Welcome to week 1 of my New Diary to Rule Them All!!! Here's the line up: 2 - CBD Medi Kush by Spliff Seeds 3 - DinaMed CBD+ by DinaFem 1 - Critical+ by DinaFem 3 - Cream & Cheese CBD by Seedsman 7 - Cherry Blossom CBD Hemp by Elevator Supply Co The 2 CBD Medi Kush plants and 2 of the DinaMed CBD+'s were all started from seed at the same time. All others are clones taken from cuttings from the plants I currently have in flower (the flowering plants are in the video). So the cuttings and seedlings were in my humidity for roughly a month. The first round of cuttings didn't do so well, so I took some more cuttings later when the plants were further into flower. A couple of the cuttings I took further into flower look amazingly good now, tons of nodes, branches, etc. Looking like a little bush. Once all surviving clones/seedlings were healthy enough I transplanted from dixie cups to small pots (I guess around 1 litre). They were transplanted into soil I had been composting and turning for 3-4 weeks. They really responded well to the transplanting and the new soil. Noticeable growth in 48 hours. My plan this grow is to go organic (or as organic as possible). While the soil was composting I added old fan leaves to the mix as well as Recharge, Mr B's Green Trees 'Growth', and Jobe's Organic granular fertilizer. I know, I know, everyone says don't use time release nutes with cannabis. BUT, The Rev said it was fine in his "True Living Organics" book. He actually recommends putting spikes in the flowering pots prior to transplant (I'm planning on trying that too). Recharge and Mr B's Green Trees don't claim to be organic specifically for whatever reason, but the ingredients include pretty much everything The Rev recommends adding to composting soil. Plus I love Recharge, that stuff is great! Organic or not I'll be using Recharge along the way. Here's the setup... First of all, I'll let you know my grow area is in my attic. The previous owners finished the attic with walls lights and even carpeting, but for some reason kept the folding attic stairs. Its pretty a pretty good space, we divide the attic in half. One side for my plants, they other for attic type storage. I have 2 2x4 tents and a larger flowering area (10x12'ish). One of the tents I use for drying only, the other is where I have these babies growing. The babies are currently under a single Viparspectra V300 300W LED. I'm having really good results with Viparspectra LED's. Bang for the buck, Viparspectra is hard to beat. I have a 2nd 300W Viparspectra which is a R300 (more reds) which is better for flowering. I may stick the R300 in the tent as well at some point, but for now the single V300 is doing a great job. In the flowering area I'm running 1000W HPS. The HPS has been kicking ass with the plants in flower now and I'm expecting more of the same with these girls when they are ready for the big time. Side note: I'm running a separate diary for the Spliff Seeds CBD Medi Kush. In that diary I'm just going to focus on the CBD Medi Kush specifically. But I did start the CBD Medi Kush and DinaMed CBD+ seeds at exactly the same time. So, in this diary I will do some comparisons and contrasts between the 2 strains as they grow. So far the DinaMed is taller, but the CBD Medi Kush has beautifully stacked node structure. This looks like its going to be a win-win. I'm also planning on doing an autoflower challenge soon. I want to try 2 plants in the flower room under 12/12 1000W HPS from seed to harvest and 2 other plants in my veg tent under 18/6 300W LED then see what the results are. I have the seeds picked out that I plan on using, but I'll keep that quiet for now in case I change my mind. Please follow and comment away!!! And then your branding/research helps give me confidence in knowing that I am working with great genetics before I even start my grow. ---------------------------- Germination Start 2/13/24 to 2/18/24 2/19 to 2/25 Veg Days 1 to 7 Week 0 to 1 Germination took 6 days from dropping in water to transplanting into 1 gallon pots. 29hours in a glass of 6.3ph room temp RO water. Something I would only attempt if they were both floating. They were,so leaving them that long they were able to crack open. I then placed both in paper towels wet with the glass water and pasted to the sides of the glass for 3 days (1 day too long in retrospect). I placed in rapid rooter pods and closed with toothpick tips. They popped out from the pods 1 day later but I gave them 2 days before transplant. Video: Incubator water level is key for rapid rooter pods to wick properly during incubation. Transplant to 1 gal pots: I am using a 50/50, 50%perlite/50%soil with a .5lb of dolomite lime and a .5ml of flora micro added to .5 gallon of RO water (Im mixing 2 gallons of soil total so the water to soil ratio is 1/4 of the total medium volume) to achieve a soil tested ph of 6.4. I am using a 50/50 soil/perlite mix because I plan to use these in auto pots. I also used about 1 cup of the same soil mix water to pour around the plant after transplant; you can see how the perlite rises to the top where I did this. I sprayed two domes and covered - I plan to leave covered for the first week. Feed: I kept them under the domes and sprayed every day that I didnt feed them, to keep humidity up while I let them find water in the soil. By the end of the week I took the domes off and took pictures. Feed this week was another 1 cup of 6.3ph water 5 days after transplant. Feed plan next week will increase the amount to 2 cups of plain-no-nute water with about 4 days between feeds. I want to see the water run through so if I need to use more than 2 cups I will. The idea is to water deep and through, but then make them search for more before the next feed, hopefully spreading the roots out while doing it. Veg Plan: I plan on 8 colas for each plant. So that will be 3 topping days and a total of 7 cuts. I will want to cut the first time on day 21 if I have 5+ nodes. I will transfer to 5 gallon auto pots with-in 1 week of the first topping. Once I have 3 nodes of new growth past the first topping, I will top those two branches to the first node again. (that's 3 cuts total by this point) Then, after 3 new nodes of growth after that, I will do a last topping on the 4 branches. (4 new cuts added to make a total of 7 cuts and 8 colas) I will train the branches using LST/HST with tie downs as soon as I can after the first topping day to help maintain the branches growing where I want them to. I will also introduce an adjustable tomato ring after they have settled into the 5 gallon forever pots to provide support and mobility Hopefully all goes well, and I will have 1 to 2 weeks of growth before flip after week 8. I think it sounds more ambitious than it really is, but if you follow this journal, we will see together.

