Day 22: Honestly didn't think I would have made it this far. The girls are looking great minus a couple of issues. I have over watered them and over fed too! Not to mention trying to LST too early. I will wait a bit longer before watering this time. Day 23: MORNING - They were super dry. I have been over watering a bit so I watered maybe 1/2 gallon for all 6. I also did some more LST and took 1 large fan leaf off of each plant. I will update again before lights out. Day 23: NIGHT - The girls are responding very well to the LST. I don't think they are liking the 80°. I am starting to have issues with lower humidity again. I need to try and figure some sort of ducting out or possibly even get a small AC unit for the grow room. Day 24: MORNING - I removed a couple more leaves that were covering potential bud sites. I have also done a partial main-line on the smallest girl. It looks to be already showing pistols. I've had to open the tent with a big fan blowing directly in with the humidifier behind it. The girls were getting hot and dry. Day 24: NIGHT - Well 5 are showing to be female. The biggest plant is showing no signs of sex. I am guessing it will be the mystery seed. I will be doing no more LST to these ladies for at least a week or better. I think I have stressed them out enough the past 2 days. Day 25: These girls are very resilient!! I tortured them all weekend and the one I nopped off to do a sort of mainline grew by 20% at least. Day 26: It is the official 3 week mark today and the girls are starting to flower. I tied em down to get light to all bud sights. I will 100% not touch them unless they need it from this point!!!! They are soo small and I need not stunt them any more!! I have removed the Mystery Seed as it looks to be a male and I do not want to take the chance!! Also fed and watered today. Only 200 ppm for the feed. Day 27: Nothing new to report. These girls are gonna be tiny :| I must've stressed em too much too soon :( Looking good though I think! 💪 Day 28: I never do what I say. Dumb! Broke main stem on one of the best plants. Taking it as a lessons learned. It's been two hours and she looks SICK! Oh well.

My two Feminized Royal THCV are fine and beautiful, they are monster plants, the stretching seems stabilized and the flowers smells awesome. #1...130cm #2.. 130cm I give them water with a tablet of Easy Bloom and a tablet of Easy Micronutrients from RQS Organics Nutrients. The Apple Betty girls have performed very well this week! The LST began, and there was some great growth in side branching. I also started this week off with introducing them to some nutrients ❤️ Start of week 4, the girls had responded well to transplanting, so I decided to start with some LST. My main method is to use soft wire wraps (dollar store purchase!) I poke one hole in the side of the pot near the top, and then go directly opposite that hole and poke through to make another. The first hole is for a wire wrap to secure the base of the seedling from pulling right out or over too far. The other hole is for the direction you want to bend your plant to. I start by slowly working the stem between my fingers at the point where I want it to bend. Twisting and pinching slowly so not to snap. *wait a day or two after your last water, or it will be easier to snap* once it’s ready to flop, I use the wire tie to hold down the top of the plant as close as I can to the nearest shoots. I’ll usually leave the plant like this for a couple of days, adjusting the ties, and then take them off to let them recover . Watered with a small dose of the full line of Advanced Nutrients I will be using for this grow. The girls got about 500 ml at the beginning of the week, but 2 days in I could tell they wanted more. By the end of the week they are taking nearly 1/2 gallon (which will give me 10% runoff) At the end of the week I increased the intensity of the BP2500 to 190 watts at the wall and the girls did show a few wrinkles as they adjusted, but have quickly recovered. I haven’t topped these girls, and I’m not sure if I am going to… thoughts? Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Well we have hit day 16 and that was a tough ride to say the least learning all the time .The light was to close had her at 22" inches but 34 " was the sweet spot as you can see she recovered quickly . Besides that I've been giving her nutrients and a foiler spray and am excited to see her next week , thanks for checking in canna family ...

Day 15: From today, 600W LED is placed. Ventilation runs at the same time when the lamp is on +15min after the lamp is off. 20 hours on, 4hours off. Fertilization starts on Monday, Wednesday, Friday with Epsom salt, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday with bat guano. Water intake 25ml per plant per day plus some triggering spray. Critical Orange is already so tall. Day 16: They are pretty cool and like the new environment I mean ventilation and the new powerfull LED. As it can be seen in the picture one is really small. It happened because this is the 2nd Sour Orange seed that was planted after them because one seed has died the Super Skunk so I replaced with an other Sour Orange. Day 17: I burnt Critical Ora ge Punch and Lemon Zkittle because of the triggering spray and the lamp I can see the leaves... I will stop using triggering... Not the first time.... They will survive anyways... Day 18: Thet are stable now ventilation does not shock them that much. Lemon Zkittle and especially Critically Orange Punch burnt badly. When these get bushier and bigger I will remove those ugly parts. Day 20: No picture was taken yesterday, they are strong enough now so the ventilation is fine. Lemon Zkittle and Critical Orange Punch still look burnt next week may be the chance to remove those leaves.

SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on them both...about half cloudy now..👌 TUESDAY: I observed some white spots(maybe powdery mildew) on a few leaves here and there, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because they are entering the harvest window. WEDNESDAY: I watered them today and included a bunch of terpinator, bud candy, bembe, and cha ching. It was their last dose of any nutes...flushing with spring water from here on out. THURSDAY: Took a couple of photos and tried installing my new Solacure FlowerPower UVB light, but it was dead on arrival.😢..back to the 15.0 reptile UVB lights for now I guess... FRIDAY: The guy at Solacure is awesome! He immediately Fedex'd a replacement!👍 SATURDAY: I took a few photos and inspected trichromes...I guess that's it for them both! I'll start flushing tomorrow.

Things went as normal this week. I didn't water or feed the girls since i have been sick lately, all I did was push them back under their net. Sometimes their stems pop/snap but i don't worry anymore, the next day they recover nicely. (its more like an internal pop i hear) The weather isn't as sunny as I would like yet, but i can't do much about that. With all the foliage bug hunting has been reel tough, although I found a baby cutworm witch i quickly eliminated. slow and steady the girls keep climbing I just manage the light space 4 them. I only go in on the weekends 4 their training and that seems to be good enough. The girls in the back are just exploding, compared to the others. I dont know if maybe some good soil back there or just some magic beans. Maybe because they are closest to their nightlight?

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.
