On day 1 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 2 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.3 to 6.1. On day 3 the buds are really starting to bulk up and are putting out side flower clusters already in week 5. I adjusted the PH to 6.1. The goal is to coast from 6.1-6.3 then back to 6.1-6.3 ect. On day 4 things look good I scoped out the trichs and found some to be filing up with cannabinoids :) maybe she will be done in 7-8 weeks like the breeder says. On day 5 my reservoir temp got into the 80's because when the reservoir gets depleted it lowers the water level below the thermostat and I'm getting into the colder months so the cold air temperatures are causing the heater to heat when not needed. My temporary fix is to place the heater diagonally when the water level gets low and then when the water level drops a little more I will fill my reservoir back up fully so to keep the heaters thermostat running correctly. On day 6 I did another defoliation to improve light penetration and airflow in the canopy. I installed a new "Nano aquarium heater" this will be able to heat my reservoir without being affected by the water level in my reservoir. I also changed out my reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. On day 7 the girls are looking and smelling great! I adjusted my reservoirs PH from 6.6 to 6.1. My Nano aquarium heater seems to do the job nothing out of the ordinary that I could tell after a night in the low 30's.

Finaler Grow-Report – Lemon Cherry Gelato Mein erster legaler Grow mit Lemon Cherry Gelato von Barney’s Farm ist fast abgeschlossen – das Curing läuft noch, aber es ist Zeit für ein Fazit zum Anbau! Setup & Bedingungen: Ich habe in einer Spider Farmer 90x90x180 cm Growbox unter der Spider Farmer SF-G3000 (300W LED) angebaut. Als Medium kam BioBizz Light-Mix zum Einsatz, gedüngt wurde mineralisch mit Advanced Nutrients (Grow, Bloom, Micro). Um das volle Potenzial der Pflanzen auszuschöpfen, setzte ich auf Low-Stress-Training (LST) und ein ScrOG-Netz zur optimalen Lichtverteilung. Keimung & Wachstum: Die Keimung verlief problemlos – 4 von 5 Samen sind innerhalb von zwei Tagen aufgegangen. Während der Vegetationsphase entwickelten sich die Pflanzen kräftig und reagierten gut auf das Training. Die ScrOG-Methode half, ein gleichmäßiges Wachstum und eine bessere Lichtnutzung zu erzielen. Blüte & Ernte: Nach etwa 6 Wochen Vegetation leitete ich die Blütephase ein. Die Pflanzen zeigten eine starke Harzproduktion und eine beeindruckende Farbgebung mit einer Mischung aus dunklen Grüntönen, lila Highlights und frostigen Trichomen. Das Aroma war von Anfang an fruchtig und zitronig, mit phänotypischen Unterschieden in der Intensität. Die Ernte fiel mit 300-350 g trockenen Blüten sehr zufriedenstellend aus – für meinen ersten legalen Grow ein starkes Ergebnis. Curing (still in run ): Aktuell lagern die Blüten in 24 Mason Jars (16oz) und einem 2L-CVault, um das Aroma weiter zu entwickeln. Derzeit dominiert eine zitronige Note, während die erhofften Kirsch-Terpene langsam stärker hervortreten. Mein Ziel ist es, die Haze-Noten möglichst gering zu halten und das volle fruchtige Profil herauszuarbeiten – der Prozess ist also noch nicht abgeschlossen. Fazit: Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Grow – die Kombination aus hochwertiger Genetik, gutem Training und präziser Nährstoffversorgung hat sich definitiv ausgezahlt. Die Buds sind harzig, aromatisch und vielversprechend, und ich bin gespannt, wie sich das Curing weiterentwickelt. Der nächste Schritt ist, das perfekte Terpenprofil zu treffen – und das Curing geduldig zu optimieren.

