Samsationalseeds First week of germination. I requested a batch of seeds in hopes of submitting for the American Cup. I know I came close with the germination date. I was busy this summer, so I was only free halfway through October. I use a shot glass and water method and the germination.For all five seeds took less than two days for them to pop out of the shell. I accidentally killed one of the five by drowning.It that is human error not the breeder's error all five germinated

Samsationalseeds All these videos were taken within the first week.The last video was taken october twenty second, so that's literally like two to 7 days after seeds germination in water shot glass Even though it says weak one technically, this is the first seven days of its life.

Samsationalseeds This is my first official attempt at deep water culture. I've had tried in the past, but I have given up on those plants because they grew too fast and would not fit my grow. The purpose of this is to try to submit one or more for the Auto American Cup. I make clones in deep water culture, and I find it pretty easy though I've never grown plants in them. I have seen root growth go insane, and I want to copy it. I have experience with living soil. I figure deep water culture might be the cheapest option because at the end of the day we have to use nutrients.Anyway, I'd rather save dollars per gallon of high quality living soil.Whether or not I buy it or make it. I use humboldt secret liquid nutrients These are day 8 to fifteen

Samsationalseeds Week 3 Days fifteen to twenty one This was the first week for the roots of the basket plants.Hit the bottom of the basket and can be put into the water culture I most likely drowned the seeding too early and set it in the water when it was just supposed to get little air bubbles and burst of water, not sit in it. The one note. I can say, is that I potentially packed the soil too tight and did not allow the roots for the plants to establish themselves.So they were a little stunted in the baskets, and I potentially overwater them. This is something I correct for the cherry cola that fills the fourth bucket after taking the banana purple punch that was scented many weeks and frozen. I put that stunted banana purple punch in a one gallon bag, and it's bouncing back slowly

Samsationalseeds week 5 Days 29-35 The root growth in all three baskets have gone crazy. They are all in veg still. I put plastic elbows to open them up. The first banana purple punch is producing its first white hairs.

Samsationalseeds the two BPP R3 in soil went into bloom. the dwc are starting to enter bloom slowly as well 36-42 The veg and seedling cycle on the three gallon pot was short and it's gone into bloom with very little stretching. All of the plants look healthy, they look fine, no nutrient. Or PH issues Only one banana purple punch has been in bloom for about two weeks.Two out of the other four are about to finish stretching and go into bloom, and the fourth one is still a little stunted.And delayed. The cherry lemon gelato in the deep water culture just entered bloom. The gorilla z is still in veg

Samsationalseeds Day 43-49 A lot of them are showing signs of going into bloom. Doing their stretch before bloom, so they need more nitrogen before they're done stretching. My own unbiased opinions about deep water culture.I love it.It's got the precision I need and control. If you like something more relaxed, living soil is your thing, but this is mine.I'm enjoying it.Everything's growing people have already done the research.I just gotta apply it.

Samsationalseeds Day fifty, they're all looking pretty good.I'm doing a ph check every couple days Halfway through this week I noticed the banana purple punch and do you blotter?Culture was looking a little stress.A lot of her leaves were clawing and it wasn't lack of nutrients or being in the wrong p.H. i believe I either added way too many microbes or had an imbalanced liquid.Solution and so my troubleshoot was to clean the buckets, replace the water and let these plants sit in plain water for the day over at night.And tomorrow I will dose the nutrients, and we will see tomorrow.The final update and monday will be week nine.

Samsationalseeds Day 57-63 Week 9 Halfway through last week, I noticed a issue with a wilting, deep water culture bucket. I realized there was a possibility I created an imbalanced solution for my plant that shuts them out, even though it was in the correct p.H range I probably encouraged mold or stagnant root growth. They are all picking up.Don't look stressed.They look happy and pointing towards the light.

I want to preface. I have been growing for 4 years. I have had success growing since year one and have locked in on what works and what doesn't. I have made my own soil many times in the past, and I did it again this time, as it saves money. I don't want to pay four dollars a gallon for soil. When a can be made in almost sterile conditions, then you can add microbes and all the beneficial stuff. This is the first attempt where I am trying to grow deep water culture. I have tried in the past and have given up because photos have often grown too fast and unpredictably. Here I am growing fast but autos. Some are in deep water culture, and most are in living. Soil. I think in the future I will pick up more deep water culture. You already spent money on nutrients. I spend less on soil and the good components of it. I get to grow in precision and little variables that can cause stress. Fast Buds is one of my favorite brands because they are willing to uplift the community that supports them, unlike most of these other brands. Whether or not it's a light nutrient or a breeder doesn't want to interact with people in the community beyond an order. And that sickens me. Fast Buds is one of the few communities I see uplifting and giving opportunities to newcomers. I am not a bot and will forever rep four twenty fastbuds. All these other brands can kick rocks.
