10 weeks total for the first phenos and a bit more than 11 for the last one! I could have easily gotten double the projected yield on these had I not neglected them but whatever I pulled is rock hard, dusted in sugar and smells absolutely stupendous! You did it again FastBuds!

Added a second scrog net for the taller plants last Friday. Constantly defoliating to increase light penetration but not trying to stress the plants. (Selective leaf picking, anything but the top 3 fan leaves are up for grabs if necessary) Plants loved the tea I have them last week. Visual improvements in every plant 2 days later. Top dressing later this week on 9/29: 5 tablespoons Gaia green 444 5 tablespoons Gaia Green 284 15 tablespoon Wiggle Worm Earth Worm Castings Light increased to 75%

Commencing Week 8: day 50 on January 19th Update is late my sincerest apologies. I will make it up by giving a very thorough smoke report when all is done. Otherwise all is going very well 😁😁👏👏 On day 50 I took the head off of bloody skunk. I checked trichome colors under USB microscope. At least 90% fully milky-white with maybe 5 or 6% Amber and the remainder clear. 😁 On day 55 I gave all of the plants a fan leaf trim including the remaining bottom half of bloody skunk. as I sit here and think about it I believe this will help with ensuring the entire plant ripens and matures at the same time - versus the tops being ready before the bottoms. I still plan on letting the bottoms of all these plants go way beyond the recommended time to see if I can initiate the process of rodelization. Either way I am glad to report that Bloody skunks pollenization looks like it is resulting in some seeds. (See photo). In hindsight my only concern is that because the plant finished a bit earlier than I expected the seeds may not make it to full maturity but I believe it should be okay we'll just have to wait and find out. Yellow sticky traps are like candy for gnats—they’re irresistibly attracted to the bright color, which mimics flowers. These traps are a simple, non-toxic way to monitor and control the population. It’s not just satisfying to see them stuck (though, let’s admit it, it kind of is)—it’s also a great way to keep tabs on how many are lurking around and take action if necessary. What Causes Gnats? Gnats love moist environments, and overwatering or humidity that’s a bit too high can create their perfect breeding ground. Poda apical hecha y brotes y hojas que no pintan na, fuera, a crecer 4 brotes con fuerza, que de estos sacaremos 8 y así sucesivamente. La estructura que va teniendo esta planta está genial, se la ve muy sana. Edito domingo 22/02: cambio de armario, de luces y de maceta. El armario es la leche, se nota la calidad joder jajajajajaja es de la marca Vevor, poco conocida de momento... Pero dadle tiempo, uso también su extractor y de verdad que funciona de lujo y muy silencioso. Las luces las tengo a 300W ya que es lo minimo pero bastante alejadas, a unos 40/50 cm. Les llega una media de 11,12k de ppfd. Y lo dicho, trasplantadas a maceta todas.

Hello everyone and thanks for checking out my grow! This week has been another great week with good growth. I did quite a bit of defoliation this week to uncover some of the sites that had been blocked from getting light. They have handled it really well and bouncing back in now time! My back left plant is starting to show some really pretty buds, I need to get get my camera figured out and get some better pictures because I feel sometimes my phone just does not do them justice. I can tell a big difference from my first grow and this grow at this point, just the difference in the buds and how I have trained and defoliated has been much better for sure. I know I still have a lot of experience to gain, but I really enjoy learning and thriving to produce the highest quality cannabis I am capable of. I learn a lot from a lot of you guys so thank you all for being awesome. I have still been keeping my EC relatively low, slowly increasing each week and also altering topping the res with mixed nutrients or RO water plus calmag. It seems to be working pretty well. My PH stays pretty stable although I did have to make one adjustment last week where it rose on me a little more than normal, but we have been staying in that 5.9-6.1 range else wise. My EC is also stable this week right around 1.0, will be going to around 1.1 Friday when I change my water and nutrients. Humidity has been staying pretty constant around 55, there was a few times it got up to low 60s because I fell asleep and didn't empty my dehumidifier in lung room, but was only a couple hours here and there so no biggie, no signs of any issues. They are really starting to pack on the trichomes as well though and when I first open the tents when the lights come on I am hit with a wonderfully sweet pungent smell! I am super excited to continue to watch these girls finish! Just going to keep sticking to the plan and monitoring these girls! See you guys in a week. Day 25 of 4th week of Flowering Plants coming along nicely and seem happy with their environment. The smell is still really low as the room is vented 24/7 and this strain doesn't stretch much making it ideal for indoor cultivation, Although the strain does prefer a "Mediterranean climate" Meaning I'm having to run a 1.5 kw heater!

Let’s dive into the details! Environmental Updates: A Chill in the Air 🌬️ This week, temperatures in the grow room dipped to around 21-22°C, with relative humidity (RH) holding steady at 65%. While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers.