Motherplant of this clone didn't give same buds as a clone. Shame I don't have mother plants anymore. I would recommend Durban Poison for everyone, I guess more people should feel this strain. This is my favourite sativa from 2019!

Been on 12/12 for a week. Just waiting for her to start showing some pistils. This is a bushy plant. Been plucking a few leaves every day but she will be getting a heavy defoliation soon. Nutrients per gallon .5 tsp maxigro .25 tsp maxibloom .25 tsp armor si .5 tsp calimagic .1 tsp 90/10 humic/fulvic acid Ph to 6.0 Pumping nutrients 24 hours

STRAWBERRY PIE AUTO (FASTBUDS) WEEK 5 My first solocup grow, so it's a new experience. Good color! I had hoped for some branching atleast. (Though my other plants currently in 3gal pots are branching just fine)

Super super frosty and sticky nugs, very dense and compact, big calyx, stinks, beautiful strain to grow the 2 plants of wedding cake Auto I have got the same aroma, this girl is being fed using nothing but a good soil prepared organically with complete organics by guanokalong and also seaweed powder, and also I added florians livings organics which is such an awesome organic super food for the plants that makes the strains performer better when when it comes the time to smoke you don't feel all that chemical stuff. Last week of feed for this lady :) Update end of week nine , Well the bud production this week has been absolutely crazy , She has now slowed right down on her feeding too , so the flush begins , she still needs too cloud up and go amber but she will have enough nutrients in her and the soil too last her until she ripens , she really has been a joy too watch grow and develop , I would not think twice about growing this strain ,

Day one of week 7! Saturday 3rd Oct. Yay I made it to week 7!! First week of flower! Flipped the lights and the girls are getting their first 12 hours of darkness as I type. As soon as it’s lights go on I’m gonna get the next lot of nutes in as they seemed almost ready for a feed when I put them to bed. Getting a little nervous the temps are a still bit high as we go into flower but these girls seem hardy so staying positive! UPDATE: Day 2 of week 7, Sunday 4th Oct. Girls still looking strong and nutes gone in again today. Got a fan blowing onto the outside of my tent (which is helping lots) as the slightly lower humidity levels are really heating things up with the dehumidifier working harder inside the tent now, especially around watering time. Fan at full whack, if this doesn’t work I may have to get an intake fan but was trying to avoid extra costs. Keeping a close eye 👁️ UPDATE: Tuesday 6th October Day 4 of week 7 Nutes in again and a little more teasing with the LST to keep the girls low on the stretch. Think I found a little white hair 🤩🤩 (see pics).... It’s getting exciting.. 🤓 UPDATE: Thursday 8th October Day 6 of week 7 Ok great news today.. All four ladies have some pretty little pistils all over various bud sites and no hermies in sight! Phew! 😅 Nutes going in too 👌🏼 Happy growing and all that jazz! 🍃🍁👌🏼❤️

Week 1 was a great week

This week I switched from feeding them the General Hydroponics MaxiBloom to KoolBloom. I kept the same pattern with feeding. I feed them the nutrients then just pH'd plain H20 the following day. I pH at 5.8-5.9. I also defoliate as I go so the plant doesn't get stressed out and stop focusing on flowering. These ladies are definitely starting to stink and get sticky!

Plants rebounded completely, no deficiencies to be seen. Leaves were twisting from excess blowing air. Positioned fan higher, instantly solved the problem.

Everything seems to go very good with this plant it's growing very fast is a monster in growth looks like it is on steroids fantastic genetics. The smell is very powerful now definitely give you a preview of things to come thank you for reading I will continue to update a happy grow

Hi everyone. Time for another update. Day 6 since I flipped lights. All ladies looking healthy, no stretching at all so far, might take the net down after week or two since I’m keeping them low. I also have few more clones of royal gorilla, danceworld and random autogorilla seed sitting in my veg tent. I’m very happy with CMH system too.
