The Afghan #1 has received her final defoliant. At the end of week six she is 78 cm tall. Has put on significant weight with the calyxes fully swollen now emerging into bud formation. Leaves fading yellowing. Stem growth slow paced. She will be fed water and molasses until harvest.

Third week up we go, for this week i decided to lower my VIPARSPECTRA P2000 and bring the light closer to my canopy, i believe they are strong enough to higher PPFD numbers, so at 50cm this is giving me around 1000 uMol/s, with for this faze i believe is perfect, lets see how they react and if needed i can always adjust 😆 but since they are super healthy and strong af , why not pushing them to higher limits 😅💚😆 And with enormous honor and pleasure that i start collaborating with Zamnezia and Viparspectra For this run i will have the pleasure of growing some Runtz genetics from Zamnezia seeds that they wore kind enough to send me for test and review 🙏🙏🙏💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏 and for the testing and reviewing i was blessed with the VIPARSPECTRA model P2000💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏 they wore amazing and send me this LED light for me to do some testing and some reviews. Week 4 flower has come to an end if really happy with the look of things atm all plants are stacking nicely and kicking the crystal right out there's a nice variety of strains by various breeders all different sizes and smells 😊 the Divine indica by divine seeds has the largest flowers this has been an awesome strain that will definitely be getting run again the opium also by divine seeds is huge aswel. The 3 barney's farm strains left in there also look very promising the mimosa evo smells unbelievable and the pink kush and weeding cake are ticking all the boxes. Deleafed on D75 and put in darkness for 2days. Chopped and hung in tent for 9 days. Smoked up a fair bit before weighing so easily would of been over 3oz dry which was pretty surprising considering the problems. Bud has a strong fuel taste and smell with a little fruitiness.

This week I transplant them in 2.5 gallons

Had to tie down some mains diagonally. She has more stretch than her mother for sure. Smells super skunky with that sweet candy in the background right now. Feeding every other day.

Desde el momento uno fue fácil de cultivar, no tuve ningún problema en todo su desarrolló. Como planta supero todas mis expectativas, se encuentran densos y muy pegajosos los cocos. En algunos hay partes de color violeta/lila. Y por ultimo recomiendo mucho cultivar esta genética por lo sencillo que fue cultivarla y sus resultados finales, todo de diez.

Has a great taste not too strong of a buzz but just right night time. Cdb numbing effect… this was the smelliest plant ive grown so far. I wanted to make fem seeds but seems like it was unsuccessful using. Colloidal silver. I see one weird looking seed but don’t know if it’s viable. Callin this a half win because the bud is good . Will grow again when i have more space because i have a seed left. Thanks seedsman. Solid auto genetics send me more autos please lol

This week no real issues. Everything seems to be under control. The little runt has really came along way. Taking the plants A, & B out to get pics in natural light was an eye opener!!!!! I did a little more LST on plant B and plant C. I’m a huge believer in LST now huge plus is that when watering it is way easier than a none Trained plant.

Wow they are really going strong. They are getting really bushy. I am still doing LST and I am still feeding the fish twice a day. They are all developing multiple tops. I will begin some defoliation this week. I posted a video this time. that other plant in the video is a pineapple.

Firstly, the video of the popcorn bud from the mother plant, is showing what’s known as xylem sap from a process known as guttation. I never new that until this. Additionally, I am sorry to have missed out on so much documentation. I can talk forever about my plants so this will be short and to the point. Fast vigorous growth. Very resilient and hardy strain able to shrug of cold damp conditions, and freezing nights down to 32 Fahrenheit. The immune system seemed to be very strong. Never did I find any pathogens or even pests! A few but those little ghost spiders really helped out. During harvest, a thorough inspection resulting in surprisingly clean product! Finishing with large “airy” buds with fat bracts covered in trichomes. A rich musky cheese smell that surprisingly tastes of berries! I suppose I’m getting ahead of myself. But I was able to finish cure and smoke test the mom before harvesting the clone. Finally: this fast 50-60 day pheno will continue popping new bracts up to 90 days!!!! Or at least the mother in the tent did. Also, the dry weight is an approximation as I’m not finished with trim.

And then your branding/research helps give me confidence in knowing that I am working with great genetics before I even start my grow. ---------------------------- Germination Start 2/13/24 to 2/18/24 2/19 to 2/25 Veg Days 1 to 7 Week 0 to 1 Germination took 6 days from dropping in water to transplanting into 1 gallon pots. 29hours in a glass of 6.3ph room temp RO water. Something I would only attempt if they were both floating. They were,so leaving them that long they were able to crack open. I then placed both in paper towels wet with the glass water and pasted to the sides of the glass for 3 days (1 day too long in retrospect). I placed in rapid rooter pods and closed with toothpick tips. They popped out from the pods 1 day later but I gave them 2 days before transplant. Video: Incubator water level is key for rapid rooter pods to wick properly during incubation. Transplant to 1 gal pots: I am using a 50/50, 50%perlite/50%soil with a .5lb of dolomite lime and a .5ml of flora micro added to .5 gallon of RO water (Im mixing 2 gallons of soil total so the water to soil ratio is 1/4 of the total medium volume) to achieve a soil tested ph of 6.4. I am using a 50/50 soil/perlite mix because I plan to use these in auto pots. I also used about 1 cup of the same soil mix water to pour around the plant after transplant; you can see how the perlite rises to the top where I did this. I sprayed two domes and covered - I plan to leave covered for the first week. Feed: I kept them under the domes and sprayed every day that I didnt feed them, to keep humidity up while I let them find water in the soil. By the end of the week I took the domes off and took pictures. Feed this week was another 1 cup of 6.3ph water 5 days after transplant. Feed plan next week will increase the amount to 2 cups of plain-no-nute water with about 4 days between feeds. I want to see the water run through so if I need to use more than 2 cups I will. The idea is to water deep and through, but then make them search for more before the next feed, hopefully spreading the roots out while doing it. Veg Plan: I plan on 8 colas for each plant. So that will be 3 topping days and a total of 7 cuts. I will want to cut the first time on day 21 if I have 5+ nodes. I will transfer to 5 gallon auto pots with-in 1 week of the first topping. Once I have 3 nodes of new growth past the first topping, I will top those two branches to the first node again. (that's 3 cuts total by this point) Then, after 3 new nodes of growth after that, I will do a last topping on the 4 branches. (4 new cuts added to make a total of 7 cuts and 8 colas) I will train the branches using LST/HST with tie downs as soon as I can after the first topping day to help maintain the branches growing where I want them to. I will also introduce an adjustable tomato ring after they have settled into the 5 gallon forever pots to provide support and mobility Hopefully all goes well, and I will have 1 to 2 weeks of growth before flip after week 8. I think it sounds more ambitious than it really is, but if you follow this journal, we will see together.
