Second week with the mini humidifier here and so far mixed results. I need something with larger capacity so I don't have to refill it every single day, but still small enough to fit the IKEA box. Strongly considering to add a heated mat too at some point. There seems to be quite a bit of temperature difference between the plant and the bottom of the pot. Maybe just some insulations. Sooo many things to try, but let's focus on not overfeeding them 😃

24 hrs of darkness begins. amber trichomes are hard to see under certain lights and through glasses, i dumped the glasses and moved each one to a different room and sure as shit "amber trichomes!". I just realized a jewelers lupe with a light works better without looking through reading glasses. 3 yrs of crap harvests and it aint over yet but if i get these dried at 60rh @ 70 deg F for 6-10 days APPPROX! CAREFUL FOR MOULD, and i got the 32 oz jars, belvidas and humidity guages for cure. as long as i can do that right, man things are really looking good. PRINCETON CAN USE A GUY LIKE JOEL! We'll see. I am starting another diary for the 2 gorilla glues that are growing really slow. I was going to dump them but i kept putting it off and slowly the buds started stacking up. I would love to know if this is common with all seed vendors and not just mine and why its happening like this. More important, I GREW BIG POTENT BUDS BY MYSELF!!!!!!! PRETTY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Die Ladys beenden morgen Ihre 4. Woche und haben mal wieder extrem an Masse und Wachstum zugelegt. Der Start in die 5. Woche mit Vorblüte und bereits die ersten Streches. Verwunderlich finde ich, dass die kleinste mit dem kleinsten Top am längsten braucht um in die Blüte zu gehen 😄 aber das wird auch noch 😎 Ab morgen bin ich für zwei Wochen im Urlaub und ein Freund wird sich um das Gießen kümmern. Ich gehe davon aus das alles gut wird. Sie wurden nun zum zweiten mal entlaubt, die unteren Blätter wurden entfernt als auch Triebe die sich nicht optimal entwickelt haben. Wenn ich wieder komme werden sicherlich die ersten Terpene zu riechen sein 🙏🏽 Lasst gerne ein Like da!

Just gave alil recharge so far , besides having some water issues here (tap got funky funky) but had some rv water filters plopped onto the tap and all is in range ec/ph wise now. Issue averted atleast i caught it, got in the habit of checking PPM of the tap everytime just to be sure (I aerate 5gal of tap water as I use it to mix whicheve stuff I maybe using aswell. That's about the only major thingy that really happened. I am seeing some leaf variegation I hope it's nothing more serious havnt had any tmv before so I'll be keeping a tight eye. Fingers crossed tho, I do have a second started that was gonna ne ran without plagron but if she's sick I got a back up. Couldn't wait for new pots to be delivered so I used a couple old ones I had and improvised with the other 3 and made some from instant noodle pots 😋 I vacuumed and disinfected every inch of the tent today before I put the little ladies in there, I have to say it is much brighter now...didn't realise how dusty things could get! Hopefully removed all traces of pollen. I'll mist/spray these regularly with water as a precaution.

Plants keep growing good, without excess or nutrient fault. So happy They have doubled the size. +17 cm. As i commented before i'm struggling with the height of the tent, I hope they stop but I don't think so I have switch ON the flowering leds to invite them to start flowering. Also is the first auto strain that vegs for 34 days and there aren't signs of preflowering. The vendor states that the complete life is between 70 and 80 days... I don't care about time but yes about space. Thinking in setup a scrog mess, but i don't know. day 36 - I see some preflowering signs at one plant. Ads you can see in the pictures the higher was nearly touching the leds and I dind't had margin to move it upper, so i have lowered the base around 10-15 cm and now they have some space to go bigger at flowering. I have taken advantage of the occasion to take out all the plants and take some photos out of the closet, hope you like it. In 2 days more i will do a root cleaning with specific solution and will change all the water for preflowering doses Also the smaller one was damaged during this process, i hope she recover fast. I will apply some wound paste on that to avoid more stress; you can see too that the smaller one is not straight due to bigger one blocking the light. With lowering the basethere is a humidity reduction of around 10%

The Number's; Started with; 564g Wet on the Scale Finished with; 263g Dried Flower. Plus some Pollen for a Personal project.. IMO; Definitely decent yields for a pheno hunt. Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/11/20 - Total Days: 009 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looking less droopy. But still yellow. --- Decided to do a reservoir change. --- 4.5gal of distilled water --- 8ml of Sensi Grow A --- 8ml of Sensi Grow B --- 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- 4ml of B-52 --- 4ml of CaliMagic --- 4ml of Hydroguard --- 4 drops of Superthrive --- PH'd down to 5.8 --- Solution strength: 302 PPM --- Since I didn't want to risk over-watering the rockwool, I did not to do a top feed, may do one tonight after the sleep cycle (lights are still set to go off at 10am and back on at 4pm). --- As I was doing a reservoir change, I noticed that the tubes and bucket were a bit slimy. Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best. Going to let it ride until morning! Please feel better! [END OF WEEK 02]

12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Added another 150w of 3000k below the canopy. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season.