Both baby girls are growing steady but not in rapid speed yet. 2 waterings of 500 ml each on Feb 17th and Feb 22nd alongside with foliar feedings(100ml water and fish mix) both looking healthy and happy. WEEK 8 (04/18/2021 - 04/24/2021) Day 59: 04/18/2021 Defoliated some growth from each plant before I installed my custom-built SCRoG net made of: pvc piping, drywall screws, and jute twine for the netting. It’s slightly smaller than the tent, 41”x41” with a second level for another net. It fits perfectly, leaving plenty of room to work around the edges and move the fan around if needed. Immediately after defoliation and installing the net, I watered using ½ strength Botanicare Hydroguard. Watering was different. I used a battery-powered liquid transfer pump to help water the plants a little faster and more efficiently. Also helps to reach the plants I can’t access as easily in the corner. I am unable to test/collect any of the runoff at the moment since installing the net, which wouldn’t be an issue by itself, but my saucers are just barely large enough to fit the base of the 5 gallon pots into. I have no way of sticking a pH pen or TDS meter in the runoff. They simply won't fit between the pot and the saucer. This is extremely unfortunate, as I am now unable to monitor the ppm of the soil with each watering. Will have to pick up some larger saucers soon or think of another solution. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 61: 04/20/2021 ‘Tis the season to be medicated. Happy Holidaze! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 62: 04/21/2021 Upping the amount of water going into the pots this watering. Previously I was doing 1 gallon of water per 5 gallon pot. I’m increasing the amount of water to 1.5 gallons. Hopefully that will produce enough runoff for taking measurements. It’s going to be a painfully difficult task to take readings but I really need to know what the condition of the soil is right now. Will not be using any nutrients this time considering the runoff was kind of high when I fed on 4/10. This seems a little risky though since it has been 11 days since a nutrient feed, but I’d rather not burn the plants by blindly adding nutrients. Will return. Hopefully with measurements. (some amount of time later) Tap water: 245ppm, 6.1 pH (9 gallons) pH Down: 30ml JB#1 - 2730ppm, 7.0 pH JB#2 - 2290ppm, (pH pen died again on this plant) AP#1 - 2380ppm, 6.9 pH AP#2 - 3610ppm (seems extremely high), 7.0 pH GC#1 - 2320ppm, 6.9 pH GC#2 - 2340ppm, 7.1 pH I don’t know what was up with the measurements on the AP#2. The saucers the pots are sitting in are a little small so I think the ppm might have been reading high because the bottom of the fabric pot was sitting in the runoff. Maybe I’m just saying that to reassure myself. Either way, the 3000+ ppm seemed very off. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 66: 04/24/2021 Defoliation + weaving/securing branches through SCRoG. I'm not 100% sure that the SCRoG was the most optimal technique of choice given the very limited space within the grow tent. Also, I almost feel like I installed the screen a little late. Maybe not? Either way, I have read about them and the potential of increased yields, which got me excited enough to build one to try out for myself. I was aware going into it that there would be some difficulties using a SCRoG. I can no longer move my pots around is the main thing. Not being able to move the pots around has increased the difficulty factor of watering/feeding. I now have to access 3 different sides of the tent to get all 6 plants. I've clipped all the ties holding the branches down from previous LST sessions. There was just no way I was going to spend hours weaving in and out of all the ties trying to water each plant while also dealing with the difficulties of a SCRoG obstructing the work space. That would also wreck my poor back. From here, things are going to get real exciting. Tomorrow (04/25) I am rescheduling the light cycle to 12/12 to initiate flowering. Another 60-70 days to go, growing buds and packing on trichomes. With that said, I'm excited to have made it through my very first full vegetative cycle. I've definitely made my fair share of mistakes, as expected, but as long as I keep learning from them future harvest will only continue to increase in quality and yield. Here comes the first Preflower Update

The sour stomper appears to like her new lighting. She gets a little fatter everyday and I have now begun a flushing cycle. Going to let this girl grow as long she wants. I want to see those hairs recede.

I took David Robinson's tip a little late " dont grow small flowers" So I took anything that was taking away from the main coals. Of that works out in my favour I will have to find out !! There is a large story behind there fine ladies . But for now let's just say f*ck cancer.

trying something new, LIMETTA MARMALADE by JOLLY POND FARM (Cotton Candy Kush / Mimosa) x (Koffee Cake / SkyCuddle Kush F3) Bred by @landrace_bureau Hunted/Selected/S1 by Jolly Pond Farm @jollypondfarm jollypondfarmacy.com Sativa Flowering Time: 68-73 Days under 20w seedling light , on heating mat @ 78F picked the wrong damn tent on the grow log settings lol, its a coolgrows 4x4 12/31/24 two pops so far, moving into dwc buckets under around ,3 EC water just under net pots 12 DLI for now, FD6000 is set to 5 on my AC infinity as far as my take on the phenos: #1 popped vigorously and has leaflets grown since, #2 is a bit slower, popped two days later #3 was planted later, but popped quickly 1/5/25 slight rooting through on #1, probably my last top water , it looked a little thirsty, maybe 1 more tomorrow #2 and #3 will continue receiving top watering everyday until i observe the same keeping VPD at around .9 ,,, however i do need a new IR therm. 1/7/25 some slight purpling on #1 & #2 and i am sure this is because of having a bad pH pen before. everything is properly calibrated and pHed with my AC INFINITY pH pen 1/13/25 well, they continued to purple a little bit, gonna chalk it down to low temps in the tent, was using my heater in my other tent but i have reconnected it as i moved the plant i was rehabing into the 4x4 since i set it to veg DLI (30 right now.)
