This week it seems like they are starting to flower or getting ready to. Day 42 and they are smelling great. I’m super excited to see the difference in plant A and plant B. The runt seems to be bouncing back. After I did some LST it really started to take off.

The Fruity Donutz have finally stopped stretching and are now fully growing their buds. The two plants are two very different phenos where one is turning into a beautiful purple lady. The ladies are very thirsty and I water them two times per day just to keep up. Overall they look very healty and the buds are developing fast. Can't wait to see how they grow this week! 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Because this strain only has 8 to 9 weeks from seed to harvest I started with a little bit of Green Sensation already to support the blooming. The two plants are developing quite differently. The plant in the back is producing lots of trichomes, even covering the smaller fan leafs as well as the sugar leafs. It would be cool to have leafs with thick resin trails at the end f this grow ✌️. The plant in the front doesn't produce that much trichomes just yet, but it has beautiful purple buds and sugar leafs. Even though they're very different in appearance, they are both beautiful. The smell is getting stronger by the day and *spoiler alert* it's damn fruity 😅!

Week 3-4 Got plenty of rain over the weekend so I'm sure I won't have to water for a few days. The plants have a nice natural canopy of trees above the greenhouse and we decided to take the roof part of the greenhouse off so the plants can breathe and get adequate air flow. I have the fans blowing on them to keep air circulating to strengthen the stem and to keep pests from landing. The sun makes the plants look yellow in the video, they are not yellow anywhere just to be clear. They seem to be doing great but this is my first rodeo and my sister who has experience seems to think they are coming along nicely and should do just fine. Let's hope so 🤞

All the girls looking good all have bud forming on their tops this strain has been really with no problems at all. All except one has staid short and bushy the one topped stretched up and fanned out real nice

Well, not much has changed, so it's kind of like 'same same but different' around here. The plants are still vibing, doing their thing, just with a little more oomph this week.

On the first day of week 4 I did topping on the plant at 6 node. Up to this point the plant has been growing very strong and healthy as fast as Autos I have grow before. Day 22 the plant doesn't seem stressed out at all and in fact is pumping New Growth right away I thought it was going to be sad for a day or two but no way the genetics are very strong the plant is very vigorous and their leaves are starting to smell very strong to the touch and just growing by themselves. Day 24 I did some minor defoliation to allow the light to penetrate everywhere in the plant. I will continue to update thank you for reading and have a happy grow.

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time.
