7/1: This plant has been extremely fun to watch do its thing over the last few weeks. Those little mistakes I made or neglected in my first grow have significantly helped me get off on the right foot this time around. Not to mention, I feel that the plant/genetics is fairly low maintenance. As I mentioned at the end of last week's entry, I started a little LST on the lower most node. Today, I have added landscaping staples to the second lowest node to allow it to stretch out and get more light from under the quickly growing top canopy. In addition to starting LST on the second lowest node, I did bring the light down to 16 inches above canopy at 60% power. This gives me a PPFD reading of roughly 750, which could be inaccurate due to using the phone app, but it still gives me a good idea of how much I should bump light power up each time. 7/3: Today was a big day for the Mrs. Gorilla Cookie. I decided it was time to add in a bit more soil as well as some amendments. I added 3tbsp of Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4 and 1tbsp Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4. I then reapplied the landscaping staples to continue LST. The plants seem to be responding well to the light increase that I applied on 7/1. At the time, I was worried it would be too much, but the plant is really soaking it up and praying toward the light. I may increase the light a bit more at the end of the week. In addition, I plan to try out a self watering base toward the end of the week. I will going out of town soon for the remainder of July and need to test the base before I leave. I do have buddies that will help, but I would like things to be as easy as possible for them. I also hear great things on these self watering bases and if it works out will, I will definitely incorporate them into future grows. 7/6: The end of week 4 has come and this plant is really starting to kick into high gear. I do think adding in the bloom amendments really helped. Great, speedy growth, and looking green and healthy. Pistils have started to form and she's definitely starting to get a little stank. The lights are still at 60% but due to the constant growth the canopy raised causing the light to be 12 inches close and PPFD up to 950. I did notice a tiny bit of tacoing so I lifted the light a couple inches. I am now trying to keep them at a constant 14 inches above the canopy with a PPFD of around 850. I will likely hold off on adjusting the brightness for another few days, as I am liking the results I'm seeing. I started the plant on her self-watering base yesterday when I would have usually given it a feeding. Its only been a day, so its too soon to tell just how well its working, but the soil seems to be at a perfect moisture at all times. I did feed a little from the top today to help some of the nutrients that may still be at the top work its way into the pot. Overall, solid week. This grow is already shaping up to exceed my expectations and I feel pretty good about making it through the Veg stage in one piece. On to the flowering stage! As you can see the xs2000 from viparspectra builds some fat dense buds. They are full of plump milky trichomes. They are being flushed with ro water and will get chopped soon.

Seems to be recovering okay from the light burn, but noticed the leaves starting to claw up, did I possibly use to much tiger bloom that close to the light burn? I watered with plain water to a little extra runoff today, hoping that helps a little, any thoughts? New taller tent should be here in a couple days, then going to transfer plants and turn my light from 200w to the full 400w at the proper height for the last week's of flower!

This plant get early harvest but it's okay trichome and flower look ok to smoke Smell like bubble gum and grape

Still stretching out them girls are , hope they are almost done 😬.. I think the stretch is pretty well done and my 4x4 tent is full of bud sites wow this is gonna be a great finish I think🤘👌 I took my hps of the hangers and attached it directly to the top of the tent for more room . I have the cool tube hps.with lots of air flow so it doesn't get very hot.

Had a little heat issue it was hitting 110 degrees outside for four days straight and about 130 degrees in the GrowRoom didn’t have the funds to get a ac for the room but working on it so my lady’s suffered for a few days

And it looks like they didn't mind that much going to the hairdresser as they keeps on drinking the same and evolving at the same pass. They are all becoming beautiful beast ladies and im loving them all in diferent ways , so far the mor advanced one is the somango followed by the water melon followed by the no idea what it is seed and in the end e have bruce banned, im loving t he fact that they all started same time and that they all are going to finished different, this means i will be trying me second harvest plant smoking my pervious one 😝 . Defoliated week two of flower. King tut showed preflower within three days, alien tech has taken about a week longer. Because I had autos in the tent I let these two photos veg about a month longer plus I took clones from both plants so let them recover a few weeks from that as well. Three alien tech rooted and one king tut clone have now rooted. I've never cloned before so think I will do better next time. We installed a second mars hydro tent with two fc3000 lights so we have a 4 by 8 dedicated veg/auto tent. This five by five gorilla tent is now the flower tent for photos. I could probably fill the tent with a single king tut plant easy. The king Tut has gotten huge! Alien tech put a bit of stretch on but is staying more compact and bushy. These plants have been through multiple toppings at a time and lst mainly through my own ignorance but they have pulled through like champs with all the stress. In Cocodelphia which I highly recommend, auto water with hydrolock system 4 times a day for 4 minutes at 550 ppm 6.0 to 6.1 ph dtw. King tut is a little nutrient sensitive which i think is the auto genetics. I could push more ppms but she has a tiny tip of nutrient burn so not pushing it for another week then will up ppms according to general hydroponics schedule from cocoforcannabis. If your new at dtw coco follow their schedule it will get you to the end of your first grow easily.

1/8 prepare Easy combo bloom: hello then this day I prepared the easy combo bloom of the royal in 6 liters of water with controlled ph, this nutrients make the flowers become big, among other things this will be like a booster! on i bud 30/07/2019 I can say that this strain drinks! in fact, he drinks a lot and the nutrients don't seem to bother even at higher doses ... has anyone noticed the same? 17/06 if you have seen the diary from the beginning you have understood that the counting of the weeks starts when I put the seed to sprout ....

Watching trichomes closely and using plain water over the past week. The largest of the two plants stopped responding much to watering and became resplendent with milky plus amber trichomes as the leaves faded and purpled up. On 2-15 I chose to harvest her. I weighed out 3.4 oz of untrimmed wet bud on 2-16, as I plan to dry trim. Second plant harvested 2-18. I will put up a harvest report when both plants are harvested. The smaller plant is approximately a week behind. I’m pleased with the yield but I really have no experience to know how these dense meaty buds will weigh out when dried. I have only removed the most easily plucked sugar leaves to facilitate drying and later trim. I have taken two medium sized riper buds from this plant over the past two weeks to dry and sample. I have only tried the first one and will say that the buzz was potent, delightful with a very sweet delicious flavor despite being uncured and grassy. ***** Currently the scent is an almost artificial vanilla, sugar and chocolate. ****** Compared to my bagseed and my one previous grow, these plants have been resilient against transplant stress, heat, pests, and pmd. My only concern was the appearance of a ball, which I plucked off and had not since observed more of them. Unlike the smaller plant that has one large cola with many heavy but smaller ones, the larger one sported many larger colas. ****** For my next grow I would like to add more light or switch up to COBs move into a larger space, be it a tent or a diy grow room, augment my soil with coco as well as perlite, if not switch mediums entirely, be more gentle with transplant and add enzymes and bloom boosters to my supplements. ****** I know this was a long grow.
