Im feeding her steadily at around 825ppm every morning monitoring any possible deficiencies. I did defoliate quite a few leaves from the to[ and bottom once I felt that she is thriving happy and growing more vigorously during the stretch. I raised the light a full 2 feet. during week 1 and now at the end of week 2 the tallest stalk is about 14 inches while most are around 20. reason for a few stalks being taller is because of what happened when our 3rd plant ended up being a male during the transition to 12/12. Im not gna try anything crazy to try and fix it. Obviously there are no problems so dont fix whats not broken I guess. Have a great week !

No real change other than buds starting to form more. Not one type of plant performing better than another. Took cuttings from northern lights and white widow. They are under 300w led. I cant recommend the 900w viparspectra led enough. Used one last grow with a 600w hps and they are on par yield wise. Run alot cooler!!!

Germination 07/09/2022 Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket. The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent. The Snail 🐌 Problem... I have a plan for those F**kers. We have 2 very nice hydroponic shops in my city. Things are going real good with Obi#2 nothing really to complain about other then I'm super excited for the harvest . I will be starting to flush her with just straight PH corrected water for the remainder of her time with me in order to achieve the smoothest smoke and flavour I can . 79 days!!!!! and the harvest is already harvested :) The whole growth until week 6 went very well, then the girl got a little worse, (I think it's my mistake, which I described in previous weeks), but besides all that she managed to ripen perfectly, matured stiff flowers, full of shiny sticky trichomes with a very, very sweet aroma ;) 210 gr of wet buds, I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash :) I can't wait to taste it :) this is my first trip with Sweetseeds Looking at the flowers I understand that I will definitely repeat it :) I will leave more feedback after the smoke review:) good luck to everyone.

Esta semana LACTO FERMENTOS DE FRUTAS Y MINERALES... Esta práctica la realicé el 02 de Julio de 2020, preparé 10 litros, en dos fórmulas distintas, en una de ellas incidí en el nitrógeno (crecimiento vegetativo), en la otra en el fósforo y el potasio (Floración), esto lo hice, seleccionando para cada fórmula, frutas o componentes orgánicos con mayor concentración de los macronutrientes que quería para cada preparado, aún así, ambas fórmulas poseen todas las propiedades (Vitaminas, enzimas, minerales, nutrientes...) que se encuentran en cada una de las frutas que usé. Llevo aplicando estos preparados desde entonces, dan un resultado excelente en riegos, pero sobre todo en aplicaciones foliares, en realidad se comporta como un Bio estimulante de cultivos. Aunque en estas fórmulas usé otros ingredientes, como guanos, sangre seca, harina de pescado y minerales variados, cuando las repita usaré exclusivamente frutas, porque ya hago lacto fermentos especializados de guanos, harinas o minerales. De esta manera también favorezco la fermentación. Los lacto fermentos anaeróbicos, son los preparados más asequibles y fáciles de realizar, se basan en el poder que tienen el ácido láctico y las Bacterias ácido lácticas contenidas en el suero de leche, para disolver los nutrientes o el quelato de los minerales, son particularmente eficientes en la disolución del fósforo. INGREDIENTES: Agua pura 1000ml Suero de leche 1000ml (se puede usar más cantidad, he incluso sustituir el agua por suero.) Melaza: 125g Levadura fresca: 12g. FRUTAS Y HORTALIZAS (hasta el 20% del volumen de líquido) Paraguayo, Aguacate, Ajos, Albaricoque, Kiwi, Melocotón, Melón, Papaya, Piña, Plátano, Mango, Mandarina, Zanahoria, Calabaza, Cebolla, Naranja, Manzana. - Destacar el kiwi, la piña y la papaya por su contenido en enzimas (actinidina, papaina, bromelia), estas enzimas tienen el poder de romper la proteína y convertirla en aminoácidos, yo preparo una fórmula específica para hacer esta conversión mediante Hidrólisis Enzimática, de proteínas, otro día hablaré de esa técnica, una de las que más esfuerzo me ha costado, pero hoy, esos aminoácidos son fundamentales en mis cultivos. - Destacar también, el plátano y el aguacate por su alto contenido en Potasio. - La calabaza y la zanahoria aportan varios tipos de vitaminas ( C, E, B6, B3, B2, B1, A (betacaroteno), B9 y ácido fólico) - Y en todas las frutas hay diversas cantidades de otros macro y micro nutrientes (Ca, Mg, P, Fe, etc.) Además, el alto contenido en todas las frutas de azúcares naturales, hicieron que la fermentación del preparado fuera muy violenta y se extendió por más de 30 días. PROCEDIMIENTO: Se disuelve la melaza en el suero de leche. Trituro las frutas y hortalizas, para una mejor disolución. Añado levadura fresca a la mezcla se suero y melaza, caliento a 30° y espero media hora. Añado las frutas trituradas al barril, lo mezclo con el suero, añado agua hasta completar. Cierro el barril herméticamente con válvula de gases. Espero al menos 30 días antes de usarlo. Yo lo uso, del 1 al 3%, en riegos y aplicaciones foliares en la etapa de crecimiento vegetativo. Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Treated the girls to a new grow light Friday, the ACInfinity EVO4. Set at 18" and 60% to start. So far so good, but OC looked a little droopy Saturday morning. Raised light to about 19" while I had my coffee. Fed them both 3 litres of water with 2ml per litre of Remo veg schedule Friday evening and topped OC to help keep canopy even. For the second time I had little to no runoff, even after increasing the water by 1 litre. More next time I guess. My original plan was to flip to 12-12 when the lights come on tonight, but I think I'll give them a few days under this new light to get their groove on and raise the power of the light by 10 each day and drop it a little closer to the 18 " AC Infinity recommends until I'm at 100% and 18" then prune and flip. I think I've got room to stretch. Plants are at 11-12" tall from the Promix, so I can definitely let them veg for another week. Raised the light back to 24 inches after my coffee, still at 60%. Saturday morning I fed about a litre of straight RO water to both and Saturday night I cleaned up a dozen or so fan leaves that were shading bud sites. Sunday OC still looks a little droopy, but much better. Sunday morning lowered light to 22" and powered at 70% with a 1 hour sunset sunrise. Fed them Monday night until runoff and took 6 litres at 2ml/l about a litre and a half came back out. Next time I'll give them 5 litres. Been trying to dial in this new light, plus I've went down the light meter rabbit hole on YouTube.....so according to Photone everything seems to be in check with the light at 70% at 24". AC infinity must have a more light tolerant stain in their test labs because full power at 18" would have my girls chicken fried in no time. Tuesday morning they both looked great, temps and humidity and light and nutes all seem to be pulling in the same direction. Plants are about 12&13 inches tall Likely flip them Thursday evening 😁😨😰 Wednesday morning gave them a small haircut of some leaves blocking budsites, and a bit of plant yoga bendiness and gentle restraints to let the light into the heart of the plants. So on page to flip tomorrow evening. Light is averaging 700 micromoles per second.

