Day 142 21/09/24 Saturday Another feed to push this week they seem to be handling it 💚. Fattening up on the buds now and pistils starting to mature. Day 143 22/09/24 Sunday (End of week) Damn!! Noticed I have leaf rollers!!! Damn caterpillar, from moths. So I have removed affected leaves and areas.💚

A bit more progress this week.... Top 2" of old soil/perlite mix scraped off and brand new peat compost applied.

I started the week by flushing the plants. It was time. The oldest two plants have two weeks max. The run off started at 1900ppm and went down to 400ppm. By that time I had pumped about 60 litres through the four of them. The tap water is already 300ppm, so this is a good level I think. The leaves are responding. I can see the nutrients being drawn out of them. They are withdrawing. I am also looking at trichomes daily now. The mature plants are 1/3 clear, 2/3 cloudy, with a few amber. The younger plants are 2/3 clear, 1/3 cloudy, with no amber. I couldn’t wait any longer. I cropped and chopped 3 buds from under the canopy and dried them slowly on a metal plate over boiling water. It took 1/2 hour, but it produced a nicely dried pile of smelly weed. If I lost any potency in the process we didn’t notice. We got really really stoned. If this sample is any indication, I think it will easily be my best grow yet in terms of potency. Now I’m curious about the weight.

My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Decided to switch grow lights August 10th to Mixjoy. I felt as though the mixjoy was brighter and I’ve had great results previously with it. Growing. Going to string up some branches and defoliate over the next week. Continuing to feed to run off. Not much new to report, some leafs are yellowing and some are drying out. Not sure what’s going on with that. Plant still seems healthy. I should have transplanted to a bigger pot before flower imo. Newer light increased running temps to around 80 with light on. Give or take a few degrees. Feeding PH has been 6.0-6.1 I make up 4 Gal of nutrients in a 5 gal bucket. Plant takes about half before run off.

🌸 Flowering Week 8 — Mid Bloom Madness! 🔥❄️ Week 8 and she’s officially in her prime. Buds are swelling harder every day — stacking tight, pistils turning color, and the frost level just exploded this week. Trichomes are covering everything like sugar dust ❄️✨ Aroma also jumped to a new level… sweet, fruity and loud as soon as the tent unzips. Energy is still strong, leaves healthy, and she’s cruising through mid-bloom like a champ. counting down to the final push — next weeks should be all about density + resin 👑🌿

Most of the girls have been switched to straight fresh water at this point, with the exception of the few that look to need another week or two before flushing. Dropping the room temps and tossing a few ice cubes on top of tops before watering.

I really enjoyed this strain and I’m very glad I was able to see it through until the end. I wanted to harvest 9 days ago or so, but got advice from a lot of fellow growers who told me to remain patient and ignore all wishful thinking. The average time from seed to harvest for this plant is 70-80 days, I managed to harvest on day 87. The smell is loud and she looks beautiful. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to get these genetics again in the future. Completely satisfied with using this strain as an introduction into growing.

Day 78 (7/4) watered again. Flushing. Day 79 (7/5) some branches are starting to get really heavy. I'm excited to see what this one yields. Hopefully my best yet. Day 80 (7/6) Day 81 (7/7) looking good. Going to give them a few more days. Still seeing a good bit of clear trichomes. Day 82 (7/8) Day 83 (7/9) looking really good. I'm going to try my best to push this one for as long as I think it need. Day 84 (7/10)

Thursday 16th march day 59 Harvested a couple days earlier then planned as my humidity was getting a bit high and worried about risking mold I decided to chop, have to get a good dehumidifier soon, everything looking lovely, nice and dense with very strong fruity potent smell definitely the best looking plants I have grown to date not the biggest buds but they look quality, chopped plants whole gonna do my best to keep the temp and rh% in the dry room as close 60/60 as I can to get a nice slow dry, 🍁😎 I only took the wet weight from 1 plant back left plant was 270g with large fan leaves removed

3. November Alle drei Pflanzen weiterhin topfit. Trauermücken aufgetreten. Habe das abgelaufene Päckchen nematoden für die runtz genutzt. Hoffe es bringt was 4. November Cookies Gelato hat den harten Mainlinecut bekommen. Spitze wurde entfernt, Seitenteile wurden direkt danach abgeschnitten. Sie wird’s schon wegstecken. Tropimango und runtz geht’s gut :) Cookie gelato hat bereits wenige Stunden später die Blätter wieder hoch gestreckt. Stagniert. 5. November Alles gut. Die Schnitte wurden gut verkraftet. Triebe wachsen wieder Cookies gelato ist nun 21 Tage alt. Tropimango ist nun 18 Tage alt. Runtz ist nun 7 Tage Alt. 7. November Cookies gelato wächst. Sobald die Klammern da sind wird sie runtergebunden Tropimango hat schnitte und Lst bekommen. Topping werde ich noch abwarten. Runtz wächst 8. November Cookies gelato hat LST + mainlineschnitte erhalten. Wurde nicht mit gießen kombiniert da ich gestern gegossen habe. Tropimango erneut LST. Runtz wächst. Sieht aus als würde sie langsam ins Wachstum wechseln. Erster Triebe am einzahnblatt kommen. Dreizahnblatt erst frisch entwickelt. 9. November Cookies gelato wurde das erste mal zusätzlich mit Sugar Royal und calmag versorgt. Hab’s davor vergessen 😅 Shit Happens. Wurzeldünger gibt es konstant weiter. Runtz wurde mit wurzeldünger und calmag versorgt Tropimango hat noch sehr feuchte Erde. Keine Ahnung wieso.

