This week the Epsilon F1 is showing what true modern F1 genetics can do vigorous growth, perfect uniformity, and resin production on another level. The structure has filled out beautifully: strong central cola supported by multiple side branches, each one stacked with dense, symmetrical buds. The plant has remained compact yet incredibly efficient under my 220W LED, proving that these F1s know how to use light and nutrients perfectly. Trichome development has gone wild this week the buds are now completely covered in frost, from the main tops down to the lower nodes. Most trichomes are still clear to milky, which means we’re right in the middle of the ideal bulking phase. The pistils have started to darken and curl inward, while the calyxes are swelling fast, gaining weight each day. The Overdrive and CO₂ bag combo seem to have given an extra boost in density and terpene formation. Aroma-wise, the tent is filled with a complex mix of citrus, pine, and herbal notes, slightly spicy but still fresh. It’s a very refined and balanced scent not overpowering, but clearly high in terpene content. Every time I check the buds, the stickiness is unreal the resin literally glues your fingers together. This week I kept the feeding stable, using the full Advanced Nutrients line with Big Bud as the main bloom booster, and next week I’ll gradually transition toward Overdrive as we approach the ripening stage. The leaves remain healthy and green with slight fading at the bottom exactly what I want to see at this point. Overall, the Epsilon F1 is performing like a true next generation autoflower: fast, strong, consistent, and extremely frosty. If the swelling continues at this pace, it’s shaping up to be one of the heaviest yielders of this run, combining efficiency with top tier resin quality.

Everything is going smoothly, the buds are getting bigger day by day All the girls are bug free, they are still looking green The G13 has the strongest smell followed by the Runtz and the GDP doesn’t smell like anything for now

Day 56-59 from seed. End of week 8. ( soaked in water before planting on March 7th) Great bud development over the past week. Starting to smell and really pouring on the THC. Last heavy feeding on day 58. Lowered my RH 35% (as low as it it can go, how low can ya goooo). Temp is 24c probably going to say right there until the end. Still all clear trichomes on the plants inspected with my microscope. Apologies for my pictures it’s impossible for me to take all my plants out of my tent when there this size so I won’t have full pictures of the plants until the final week I hope these do them some justice.

Day 43 Extreme growth, she is expanding all over I gave her the final 6L of preflowering nutrients, and I think I will be changing over to the full flower blend. I will change and clean the DWC before. PH solid yellow always, really great smell Day 44 Expansion everywhere, main grew about 5cm overnight the stretch is starting, her side limbs are reaching upward she is growing very well Day 45 Today she gets a huge haircut, 90% of those lower leafs and little larf branches were removed Her bud sites are forming very well She is consuming 3.5 litres a day right now The foliar health is incredible, you will notice she is at her max for nutrients, 700ppm is the ceiling it looks like Day 46 extreme expansion overnight after haircut The resin is already growing on the sugar leafs Day 47 The smell is so strong, I have never smelled something this strong from an auto in a tent before... smells like a photo grown outside Flowering is starting very nicely, her bud pistils are shooting out everywhere wanting pollen.. not gonna happen, no pollen anywhere nearby! PH dead on 6.0, yellow always The bud sites are stretching, like fastbuds said in their write up, this one takes a bit longer to veg, but is worth it! I can tell because the resin smells like straight diesel fuel Day 48 she is just exploding all over, her bud sites are doubling in size every day right now the legs are stretching, its amazing to see, grew 6cm overnight, she is drinking more, almost 5 litres gone in a day this is the most exciting part of the grow im my opinion, each day you can see real development. The resin is already growing so thick on this one. Day 49 Whenever Fastbuds gives guidelines on their strains, I make sure to read Sebastian's write up every time, multiple times. They always include beneficial grow tips that are facts. The reason why this plant is growing exceptionally well is because of Fastbuds strain specific advice on the website.

This week the plant continued to stretch reaching 55 cm. The tent is really feeling small both in height and width, the lamp is almost as high as it can get. I might have had done better with more pruning earlier, now I don't I don't want to stress too much this far into flowering. This week just removed some leaves and some branches without significant flowering from the bottom. Right after switching to a HID light for flowering, the leaves started drooping badly. The plant has mostly recovered from that. Flowers are getting bigger, slowly growing trichomes on the leaves too.