Both phenoe are pushing on nicely. Really good growth from both phenos from 1 seed, 1 had more girt. So, there wasn't an exact even growth ratio. But no pheno was hammered in any way that affected its push through pre fower and into mid fattening. I expect another 3-4 weeks and I'll harvest. Atm there's a nice Lemon exotic smell. Really dank. Musky (earthy). And popping off fruits. Really lovely set of plants. Xpert nutrients are bringing out the best in my grows. They smell, taste and pretty much everything in that regard has improved. These are my new nutrients. As hard as I've been strain hunting. I've always used a different line of Nutrients per crop. And I'm glad to say. These are by far THE BEST nutrients I've used to enhance my crop. Feeds Are pretty much a week in week out with change (all explained with my weeks, DLI and other factors), master root/enzymes have been pult. Master Root no longer needed. Enzymes are all gone. Maintenance This wk, i applied LST bamboo sticks are have done some basic node bending to get the best out of the space in the area above and around its base. Some nodes where tied back to the sticks.. Shout out to my sponsors and all who stop by.

Very lite feeding this week on the first day. Then I finished the week with r/o water. She is going dark for about 60 hours then to harvest. The smell finally came out and it’s pretty normal and pleasant IMO.

F+29 20190125 - Plants still gaining more and more resin. Very nice production. I am so happy doing this! Going to give them another feeding tonight. F+30 20190126 - FB#2 has started showing some clawing, and I will have to do some research to diagnose. F+31 20190127 - With the help of some forum inquiries, there was a Nitrogen Toxicity appearing to start on FB#2. To be safe, since both plants got the same amount, they were both flushed with unfiltered, PH corrected, tap water. F+32 20190128 - Both flowers appeared to have improved since the flush. Nice amounts of Resin are easily visible, and the smell is amazing at this point, like a wift warm berries travelling into my nostrils. So sweet. F+33 20190129 - One more flush today, just to be safe. I adore these fabric smart pots. They drain everything but exactly what needs to be there, and they are easy to handle. I also enjoy being able to bust through the fabric to help with LST. F+34 20190130 - Plants still improving. They appear to have bulked up a bit more, and gained some more frosty resin. F+35 20190131 - I can see more pistils turning orange. I estimate about 2-3 weeks to go. FB#1 appears to be behind in it's maturation, but not its bulk or resin production.
