At the end of the second week, there's still not much to report. Yesterday, I increased the DLI to 20 after forgetting to ramp it up earlier in the week. ------------------------------

6/11 day 55 day 56. Officially 2 months of growth. Somehow I've kept an auto flower in the vegetative stage for quite a bit of time. They are flowering and have stretched a ton. I will get actual measurements for each plant this Pheno #1 looks more indica (they all are) than the others. The pistils are shorter but more of them and the node spacing is a tighter than the others and she's stayed the shortest(least amount of stretch) and has thicker leaves(maple leaf style) her pistils started white and now have a pink tone to them and on closer inspection, some of the sugar leaves are purpling. This one could be expressing it more so because of environment. This week we've had lows and rains and cloudy weather. The other night it was in the low 40s, so in hindsight it might be environmentally expressed. Pheno #2 is the one that's been the most well rounded the whole time. Popped quick and has always been steady and not too tall and not too short. Her pistils are bright white like roots or an initial taproot. But the calyx are a deep deep purple. I believe this purple expression to be a genetic phenotypical expression rather than environment. The purple clashes with the white so beautifully. They just makes it all pop with the green. It honestly looks like a purple clover flower 😄

7 weeks later and she's flowering nicely, not too much verticle growth but the buds are getting bigger every day. Stoked! Nothing new, might make another compost tea up this week. I'm giving them 1L of water every 2nd day, 500mL top feed and 500mL bottom feed. Until next week friends, thanks for checking in.

Week 5 day 1. I have a favourite for next run. I’m very happy, I haven’t really defoliated at all this grow, just letting it grow. Wish I was going for mains(topping) but still very good. Going to wait around week 9 so seeds will be good for next run. I have decided to do very hard hst next round to show max potential. Very happy with supercropping so will do it very heavy with scrog. I will try to reveg the one I really like but it is difficult having only 1 set of lights and 1 tent. Plants are about 7ft tall, might just run 2 next round in 4x8 or will still continue to go 4 in the 4x8.

Ladies are looking good, I’m liking not having to pull tarps to have flower this early…. But the quality isn’t quite there. My dad is flowering gdp auto and runts auto indoors. They are a lot smaller but a lot prettier. I’m sure my temps have been the root of all my problems. Wishing the buds would fill out, they are getting runny and larfy. Well I have a few more seeds for next year but I’m thinking autos are not for me. I have started to see some botryis and have been cutting it out. Mainly seeing mold on the two hermies, but also seen some aphids on one of the hermies I got mad and cut it down! Then I poured gas on the infested bud and burned it…. Growing is not for the faint hearted;)

The last week that they will receive 'veg' supplements. Next feed will have bio bloom and top max added, root juice is removed. I try to give them a feed with nutrients one or twice a week, and one without (just water).

Day 28: start of week 5 i start to see a cal mag defency on the critical (see the leaf picture) I got no calmag as im very low on cash right now. hope she will do great without it ill put more pictures as the week progresses, the critical finishes at day 50 so theres only 3 weeks left The coockies are now on day 21 Update: Day 31 (see final video on this week) The calmag problem is very visible on one of the critical (bottom left) no too bad, the girl scout cookies had a nice stretch and the leaves gained a lot of size everything Goes well the coockies drink a lot now. 20/01/2025 Seedlings have definitely grown in size! Bottom watered again today. Mixed 3L solution of Calmag, Growell Plus 8:8:8, Seaweed extract (2ml / 1ml / 1ml) and watered 1L per pot. Solution was sucked dry from tray relatively fast, guess the roots are growing. 21/01/2025 Measured PPFD / DLI today and found that my existing light had a relatively low ppfd value output. Reading 50 plus PPFD / 4.5 DLI at 24 inch height 75% power, generating insane amounts of heat if the grow tent is closed. Thing is the max ppfd is about 150 at 24 inches. Can't bring down the lights more without potentially causing light burn due to the high DLI low ppfd ratio. Fortunately I have the tent in a temperature controlled room so I had to leave the tent open to ensure there was good airflow cooling down the excess heat without causing too much of a temp shift. Managed to bring up the humidity by adding a larger humidifier maintaining 60 to 70 % range. Did myself a favour and ordered the vivosun aerolight a200se to go along with the rest of the vivosun kit. Hoping it arrives by week 3! Besides this, seedlings look healthy, did some foliar feeding with homemade wood vinegar (5ml to 1L) after lights out. 22/01/2025 I almost killed my plants with light lol. Turns out my existing light was putting up alright dishing out 1200 pfd from 24 inches at max. I noticed some skewed reading when I was tilting my phone screen so decided to take off the screen protector and damn.. ppfd was at 800 ppfd! It was the screen protector not the lights 😆 Since there were no signs of yellowing or wilting I decided to keep it at 400 ppfd. Bottom watered with 1L each of (2ml CalMag / 1ml Growell Plus 8:8:8 / 1ml Seaweed to 3L phed to 5.9) had about 100 ml excess after waiting for 10 mins so I drained out the excess. 23/01/2025 Fortunately my blunder with the lights didn't cost me too much. Plants still looking healthy, 3rd set of true leaves opening up.

Why hello we are here now with the Payapa Bomb x Cotton Candy auto! I had some slight issues with the germination she took a bit longer than expected! And I lost pictures :( but we are at the end of 1 week of veg! She is full seedling turing into a bigger girl everyday! I have gave her some light nutrients just a root drech, some mycorrhizal for the roots! Im excited for this grow, I've never done a fast flowering plant before! Im assuming the flowering time will be faster but I can keep her in veg a while to get the plant big we will see!!!!! Mmm any ideas? Lets go papaya!!!

Haven't been remembering to post weekly updates! Everything is going great the auto flower girls are budding nicely and the other ladies are starting to flower nicely I'm giving alternating nutrients using a few different fox farm nutrient feed charts with my own take on them from notes an suggestions. This is the part that is so enjoyable but so stressful!

Day 60: Week 4 of flowering! She is still taking heavy feeding and looks very healthy. Some leaves at the very top tacoed a bit. She grew tall and a bit close to the light but no big deal, she is handling it well. Im still not sure if letting her grow more internodal space was a good idea. I believe she is getting more light in between branches and growing larger buds than the Tangie because of this. I'll wait to the harvest to compare both results. Day 63: Watered with Plagron Bloom, Bud Candy, enzymes and a little bit of CalMag. There is a little bit of wind burn on one of the lower fan leaves but it is expected since my intake is right in that corner. She stopped stretching and her buds are becoming bigger and bigger!

And the time to flip her out came and here is day one on a 11/13 light shuttle lol she is looking amazing to my eyes and so , but so ready to flowers and deliver big fruits, lets see. I topped 2x and they are all clean up to the top, from now on i will give her a defoliation some point on, like day 15 something like that, depending on her needs , if needed before it will b if after, after will b, she will decide if and wen i defoliate her . I gave her still in this watering some root booster (start booster in my case) but from now on i will not give it tho her any more, started my P on them and my fruit booster ( in my case topbooster) Gave her her last training and from here on she is capable of doing her thing, i believe in her and in the power of Aptus Nutrient line.
