Easy going week. nothing much to report. The EC pen I got is acting weird already. sometimes I'll put it in the feeding liquid and it will display 400ppm something. Then if I move it about or drip it in and out it will jump up to 700ppm something. I doing it over and over till I get a base line and go from that. this weeks EC was aorund 680ppm but the video does not show the other dips I did. PH still kicking aorund 5.9. I find it more annoying to adjust just the waters PH for these plants on the balcony where everything else is "as is" Will try this again indoors in a peat and perlite medium void of any other additives when It can have more of my undivided attention. maybe on the other seeds I got from FB via a friend in the mail. Side note uploading videos into the diaries is great and all, but takes to long to resize and process, can't hit save till its all done... no idea what its doing in the backend. stupid rule on contest must have videos every week,

Another successful harvest of this strain. However under the FC3000 light, frosty trichomes appeared like never before. I can barely wait to find out the dry weight and smoke test of this lady in 7 days.

So the plants survived without light in my garage for 2 days, thank goodness! FBP2 is the best plant by far. She had stacked lots of tight buds, orange pistils coming in nice. Nice bushy structure to her. Super happy with her progress. Royal Critical is doing great, progressed further than all the others so far, lots of orange pistils, curling inwards towards the buds, still white pistils too, so not ready obviously. Not as dense a structure as FBP2, but much better than FBP1 and FBP3, which you can see are way behind both the others. They're looking super straggly. Not sure that they'll improve much at this stage unfortunately. Still I'm pleased overall with this grow, as it's my first and I have learnt a lot about the necessity for LST, and genetics being different from plant to plant. Hopefully we'll be able to harvest the Royal Critical here soon, then FBP2. As for the other 2 plants, I guess I'll have to wait and see.

All I can say at this point is these genetics are stellar. She is still putting on bulk and has formed some truly beautiful colas. She's showing mostly cloudy trichs at this point so I believe I may chop her next week. I am not wanting to go too far past peak THC production as I am not looking for sleep medicine with high CBN. The smell is floral and quite pleasant to behold. She's frosty and looks like she will press into decent rosin when all is said and done. She's just coasting now, drinking plain pHd water and enjoying the last of her time in the tent. Really looking forward to the cut on this one. Bravo Genehtik! They did an awesome job with this strain! She has been extremely vigorous and resilient (only auto that didnt stunt from transplant) we began LST this week as she has enough spacing between nodes and strength to withstand the stress. I managed to get her main branch bent to almost 90° and exposed 90%of her branches( ones is stubbornly hiding 😡) without stopping this is the best I could do🤷‍♂️ She is also starting the very beginning of a stretch she is drinking a bit more and her lower stalk is hardening up.She also popped flowers, earning her a name officially! Was definitely a pleasure growing,amazing looking plant.Loved seeing the progress and seeing the purple really come through. had the true purple pheno so was very happy about that.In hindsight i shouldve cloned and made a mother etc with this pheno but yeah next time.Like i said earlier watch out for cannabis aphids and PM.Bud is currently in jars curing ,want to leave it for atleast a month before i start toking on it

Week 7 day 3. I stopped giving soluble nitrogen today. 1/2 reduction in soluble pk. Adding solubles in water drops my ph perfect so I don’t use ph down in flower. Now today I start adding a little ph down as the 1/2 strength soluble pk brings water to about 7.4, so reduction to 6.9

Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. finally they are in flower! Yay final foliar spray applied. They are still smelling like chocolate and peanut butter. Did not get 1 drop of rain this week. It is getting so frustrating plants are 1/4 what they should be this year.

Had a visitor this week. As I was watering my plants I noticed this red spot on one of the leaves... To my surprise it was a ladybug. I don't have aphids or nothing like that, and I don't have the slightest idea where this litle nugget came from.... Besides that all plants are doing OK, NL 1 is a litlle slower than the other ones and its just now starting to show first signs of flower. The other ones did that last week... The NL1 and MC started drinking and eating a lot. They go trough 700ml in a day and half. Upping the watering dosage this week so I can have more time between waterings. I like around 3 days.

they are all growing great and starting to get taller. a very robust plant and very easy to grow and maintain. they are getiing 1/2 the recommeneded dose of nutrients 3 times a week
