This month and the next will be at day, 40 Celsius, i have the lights on at night , 18 Celsius, and I got a water atomizer that being more humidity to the grow. She handle the hot, till now very good.. Let's work on it. This seed it was the last that James from RSA send me and, due to several problems i never can't make a RSQ diary.. She grow, a 2year seed! 10 weeks total for the first phenos and a bit more than 11 for the last one! I could have easily gotten double the projected yield on these had I not neglected them but whatever I pulled is rock hard, dusted in sugar and smells absolutely stupendous! You did it again FastBuds!

3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

Day 29, pistils! So happy! Day 30 broke the main stem LSTing, so taped it up & fingers crossed it works. Couldn't save the main stem so I removed it. The rest of the plant seems pretty happy though.

Vamos familia que se viene la cosecha de estas Papayton de Fastbuds, que ganas que tenia ya de darles machetazo. Que locura de variedad, me encantó cultivarla , pero e de comentar que para mí es una variedad bastante complicada y hacía años que no me encontraba un reto así, al final salieron y bastante top. Las flores aparte de piedras, se ven resinosas. a sido una genética, dificil de cultivar y no es muy resistente pero si tienes paciencia fliparas con la calidad, 8/9 semanas de floración, los aromas son bastante intensos y hay que tener cuidado con los plátanos , si sale alguno a final de flora quitarlos y si sale antes desechar mejor la planta. Por esos problemas que comenté por muy buena variedad que sea no puedo darle muchas estrellas. An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.

This week the strech reached almost 70cm , and the ladies almost grew into the growlight one day so i moved it higher up to stay at a distance if 30cm. i alo defoliated more this time and started strecheing some branches out so everything gets enought light down. they seem to really like the feeding schedule too. The werent any nutrient issues anymore. trhichome production also started and is already about to cover the surrounding keafes. they are going to be pretty frostyy🍀❄️❄️

Final Report: Grow: The plants has grown very beautiful and healty without pests and diseases. They grown bushy and with medium height during the vegetative stage. I had try to use LST in third veg week but i did't made correctly and after that i dicided to return to grown normally without any particolar tecnique. I used a littel more fertilizer then mine usual and that made the plants grown fast without any problem. In the first two weeks of flowering stage the plants started grow taller and the number of the branches increase, in this phase i only defoliated when the fan leaves turn yellow in late stage. Form the start to the end the flowers grown dense and bigger every day and this time i waited until almost all of them were mature before harvest the plants. I changed the plants from one grow room to another(in the sixth week) when they became too high and they couldn't stay more in the smaller grow box(nothing changed in the enviroment between the two boxes). Equipment and grow box: The enviorment of grow box has been optimized every stage with the right temperature, umidity and air flow. Vegetative temp/umidity --> 23-29 °C/45-55% Flowering temp/umidity --> 20-26 °C/40-50% The air flow was created by two pc fans and one big fan. Harvest: This time i harvest a big numeber of beautifull dense buds and i just discarde only few fluffy buds in the lower branches. The result of this grow is amezing compared to my old expiriences. I harvested the flower and i made a fast curing process after i washed the crop and i let them to dry with a fan on it. After five days a take the branches which were to dry and i did the final trimmig before put all the harvest in a open jar for finishing to dry. I collected all the leaves, fluffy buds and trimming scraps in a bag and i let them dry. Later i put the bag in the freezer and when i collect and dried all the scraps from OG Kush and Dandoverde Haze i did some Ice-O-Lator hash. I used 250g of trimming stuff and i made 11.50 g of hash, I had use a set of 5 bag and i take the resin from the 160µ - 120µ - 73µ- 25µ bags. I pressed all the resin in a great block of tasty strong hash. Always better every time 😊💪 Total harvest ---> 90g only of dense buds and 11.50g of hash.

#12 is way behind the others but she is looking very healthy, the buds are absolutely caked with trichs!!! 08 is still my favorite, I'm curious what strain it is!!! not a whole lot to report back on now, its been smooth sailing and the little ph mishap has been the only issue this crop

Week 9 Day 5 Bloom now 48h darkness

As of day 36, the NYC Diesel continues to have nice healthy growth and decent flowering. It started more indica in structure early in the grow, but has been showing more sativa growth traits as it has progressed in flowering. The buds have not started to bulk much, but there is still a good amount of stretch and blooming. I am trying to decide how much more defoliating I want to do, as it seems to fill in with more growth as soon as I finish a round. With the good light penetration I get I worry about over doing it and having a weakened plant later in flowering, so I am going to take my time with the next rounds of leaf removal. Entering week 10 and she is still pretty fluffy pistils wise. Gradually fattening up and looks like she has a good two weeks left. Seeds developing nice. Noticed the pollinated bud produced trichome's shortly after being pollinated, quicker then the surrounding buds. Waiting for the other buds to ripen up. They are still filling in and getting bigger. Still easy couple weeks out.
