of a job to trim, many breaks to clean the scissors, but me and my grow neighbor plus another bro got her done in about 3.5 hours. She's hanging pretty in the infamous spare bedroom and I can't wait for her to dry up and go into the Grove bags for a cure. Of course, strictly for quality control purposes, a sample will be tested by our expert panel of esteemed judges prior to the cure. SMOKE REPORT Well, the results are in! And it was unanimous I might add for the record. We have 4 esteemed judges who are now addicted to opium. I was worried that might happen, and my worries were well founded apparently. First, let me go over the rigorous requirements our judges faced in making our decision. Aroma? Check. Flavor? Check. Stoniness Factor? Are two checks allowed? Yield? Check. Ease of grow? Check. The opium produced a very nice earthy and dank flavor. The aftertaste after indulging has a sweet undertone to it, very nice! This is a fairly strong strain, definitely couch-lock. Buy oh so tasty, love it! I will be growing it again, and soon. This one’s a winner.

Day 5 : The Apricot was still stuck in its seed so I decided to remove it. I broke one cotyledon during the process. Hopefully, the second seed was still in the paper towel and was already out of the seed shell. I replaced the plant 1 with the plant 2. The root of the plant 2 seems more developped than the plant 1. So in the end, I guess it's a good thing I broke the cotyledon of the plant 1 because the plant 2 looks stronger. Day 8 : The plants in the soil developed pretty well so I decided to get rid of the back-up seeds and took some pictures before throwing them away. They were all out of their shell with nice root, great seeds! This week unfortunately I am taking the not so good frosty gelato out of environment... Been 0% progress and not enough bud sites to keep her. One of each left - Vanilla Frosting & frosty gelato Both still looking fabulous the flower nutrients have now been removed leaving the ripen at full strength but cal mag is now half the amount Next week is start of flush week.

Raised the wattage to 562w and the light by a few inches. 11/17 PHed reservoir water to 5.8 PH and readjusted the air-tubes to make access easier. 11/18 Water added and PHed at 5.6. More Hydro-ton was added to the net-pots of plants that are ready. 11/19 Reservoir PHed at 5.8 for each plant. The temperatures are a little high from the wattage increase in the light so I raised the light more to reduce it. 11/20 Plants are looking healthy! Reservoirs PHed to 5.6 and water was added. Back right plant has genetic instability's but we're going to give her a chance for science. 11/21 PHed the water targeting 5.9. Started pulling the intake to reduce temperatures outside as the weather gets colder outside. 11/22 Added water the reservoir and PH adjusted to 5.8. Added the upper fans to the tent for increased air circulation. Overall this week was fantastic and I'm looking forward to the lapse going on from here! The plants are healthy despite one plant showing genetic issues the rest are looking great so far. The growth this week was explosive and I suspect this next week is going to be just as so. Hopefully I will find a solution to the lines in the time-lapse caused by increasing the wattage such as a lens or something. Please feel free to leave any questions below 😎

I'm happy, the harvest is approaching, I'm stopping to fertilize and next week I'm going to water only with clean water.

While we're not huge on autoflower plants, this one turned out really nice, not a huge yield, maybe just over an Oz dry but her bag appeal can't be beat.. we may actually grow this strain again but probably outdoors, our autos always seem to preform better in the garden. 4th week of Flower is over. Observing some darkening on the tips of the Yellow Orange. Checked ph of the soil and my nutrient plan again. They seem to be fine. My guess is that it is either some sort of light stress or just a genetic trait. I slightly increased the height of the light. I would hardly believe that it is a day-night temperature difference effect. Let’s see how it goes in the coming weeks. Target VPD is still set to 1,5 with 24 Celcius Target Temp. Wow, it seems like an eternity has passed - the cycle turned out to be hard, and really risky😕 There were moments when the plant stood for days without lighting, thank Jah without stress, and negative consequences. But we still managed to reach the finish line, with a good result. First of all, I want to thank all the people of good will who did not leave my country in trouble, did not give it to a maniac to be torn to pieces. I am not a young man, but still, it was one of the most powerful revelations of my life, and I will never forget it.
