Puppy Love has been a gassy, citrus, bottle rocket plant. Main cola dominated, topping would be better in future grows. She smells like that smashed orange in a gas station parking lot. Being that i have grown SYC I can see and smell many similarities. Very stout, uniform, and that something unusual in the smells like SYC. She went dark for 48 hours on day 79, chopped Day 81. Hung whole, should dry fast. 3 weeks for weights and smoke reports fellow herbal enthusiasts!

5/2 she's finally tall enough to spread out and she's looking so fucking good. She's showing sex but I don't think its flowering 5/31 the main stem of this plant is crazy. The branching is abnormal and I can't wait to see what it does.

The plant is looking great! Very bushy with many tops. A rather flat canopy. Still need to do some more training to flatten things out a little more.

Not so much to say about this week. The condition of the plants stayed the same. Buds are starting to fatten up and smell is very noticable. This I gave them this week: Day 1 → Dry Day 2 → Each 1250 ml (0.33 gallon) ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.48– ph 6.5) Day 3 → Dry Day 4 → Each 1250 ml (0.33 gallon) tapwater with Plagron nutrients (see above for which and how much) Day 5 → Dry Day 6 → Each 1250 ml (0.33 gallon) ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.45– ph 6.5) Day 7 → Dry The cobs are now at 45 cm (17.7 inch) with 296 watt → DLI 41/PPFD 949 Temperatures stayed between 21.9 – 29.1 °C ( 71.4 – 84.3 °F) and humidity levels between 46 – 68 % Till next week! Incredible how far modern autos have come!

Gave them a bit of super diluted Roots Organics Terp Tea - Grow at the end of the week and they really took off. Really pleased with the fast buds stuff, comes out of the gate fast growing.

Diese Woche war ich fünf Tage im Urlaub. In dieser Zeit musste Blumat seine Zuverlässigkeit beweisen. Das klappte problemlos – wie erwartet. Ist das System einmal richtig eingestellt, läuft es zuverlässig – solange der Tank regelmäßig nachgefüllt wird. Die Pflanze hat sich diese Woche um 16 cm gestreckt. Ich rechne noch mit etwas weiterem Stretch, aber nicht mehr viel. Insgesamt dürfte die Streckung am Ende bei etwa 100 % liegen. Die Blütenansätze haben sich diese Woche sehr gut entwickelt. Lollipopping an Tag 21 ist dennoch sinnvoll, denn schon jetzt sind viele Triebe zu sehen, die später nur kleine Popcorn-Buds bilden würden. Diese Woche wurde es deutlich wärmer, mit Spitzenwerten von 30 C° im Grow Room. Im Zelt stieg die Temperatur während einer Lichtphase entsprechend auf bis zu 32 C°. Die Pflanze hat das gut verkraftet. Da es in unserer Region bisher nicht geregnet hat, ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit noch niedrig. Mit den ersten Gewittern und Regenschauern dürfte sich das jedoch schnell ändern. 🌸 Week 1 – Flowering Phase Begins After a solid preflower prep, I’ve officially flipped the grow to flowering! I’m now running 3 phenotypes in bloom: 🔹 #36 🔹 #38 🔹 #45 Pheno #40 has been isolated due to potential signs of hermaphroditism — nothing confirmed yet, so I’ll keep a close eye on it over the next couple of weeks before making a final decision. Structurally, things are getting interesting: 🔸 Two phenos are showing a tall, US-style stretch, with wider internodal spacing — just like what I’ve seen in modern cultivars I’ve grown in the past. 🔸 The other two are more old-school in structure, shorter and stockier, with tighter node spacing. 🌱 All 4 phenos have been successfully backed up in a DWC cloner for preservation — the hunt continues! Really excited to see how these girls develop over the next few weeks 🙌 Let’s bring out those peachy gassy terps !

D65: Tried taking some pictures with the macro lens. I'd say the majority of the trichromes are cloudy with some still clear and the occasional amber ones. Will keep track of the evolution. D70: Buds keep getting bigger, the main cola is starting to look like one big, consolidated bud. Trichromes remain mainly cloudy, with some still transparent and some amber ones. Also gave her a flush (10l), since I think she'll be ready for harvest in at most 2 weeks. Next watering, I might add molasses a last time. Smell is strong and really sweet, reminds me of vanilla a little.

I got the 3 starting seeds from an exchange with a redditor who accidentally pollinated his batch with a male, meaning I didn't start with the best genetic which in the end, probably induced the hermie. It turned out good overall but it did fuck up a lot of things. I never thought 4 weeks of veg would be too much. They got tall in no time and almost tripled in height during the flowering stretch. Light burn had a significant impact on the trichome production of certain buds. The mold is on me. I should have controlled the conditions better. I had to throw away 10-15g because of it. And really nothing guarantees I removed it all. Plant B produced, in the books, a lot less than her sisters and that can be explained by 3 factors: -Mold attacked it more than the others; -I probably switched 1 or maybe 5 (who knows...) whole branches when they fell from the rope during the drying; -I left a lot of tiny popcorn buds that got separated in the ''to be extracted'' jar. The 3 plants were pretty similar in looks but gave rather different seeds. A, the hermie, gave a lot of seeds in general but almost half of them were immature or wonky and got discarded; B, a female, gave a lot of good ones but also quite a few bad ones. The have nice stripes giving them a tiger look; C, another female, still hasn't been plucked of all it's seeds but the ones I already collected are really big, round and mat. Plant A pollinated itself. Plant B got helped by me but C didn't received help from me nor the wind and still got hit, a lot less, but still. I'll never underestimate the propagation power of pollen again. FINAL HARVEST: PLANT A: - 91g - 281 viable seeds PLANT B: - 28g - 297 viable seeds PLANT C: - 89g - 149 viable seeds 167 mixed seeds from ABC EXTRACT MATERIAL: - 9g TOTAL: 217g / 894 seeds Height by weeks: 1 - 7 cm 2 - 20 cm 3 - 32 cm 4 - 49 cm Switch 5 - 81 cm 6 - 107 cm 7 - 120 cm 8 - 124 cm 9 - 125 cm 10 - 126 cm 11 - 126 cm 12 - 128 cm 13 - 128 cm Nice experience overall. A lot of thing could have gone better but the fact is I got a bunch of seeds for future pheno hunting and God knows I'll need to do some to straighten the genetic. See you all then!

Trimming started after day 12 of drying and took about 5 hours to compete. The final yield was 508g dried flower and another 8 grams of dry sit from the trim bin. I pressed 5 oz of flower into rosin at about 22% yield for a total of 30g of rosin.