Hello Diary, I apologize right away for the large number of photos, but it is important for me to document as best I can. This week I also photographed on a black background because they are really beautiful plants. So Medusa F1 is incredibly fast, after only four weeks of flowering, the first Medusa F1 is approaching harvest. I checked the trichomes under a microscope and most of them are milky, on the lower branches the ratio is 50/50. So I will wait a few more days, monitor the situation and harvest at the right time. This time I photographed the second Medusa, a really beautiful plant, but it has not yet matured like the first one. Considering the number of photos, I will not describe the appearance too much, therefore the smell, incredible. No other strain has had such an intense and strong smell so far on my small farm, I am very much looking forward to trying this new strain. Watering is more frequent, every three days I water them with almost 4 liters of water per plant. The conditions are excellent, 25 degrees and less than 40% humidity in the air. Here's how it went last week. 09/03/2023 - Day - 44. Watering. I lowered the p.H. at 6.0 and with 7 liters of water, I watered both plants evenly. 12/03/2023 - Day - 47. Watering and checking trichomes with a microscope. I repeated the watering procedure as I did three days earlier. 14/03/2023 - Day - 49. Photography and video. this time, after the grow box, I also photographed the plants on a black background. It was worth every effort. This weekend I also visited Spannabis, a great event and I'm really grateful to have met some new people in the industry and also some great growers. I'll definitely see you next year. So far so good with these girls my only complaint is the fact that I wish I had a bigger light but I will make this work until I can afford another one. Overall plants are healthy and are building thick branching. Gonna take down the wall and add another small light until I can afford a big one.

Worth a hunt

So the plants survived without light in my garage for 2 days, thank goodness! FBP2 is the best plant by far. She had stacked lots of tight buds, orange pistils coming in nice. Nice bushy structure to her. Super happy with her progress. Royal Critical is doing great, progressed further than all the others so far, lots of orange pistils, curling inwards towards the buds, still white pistils too, so not ready obviously. Not as dense a structure as FBP2, but much better than FBP1 and FBP3, which you can see are way behind both the others. They're looking super straggly. Not sure that they'll improve much at this stage unfortunately. Still I'm pleased overall with this grow, as it's my first and I have learnt a lot about the necessity for LST, and genetics being different from plant to plant. Hopefully we'll be able to harvest the Royal Critical here soon, then FBP2. As for the other 2 plants, I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Today I changed the CFL from 125>250w to try help hold a higher temperature overnight as it has been fairly cold in there. Roots are now touching the bottom of the pot they look healthy and white. Soon I will repot I got a bag of Coco today and some micorizor 😅 just to get new pots I've lost the old ones. Vegging fast these are already showing tiny preflowers starting to form and starting to smell slightly of blueberry muffins

Lookin good, no more herms so far as I’ve tightened things up hopefully that’s the last of them for good. I installed a 4Inch AC infinity fan and filter as an intake so I have been able to close all of the vents. At this point the leaf strip has proven to be a solid method, I have nothing to compare bud size at this point but just the extra space it opened up is a plus. I’m sure the lowers will be a little more firm and the plants obviously haven’t had to be fed as often as usual so its saving time, water and nutrients. The added microbes have also allowed me to keep my ppm around 1000 instead of 1080ish without any sign of deficiencies. The Mandarin cookies x Dionysus has a little cal-mag issue but that was a trait from the mother which out of 10+ grows all had a cal-mag deficency. Day 58: Scent has stepped up again and I'm noticing some of bud sites starting to develop frost. Day 58.5 Flushed with 20l of PH & CalMag. Day 59: reorganised tent Day 60: Fertigated 3l. Karen has put on a load of frost in the last 24h. I mean seriously. Smell stepped up again. Height 44cm. Day 60.5: I have had a really good look at other KKA grows. I think Karen is going to need a few extra weeks. I think she will be ready for harvest in about week 14. So I think we have about another 4-5 weeks to go. Day 61: Adjusted the LST a bit. She's frosting rapidly now. 😍😍🤩 Height 45cm. Width: 60cm x 70cm Day 61.5: It is only 8 days since I *heavily* defoliated and I think I probably should do it again already. Things are progressing well at the moment though so I am trying to resist doing it too soon. She is still stretching. Day 61.75: Right, I have done some research and I have made a decision,. I'm going to give Karen 2 full weeks from the last defoliation on day 53, so on day 67 (i.e half way through next week) I will defoliate and perform final LST just to space out the colas a bite more at the "top" of the plant.