Day 49 today and the start of an attempt at drought stressing her . The science says to withhold water until a noticable droop on their frame bit rhisnlady is a solid limbed , woody beast so that won't happen the same at all. To counter this I expect around 7 days is all I will push it too so right on point for a final weeks feeding before harvest and ripening. The effect hoped for a is a noticable difference in the thc and oils produced. It sounds similar in move as other methods like stem splitting , taking chunks out as though being threatened by wildlife ect.. but is more in keeping with seasonal changes and auxin changes. I did leave my last crop in the dark for over 7 days drying but didn't benefit too much from that. It is something I have wondered about since reading about it. I pulled the Red Hot Cookie and the Sweet Afghani Delicious as rhe tank took a turn for the worse so took the sensible option. S.a.d is drying but I quick dried the Rhc and had a few nice joints from her. not her full potential but certainly helped me sleep. lol Amnesia haze is mid way through her second pistil flush with plenty of fresh ones backing them up too . Her overall size and bud yield should be even better once they begin to discolour and push even more trichromes from this amazingly sweet and fruity girl. She was the 1st to show hunger issues before i used the megacrop addition so was taking all her stashed nutes . shebhas rewarded me with a very good sized plant that is a star to work with. He buds are rock solid to touch and leave a beautiful smell on my fingers when touched. The trichromes are slowly being hidden by the newer pistil growth but inexpectbsjebwill build on them too. I didnget a day of high humidity when my dehumidifier filled up and switched off. This managed to allow some bud rot onto 1 cola but I caught it early enough to not be an issue now. She has done her breeders proud indeed. I hope the pics do her justice as I love this lady and how's he is finishing. 2 weeks max now I think. Enjoy the vid and pics. thanks for stopping in. Day 69: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 1379 ppm, 2951us/cm, 2.9 EC (1 purple punch, wedding Cheesecake) 1391 ppm, 2959 us/cm, 2.9 EC (gorilla cookies) 1L 319 ppm, 678 us/cm 0.6 EC (3 strawberry banana and 2 purple punch) (2L each) 3 different feedings for the 10 plants Still flushing all the strawberry banana and 2 purple punch with flawless finisher, 2ml per L. (1st week flawless finisher, 2L each, 2nd week clear water, 150L each pH tap water) Day 71: I've been struggling with the humidity, always around 70%, I can't turn the lights off at the moment. I lost one of the main fans during 2 days, and I found mold on all the tops on one purple punch and on the smaller strawberry banana as well. First timing having this issue! High humidity plus not enough air circulation equals this. Mistakes happen for a reason. Need to start rethinking my whole air circulation, exaustor, fans, etc etc. I removed the infected buds, I used a magnified glass to help me do the job better. I did everything like the book. Already have 3 fans on the tent, let's see how it goes. Humidity between 65-75% Day 73: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 1458 ppm, 3101us/cm, 3.1 EC (2 wedding Cheesecake and 1 gorilla cookies) 283 ppm, 602 us/cm 0.6 EC (3 strawberry banana, 3 purple punch and 1 wedding Cheesecake) (2L each) 2 different feedings for the 10 plants Still flushing, 1st week flawless finisher, 2L each, 2nd week clear water, 150L each pH tap water) Everything running smooth, they are starting to show the colors from the flush I've been doing. Day 75: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 290 ppm, 617 us/cm 0.6 EC (3 strawberry banana, 3 purple punch and 3 wedding Cheesecake) (2L each) Day 77: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 1811 ppm, 3810 us/cm, 3.8 EC (gorilla cookies) 253 ppm, 538 us/cm 0.5 EC (3 strawberry banana, 3 purple punch and 3 wedding Cheesecake) (2L each) Still flushing... Going to cut some of them this week.

You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. Plus they fit in my tent just as snug as my last ones and that's a big thing for me, I don't like dim corners. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine.