En general han mantenido un crecimiento estable y continuo, la White Widow que presentaba carencia de azufre, ha evolucionado muy bien, esta fue la ultima semana de la fase de crecimiento, pasando a fase de floración, cambiando a foto periodo 12/12, al igual que se aplicó de forma foliar Delta 9 (estimulante de floración).

first pic is second day this week its may 12 well i think they are doing pretty dam good if you ask me bt i only know so much soo lol let me know what everyone thinks let see i added hydro plex to the mix not really sure if it added to my growth i my opinion growth had already been amazing aha bt we will see spent quite a bit of time pushing big leaves out the way under the second net ehh don’t really think i did any harm bt i cut out everything tiny and under the blanket mid of to nets and down if it look bigger then my fingers it’s survived this round aha broke one water leaf up top on accident ehh oh well not much else just been watching them grow gonna have to change the chains that hold my light they hand about 12 in of the top that i can’t move up any more and plants started catching bit more light burn sadly i definitely need more space bt in the end things are looking good to me end of the week i’m feeling more then blessed with the progress everything just getting fatter tried crimping two branch way to low about to days ago bt there still alive and growing again so all it well decided to try to pull the other two down instead lol hope all had a great week and happy growing (not that you guys should care bt is my birthday today 17th )aha til next time

Very happy with the yield which was close to a gram per watt used with a quite low yielding strain and that was with a very very close trim job. Could easily have been a gram a watt had I not trimmed it for a top shelf look. Quality was as usual 10/10 with runtz muffin which I have come to expect. Such amazing phenos to be found.

It's been a busy week. The Red Dragon is growing really well, and they seem to be shooting up really quick. There's no stretch on them so I know they're getting enough light. So far the Red Dragon is definitely one of my favorite strains but I've got a lot more to get through yet lol. I have got some acoustic ducting. WARNING... Acoustic ducting has Fibre glass in it and is a MAJOR IRRITATENT to both skin and eyes and should be done in a well ventilated area with suitable protection. So, I have also switched from pure batmix to a 50/50 split with a good compost. I have done this as I'm not 100% happy with the level of water retention in the batmix, I'm finding it to be too much and I do not want to run into any issues. I would rather the soil drys out then I know exactly when to water. I have also increased the HPS to 400w (from 250w) it is very difficult to give plants too much light. I am spraying the tent whenever I can, with warm(ish) water to increase the humidity for a short while. I will be looking into fiming and LST probably next week to make sure they have a good base. I have also had to transplant the plants into another pot as the roots are growing like crazy at the moment. I also purchased a dimmer plug for the fan, as I don't need it to be on full all the time (it's a 6 inch fan with duel speed but thats far too much for what is needed now. Other than that all is good

So this didn't quite line up with the description from the supplier, but having different phenos is pretty common with multiple hybridization. I wish I had topped or lst'd this plant before it got to tall. Max height from the supplier said 31", but ended up 46".It just seemed to never stop growing. Easily growing two plus inches every day for a few weeks there. The clover ground cover was great up to the point I needed to top dress, at which point I just pulled most of them out. I'm happy with the overall health of the plant considering I was just using organic inputs. Something else to keep in mind is that this plant has only been getting 12 hours of light to work with because of the photoperiod in the tent. I decided to harvest when half the trichomes became opaque instead of waiting for Amber's. Besides the foxtails just keep getting longer by the day. Almost bordering on dr. Grinspoon type of foxtailing. I really want an active flying high out of this plant. The yield wasn't completely terrible, 39.5 grams, half of which will probably be used for oil of bubble hash. The estimated thc from the supplier was listed at 6-14% but there maximum height was also off by a foot so we'll just have to smoke it and see. Of course smoke report and all that will follow but will probably be at least 3 weeks. Thanks for checking this grow out. 04/20: well, I decided to try this one out even if it hasn't hit the 2 week cure mark. It's been curing 12 days now after a 7 day dry time. I put a bit in a bowl and I was surprised how smooth this was already. Decent flavor and the smell is now more citrus. Very deep sweet and sour smell. I could see how some might think it has that sort of pineapple smell but to me it leans more towards a grapefruit kind of smell. The high is nice, comfortable and clear headed, just a nice gentle euphoria. I didn't smoke a lot as I'm not a heavyweight smoker, and another time I will provide a report of how it is to have a larger dose of this stuff. P.s. sorry about all the ugly hps pics. It got to a point where it was just to much trouble with all my other plants to mess with the lights.
