Hello. This week is start of my 4th year on this site!! 😃✨🎈🎁 , also this is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Things are going well in here. I got in here on the weekend and did a big trim/prune and sucker branch removal too. In some of the pictures you can sort of see through the plants to the floor or wall. That is just right. Not too much taken off, but the light can still pernitrate to the lower buds. The plants are in shock because I took a lot of leaves off and will need a few days to get over that and start to grow again. At this point, I can tell when they are over the shock, by how soon the resin starts to appear. They should go right into resin production after coming out of shock. I don't know if I'll make seeds this summer with the Gorilla Face males. None of these males have much of a smell with the rub test. They all have 4 inches or more of distance between the leaf sets since being repotted. Even the one I thought was going to remain short, has 4 to 5 inches between leaf sets. I might put pollen on the 2 shortest females just to see what I get. It's hard to find a good male. I'll wait another week before deciding. I put a sercuirty door/gate on my greenhouse door. I've had an open door in the summer for years and have always been worried about getting ripped off by someone walking in from the street. Now I can leave the door open and not have to worry so much. This way they have to break something to get in now, better chance of catching them. Ok. See ya next week. Chuck.

This venture’s ultimate objective is to position myself as a preeminent cannabis cultivator in my locale. As I navigate through the labyrinth of regulatory licensing, I’m conducting a trial run with my seedlings under continuous lighting conditions and a minimal nutrient regime. My primary goal during this phase is to identify any potential hiccups that could hinder the growth process and ultimately impact the productivity of my intended commercial operation. As I delve deeper into this exploratory phase, I draw invaluable insights from the thriving cannabis community, whose collective wisdom informs my decision-making process. Given my geographical location and available resources, I’ve opted for a strategic shift in my cultivation strategy. Previously, I’ve been procuring seeds at an average cost of $10 to $22 per seed, with a relatively broad success rate variance, ranging from 70% to 85%. However, an alternative presents itself in the form of local cultivators. These businesses offer cannabis plants aged between 2 to 4 weeks, boasting an impressive variety of over 100 strains. Super easygoing strain, and fun to grow. Looks like a nice yield but I'll have to update with weight after it's dry. This sweetie was grown in 6 gallons, from seed, under non adjustable lighting from seedling through harvest. Base nutes and cal mag. Ocean Forest/perlite in the bottom 3/4, Happy Frog/perlite on the top 1/4. Trained with a combo of scrog/lst techniques. The lights are two 50 dollar "1000 watt equivalent" Amazon LEDs, they say their max input is 280 volts though so I have no idea what grams to watts will be when the dry weight comes in.
