Pretty smooth week. Realizing I should've done a bit more defoliation around trellis level where I've got a lot of little budsites competing for space. Dosidos 1 (purple-er pheno) - beautiful plant with lots of frosty little buds. Nice colors in the pistils this week. CBS - still looks sickly. Gave her a shot of the Neptune's Harvest this week but she looks about the same. Despite her yellowing and mottled spots on the leaves her buds keep filling in. BttF2 - Looking pretty good. She's closer to the light than the other 3 but doesn't seem to have any issues with the extra rays. Dosidos 2 (frostier pheno) - Also looking healthy and dripping with trichomes. Accidentally got a little resin on my hand and it smelled like Sweet Tarts.

These ladies came in a rush, such a rush that they stretched out without leaving the seed. I only got a picture of two but about four of them were like that. As soon as they shedded the seed the leaves came in nicely, only one got a bit damaged from being stuck in the seed. I placed the seed in a 500ml cup with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. All out good first week only problem was I had to adjust the light a bit to keep them from stretching, but at the end of the week ladies were spreading their leaves so they comfy now.

Esta semana a estado marcada por un excelente desarrollo, ya esta culminando el desarrollo de los capullos para dar inicio al proceso de engorde de las flores.

Con 64 dias y 7 u 8 de lavados a base de riegos con agua de osmosis creo que ya puedo ir para cosechar. Estos últimos dias gracias al cambio de temperaturas he evitado bastante bien a la araña roja y a los trips. Se haber seguido haciendo las altas temperaturas se hubieran plagado, ya habia alguno de más, varias hojas picaditas. Sobretodo de partes bajas y viejas. Una vez las saqué del armario estuvieron fuera de él en una habitación inundando la casa de un olor especial , tanto que se hacia incluso molesto . Luego las colgué para el secado y a otra cosa. La manicura esta vez fue rápida , quitar las hojas mas grandes y el resto ya iré quitando cuando esté bien seco y vallan para curar.

This week have been all about making sure the bud sights get enough light and enough water. They drink rapidly now compared to the first 10 week of its stage. Very happy with the result i didnt expect to do so well with that many bud. So i am happy with this still and still as excited as i were in the start of the grow. I learned to be more patients with plants. I am planning on harvesting in week 17-18. This will be bombass weed i can see and smell it. Smells like a candy shop every time i open the tent :D

We have two very very pretty Rainbow Sherbet at different stages of flowering. The smallest one left to grow straight is doing very well and is in its first week of flowering. It is a plant that grows fast and primes very well. The plant worked with the main lining is really very beautiful. On her I was very successful in bending the branches of the main mainfold creating a very interesting T. The two ends of the main lining with their branches are the main ones and have shot up but there is good stuff everywhere halfway through the flowering phase let's say. Really excellent resin guys already from halfway through flowering The shape is very very beautiful as is the structure of this plant for real. We are still using soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron 100% organic. Both phenos are pushing beautifully into flower: • Pheno #1: Taller, branchy, already stretching into her flower frame. • Pheno #2: Started later, but catching up fast, morphing gracefully into bloom. The morphology shift is very visible this week, especially with the introduction of new bloom-focused nutrients. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – The New Recipe This week we swapped Start Booster → Top Booster and introduced a few Plagron classics to complement the Aptus base: Water Mix (per liter): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 1 ml • Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml • Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml We paused All-in-One Liquid for now, letting the slow-release pellets in the super soil do their work. The idea: less redundancy, more synergy. 💡 Experiment in Progress: I’ve used Plagron successfully in the past, but this is my first time weaving their trio (Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation) into an Aptus base. It’s improvisation, yes, but that’s where discoveries are made. Each one has its own role in the flowering process, and together they form a very balanced support system for the Mango Kush ladies. 🌸 Power Buds (1 ml/L) • Purpose: Early flowering stimulator • What it does: Power Buds encourages the plant to initiate bud development faster. Entered diary of the month for the first time here on GD. It’s been a good run thanks to Ethos Genetics and Front Row AG Nutrients. Grow diaries has been kinds shitty lately. I’ve tried my best to upload as many good photos as possible. I know I grow a little differently than most here on grow diaries. Push the plants as hard as you can, lots of heat/humidity/co2 and high EC. My motto, if you’re gonna grow, harvest as much as you can with the space you have. Overall this was one of my best runs in a while. Deep orange and cream/cake smells and vigorous growth made this a great strain.

summer summer summertime. yes, summer has finally arrived in germany. the fat whale is happy and goes into full bloom. it's already starting to smell. my LST training only serves to get the side shoots into the sun, which they gratefully accept. she has really stepped on the gas in the last week. she is healthy and strong.

Had to axe out the HPS as summer ambient temps are too high , so I lowered the SE5000 to 10 inch off the canopy and the girls have loved it , buds are getting way fat and are covered in mostly clear some cloudy trichs, temps now are 27 c or lower in day time with no HPS , running a dehumidifier at the intake that is able to drop the humidity by around 20% but unfortunately some days I’m fighting 85% -95% humidity keeping a high rate of air turnover and circulation fans is keeping them happy .. finish line in sight hopefully only another 2-3 weeks . The little GZ auto was ready to go in bags today after 2 weeks drying and final weight was 130g around 4 and half oz , it tastes pretty good , sticky to touch and kinda tastes like pink bubblegum , a touch harsh but still needs a few weeks cure .

Tuesday 4th August (day 38) 2-4am Heavy flushing EC keeps rising PH hasn’t come down below 2 after heavy watering and light feeding. I’m resorting to a reset flush now put roughly 15L of 1.0EC nutrient mix just Calmag and A&B through each pot and finished off with a Balanced feed for day 38 0.5ml/L - Calmag 1ml/L - Canna A&B 1ml/L - Big Bud 2ml/L Clean fruits PH5.6 EC Have removed the plant stands so I can bottom feed them extra when the lights are off, or if I can’t be home in time for watering. I’ve reduced light intensity when it’s too hot, battling high humidity. As you can see they are surviving they are a dark green colour and bud development has been super slow due to all the issues when growing in summer. I shouldn’t have had dry backs early flower should have just soaked them and worked with the humidity. Lessons learned as always with growing it’s never just plain sailing. I might knock the pure coco on the head and start adding perlite again in the winter. May get the autopots out haven’t decided yet.

Davon sieht man zum Glück nichts mehr – in der letzten Woche haben sie sich richtig kräftig entwickelt! Mit dem Training warte ich erst noch, um etwas Zeit aufzuholen, bevor ich die Pflanzen weiter beanspruche.
