Unfortunately is the end of this diary. I found today why the leafs lost their color so fast. The fucking spidermites 😢😢 It was just one plant not so bad. But she was Smelling so good, i was dreaming with her and now she is dead.

Everything went well More pics of her coming along with weight. I decided that since seeds are popping out, found a couple seeds on the floor, and no need to wait for the fade she served her purpose well. And she brings forth the next Generation ! Red Sky Cake !

This thing stinks! Dank smell everywhere in the garden. Happy days;) gave the last feed of terra bloom and now i will flush with 3liters of phd water at a time when the soil is dry. Many leaves started the transformation to red now. I think that will be even more visible after the first flushload

11/22 Week 14 One has fallen five remain FFT-11-1 is in dry Rate of harvest as much weather driven as anything dont want a lot exposed at once. Planning every 2-3 days FFT-10 is in full bud building mode still so keeping the pedal down on them with a 10/10 finishing feed till we see some closure on those buds. FFT-9 is really showing great color purple so deep almost black water only FFT-11-2 is waiting her turn water only 11/23 pics Harvest FFT-11-2 in the morning 11/24 Yield on FFt-11-1 : 189 grams dry FFt-11-2 in dry (1100 grams wet) 11/25 Unless the weather turns on us will harvest both FFt-9s tomorrow FFt-11-2 still in dry be finished tomorrow 11/27 The FFT-10 stands alone , showing signs of ending, putting them on a finishing feed and reduce as the buds close 11/28 Welp those signs of ending backed off and she making buds heavy again. Go girls go not reducing feed till this goes as far as it will zero pressure to harvest. Lights on pics Built a better jute cage for FFT-10-2 she is very wide and there was a danger of branches breaking from weight of buds. Increased Bloom and Peak PK hitting them a bit harder as dont want noticeable def beginning until I want them as much as practical. Buds still spikey and hairs strong though seem a few less its not much. Seems every time we switch up our PK for them it triggers another round of production. See what what when they begin to slow again. This is fun dont get to do this... ever... no space pressure finally although thats due to problems in germ more than my design going forward I think. Plants are at max par being under their individual ts-2000s so I killed the side lights not doing a lot anyway with the tent near empty 11/30 At lights on the buds seem to be slowing, reducing the Bloom nuets and PK after a single hard hit to see if they pick up

Not much issues with these plants except for Plant #1 which had a pH problem early on for some odd reason.

These girls are packin! The most satisfying part of a grow for me is to see the fruits of my labour blossom into plump nuggets of dank joy! They are reacting to the flush in typical fashion. Phosphorus is running out of the fat indica fingers, creating a purple hue. The pheno on the left is a week ahead of the right side plant. At least. I could even see it going longer. Very excited for the range of effects in regards to sativa/indica ratio. A few amber trichromes here and there but the majority are developing a haze that will lead to the results seeking. Soon. We are almost there.

Watered 2 times this week with approx. 300 ml each and on Feb 12 introduced foliar feeding, at start with few drops of biobizz fish mix in 100ml solution. Beginning of the 10th week of flower. Shouldn’t be too much longer now. I will add some bud and trich pictures this week.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Finished on day 87, was fully ready. Buds displayed a rich dark green and purple colours at the end. Didn't need much feeding or nutrients, although if I had stayed ontop of it more I have no doubt I'd have yeilded more. Great lil strain to grow.

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the Red Poison & Purple Lemonade in my other diaries 😱 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Dark Devil Auto is otherwise healthy and starting show hints of colour in the stems 😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. It already has a solid skunky/hash plant smell on the fingers after adjusting them and it looks like it might actually be a tripod mute with three flower sites per node. Hopefully I can stretch it out and take advantage of the extra bud potential 🙏 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures.
