Into week two all cuttings have taken 8 have been topped, spacers have been deployed to train branches 3cm spacers I will increase the size of spacers once the branches develop a little more. about every 3 days Is required depending on how the strain performs. this is a more creative method of growing with the final picture of your media in mind {peecock effect}. once the media has starched I will snap on the spacers to create the scrog for a level canopy, holding the outer plants left and right further out to the left and right for more light exposure to develop my flowers to there full potential. middle of week 2 I put the spacers together to make the scrog mainly two train the left and right rows of plants outwards for more space in the middle of my canopy.

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

La mantendremos así durante unos días hasta que toque hacer el lavado de raíces para asegurarnos de cosechas unas flores con un aroma y sabor sin contaminantes (algo de lo que ya nos aseguramos desde un principio al utilizar zyco)

Vale pues hoy empiezo a contar la primera semana de crecimiento, de un total de 4. Estamos a 13/02/23 y llevan 20 días desde la germinación. Hoy he regado ya con abono de crecimiento, en concreto uso el Boom Crecimiento de Boom nutrients y he añadido también CalMag Dentro de dos semanas haremos el trasplante, a ver si aguantan por que a este ritmo se van a salir de las macetas en 1 semana jaja. Toca trasplante, han crecido muchísimo y es momento de que las raíces sigan creciendo con fuerza así que... trasplante. Entre el día 19/02/23 y el día 20/02/23 termino todo el trasplante, por ahora dejo terminadas 5 de 12 plantas. Especialmente he priorizado las autos ya que no me quiero esperar a trasplantar para que no entren en flora. Por ahora siguen vegetando y trasplantas! ESO ES!

Continued LST throughout the week and starting to shape nicely. Girls are starting to explode and are really healthy. Both girls started to show sex at the very end of the week.

Growing like a weed. Did some LST, defoliated some yellowing leaves. Looks like nitrogen deficiency. Side dressed with Back to Earth 4-4-4, half the recommended amount and Superthrive. Hasn’t been give any nutrients since transplant. 4 days earlier treated with cal-mag and recharge. Sprayed with some organic neem oil mix a few days prior to that to keep pests away. I’m doing my best to keep everything au naturale.

As of day 57 the grow is going well! I am more confident that the leaf yellowing is regular end of life changes at this point. The buds are putting on decent weight and the trichomes have mostly clouded over. It is entering the harvest window in my opinion, but I am going to wait another week or so before harvest and give it some time to ripen more. I have switched my feeding to a mild does of GO biothrive bloom which will finish the grow with primarily organic nutes through the last couple weeks. i will continue to fade down the nutrients as the plant is hitting the end of its life. Unfortunately, the plants have numerous leaves which look unhealthy (discolored, droopy, crispy/decayed). I removed the 3-4 worst looking leaves from each plant every other day, although I know that can be harmful to autos. Started adding in "Sensi Cal" this week to hopefully rebound from potential mineral deficiencies. Still using Recharge microbes once a week. Nutrients are now being administered accurately and at 1/4 the recommended level. Despite the unhealthy state of the plants, the pre-flowering bud sites look pretty good to me. I'm happy to see healthy looking pistils. Needless to say, I'm very eager to get these girls back on track and looking vibrant and verdant ASAP.
