I started germination of 2 Jack F1 beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their new home. Cant wait! Just some background information on my last run with the Jack f1. It was relatively strong during veg. But was middle of the pack in size after the 6 weeks of vegetative growth. After the flower stretch she became the largest quick! With a enormous stretch rate of 300%... Yes she tripled in size. Forcing me too super crop her which she didnt like at all. Setting her back and definitely hurting her all around yeild. Despite the staggering, unexpected stretch amount. Leading to the stress inducing supercropping. She still pulled off immaculate bud structre, density, and trichome production. She just took much longer than she should have... and didnt pack on the whopper size buds I'd expect out of these genetics. Definitely learned alot out of my first go. So I'm amped for the second run with this variety. This time around I'm going to anticipate the stretch and cut veg time shorter. To roughly 4 weeks or 1 ft in height. Also utilize a bit of very light lst to their side branching to open them up a little bit. Without stressing them out... well hopefully.

Pretty happy with this girl. She dit well in the hot conditions and recovered well with some incidents that accord in the veg stage. The denseness of the bud is like a cricket ball. Rock hard and packing the grinder full. The some is delicious. Cured her for 1 month and she was ripping in a joint. Had plenty fun and energetic moments with sativa. Will be growing this girl soon again with no hiccups 🔥 Shouts to fast buds for this naughty strain

Buds gettin frosty!

Start of Week 10 - Day 64 07/05: We’re at week 10 and the ladies are still going strong! Both Aaliyah and Alexis have overgrown my setup with their height, so I have tied their main colas down. This probably means that if the buds get too big in the future I’m probably gonna have to hold them up. But for big buds it’s worth it. Aaliyah is at 34” with the bend and Alexis is at 32” with the bend. Annie is now at 27”, but she’s getting taller each day. I’ve kept the waterings at a day and a half, but pH levels in runoff were dropping, so I’ve raised the it to 6.00pH. Aaliyah’s runoff had high levels of salt, so I’m planning on also lowering her feedings to 900μS. I still have full light on them for about 20 hours a day and as of the last watering, there are no pests, dead or alive. Let’s hope the ladies have an awesome week. 07/06: I noticed Annie has some leaves with small burnt tips that I thought were caused by nutrient burns, but her last few EC readings in the runoff were good. I just realized that since she is directly under the light she is getting blasted with rays. I think the tips are signs of light burn. Another mistake in my grow, but I’m learning so it’s not for nothing. I made a “solution” to my light distance problem using garden twine and a carabiner. It’ll do for now. 07/10: The ladies are still looking good. Aaliyah’s and Alexis’s buds are getting bigger. All three plants have not grown in height for the last few days, so I think the stretch is coming to an end. I switched off the blue vegetative light and left only the red flowering light. I’m curious to see if this will cause any change in bud growth. I also found a fly in one of the plant trays and also one on the trap. The fight continues.

Week 7 means last feed for the girl, today week 8 starts and I’m going to start flushing her! She is starting to change color from light green to dark green/bluish tones. The smell is grapes, berries covered in glazed powder

Moin moin, Melde mich hier auch mal wieder. Meine Blueberry sieht momentan recht gut aus und neigt sich ihrem Ende. Die Haare sind fast alle braun und langsam werden die Trichome auch langsam bräunlich. Sie fängt schon an die Nährstoffe aus den Blättern zu ziehen, das sieht man jetzt nicht so gut auf den Bildern aber in echt ist das Grün wirklich sehr hell geworden.

12/09/2022 - 36 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 The first week of flowering my BCN Power Plant 🌴🌴🌻 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - This week I adjust the dose of nutrients to support flowering and added nutrients - flowering stimulators: Jungle Urban A: 0.5 ml Jungle Urban B: 1.5 ml Jungle Urban M: 1 ml Flower stimulators: Jungle Environ X: 1ml Advanced Nutrients - Bud Candy 2 ml Advanced Nutrients - Bud Ignitor 1 ml Advanced Nutrients - Big Bud 2ml Hesi Root Complex - 5ml - last week of adding this nutrient Atami - ATA Calmag - when growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand, I give the same as in vegetation: 0.5ml. Lights: I don't change Bloom light, I still use Mars Hydro TS1000 - 150w full spectrum, great light to use both in vegetation and flowering 💡💡 Training: LST: third attachment of all twigs where flowers are formed 🌸🌸 Defoliation: the first big defoliation took place in the middle of the week, I removed the large leaves at the bottom of the plants and those that shaded the flowers 🍃🌞 The little girl has only grown by 5 cm since last week, she is already putting all her strength into flowering. The pistils at the ends of the twigs already form white tufts 😊💓 I can smell a subtle scent of herbs and flowers, but very subtle indeed. The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. Так страшно ещё не было! Мы встречали новый год под обстрелы ракет и звук сирен тревоги в полной темноте...... Россия государство террорист убийца 😣 Это мой блог и я хочу здесь делится своими чувствами и эмоциями, что бы больше людей знали что происходит. А теперь дневник. На этой неделе растения стабильно получали 20 часов света, это очень помогло им стать больше и сильнее. Я продолжаю тренировки LST. На этой неделе была обрезка веерных листьев, я часто практикую дефолиацию автоцветов. Надеюсь проблем со светом не будет, растения уже показали "усы" свой пол, значит стадия предцвета будет примерно через неделю, хочу что бы они стали ещё больше и набрали "мяса" массу. Welcome to week 3 📅 Day 15 6/21/2021 She is now feeding from the reservoir and things are going great. The micro top has almost fully recovered and the undergrowth is growing nicely. I would like to say a few words about Mars Hydro. the TS 1000 is a great light and I love the fact that the power supply is capable of being separated from the light and located outside of the tent to keep the heat down. I also like the fact that you can control the light intensity and daisy chain with another light witch is what I plan on doing. Update Day 18 6/24/2021 she is growing fast and drinking lots as I have had to top up the res. I have also put the TS 1000 at 100% and the plants love it
