Finally the final chapter of the Big cheese twins chronicles!! Those twins were not identical at all and they had diff. pots too I will show you the diff: 5lPot: 151.98G wet harvest 28.42G cuttings and buds for oil. She was not that big (50 cm) but her buds were fat as fu*k! did not have big colas with flower but all the buds were fat, shiny and full with trich.😎 i can even use some of the big leaves for oil..👌 i love the smell, only in early stage of flower they were a bit skanky but later on the smell became more flowery and herby 😋 had a lot of pests and bad weather and did not get a lot of daylight.. But still she couldnt get cheddar than this!😁 you fetta believe it! (😳yeah im feeling very cheesy 2day) 11L pot: 75,45G ~75,45G for oil she was a freak with very strange leaves, i almost wanted to teminate her..but i gave her a chance..😎👊 she grew tall and was foxtailing all the way (very sexy 😁) So the buds were not so big or fat but very white, filled with trichomes! so maybe i will make oil with all of this (i made a diary about that if you are interested) i will see how she dries 👍 Must also not forget they were in my fridge for almost 2 years, waiting... So thats why im just happy they even wanted to grow! 🙌 Thankyou all for following the adventures of the BIG CHIEF-twins they grew healthy thanks to all of you! 😇 Happy growing for all ✊

Helloo, planties are roughtly 3 week into vegetative growth. Into second week our cat snucked into the tent and being the motivated gardener she is, dug out quick one and speedy chille, we put them both back into place gave planties some water, and with time they recovered, speedy chille got most stress, but being photoperiod, recovered slowly aswell, still the shortest and very loved. :) so everythings good Royal kush has the strongest smell of them all, few leafs we defoliated we grind in our hard and smell a deep green canna scent. Northen lights is the leader in hight since begining When planties grew 5 tops we topped them, began doing LST and a bit of defoliation, bended stems away from the lamp and taking off leaf that blocks light reaching tops. The stems hardened and remind me now more of a tree

Flowering is developing well. Very resistant genetics to fertilizer overdose, if it accepts it it is because it needs it. Dosage to monitor depending on the evolution

Was another good week, had mostly sun and only two days of rain, one of them being today. No vertical growth again this week but she is really filling in. Back on nutrients 3 days a week but cut water back to 6L in morning and an extra 4L in afternoon (only when very hot and soil dries faster). Did a good defoliation on day 2 of the week, removed any branches growing inwards and cleaned up all around. No shock next day and by end of week almost filled back in again. Will give it time to grow through net but for sure 1-2 more defoliation in the future. Gotta keep good airflow through the middle to avoid problems down the road. So originally I had planned on just using the garden stakes, but that's just not going to cut it so McGivered a good support system. 2x2x12 screwed into the corners of the skids (fit perfectly in existing holes) and horizontal supports to strengthen it up. Netting around and two rows up near the top. Ready to take on the weight that this girl is going to put on. I would think that should start flower in next week? 🤞 end of July but they're still getting 12hours direct sun + 3-4 hours a day of sun filtered through tree canopy. If she don't start soon it's gonna be a late finish!

This week I'm going to talk a little bit about the 2 gal pots I leave outdoors. Since they're going to be indoors now, I've assembled a fertilizer rack and the bottom compartment is perfect for a cage with all the plants I have. With a length of 1.5m, width 65cm and height of 1m, I will use 4 led bulbs 50w and 2 full spectrum LEDs 36w long 1.2m. 272w / ~ 1m2. 2/3:Plant the plants indoors and lst them. 4 led bulb 50w 5/3:Run off all the trees, as it was soaked with rain water when left outside. is still the old nutritional dose. 6/3: Today I received the led light I ordered. I perfect my design and let the tree in the cage out and lst. 9/3:I feel everything is perfect today, I reduce their lighting time to 12/12. I will cut off all the fan leaves from the stem of the 2gal pots and prune all the small branches of the 1gal pot. in this pruning I will trim them as much as possible. It's been 37 days since the seed and I think they're ready for flowering. I need to flower them urgently because in the next 2 months the weather can be as hot as 40 degrees, and I really have no way to reduce their temperature. I would probably have them flower for 7 to 8 weeks to retain maximum resin. a few days before high, I fliming an NL plant, I experimented with this technique and I feel that they have been very successful since the fliming plants have a much larger stump than other plants. I really like this technique, as it will save me the small space I currently have without having toppings. With just a few simple steps I have got a really big stump and still keep the biggest main bud of the tree. I hope each plant can give me 20-25 grams of dried marijuana.

The outdoor grow continues to come along nicely! Temps were up last week, getting in the 30's with the humidex, so the ladies got some extra water. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚

Day 50 - All still ticking along nicely. Tank topped up the other night...think I am starting to see the 1st signs of Stretch, 1 week in to 12/12 (well, for the 1st few days it was more 12.25/11.75 but its adjusted now. Now just tucking and weaving the canopy and attempting to keep things even(ish). Refreshed the CO2 Milk Jug and thats about it for today. Enjoy the time lapse of last week (!st week of 12/12).

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle." Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/31- Week 4 from seed and the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is doing a lot better now that she's going through a growth spurt! The leaf chewing has mostly subsided now since I have been spraying Neem Oil on her every 2-3 days. She's also beginning to increase in height about an inch per day now and has great color and vigor. 6/2- Yesterday I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4, 1 cup of Down to Earth Bio Fish along with 1/2 gallon of worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments into the soil by hand, I watered it in via garden hose with straight well water. 6/4- It rained hard yesterday, so I skipped watering the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo today as the ground was still pretty wet. 6/6- The last two days have been sunny and warm so I watered the Papaya Sherbet photo with straight well water from the garden hose today. Another week gone by for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I'm looking forward to next week, as well as the weeks that will follow to see how this lady progresses! Thank you for checking out my diary, your positive comments and support make it all worthwhile! 💚Growers Love!💚😎🙏

This week was explosive! I bumped up the grow nutrients and added the Bud Ignitor at 1/4 strength. I also increased the water amount progressively building up to a half gallon by the end of the week. Mid week I stepped the exhaust fan up and increased the light to about 175w. I started the “new to me” training method as well getting some nice light down into the side shoots and lower canopy. Rings were left on during light cycle and misted with plain water and rings removed before lights out. This week I also dropped the tower fan to the floor and brought the clip fan down a foot above the canopy and am running on the same schedule as the humidifier. Which is set to be on 20min before lights on and off 10 min after lights out. Thanks for stopping by and happy growing!!! 🌞

The girls come back inside when the weather is uncooperative. Indoor temp is around 70 and humidity around 60-65%. Otherwise pretty much the same as prior weeks.
