[ Introduction ] Welcome to my first ever grow journal! I have been growing medically for the past couple years, documenting some of my grows on my Facebook and Instagram (@OnlyTomatoes) pages, as well as several cannabis cultivation subreddits. I've found that I do a lot of things differently than other growers, so I'd like to share a full cycle publicly in case I have the answers to somebody's questions. [ Updates ] Day 4 - Lights have been lowered to 18 inches off canopy, dimmed to 25%. They've recovered from both their transplant and their topping, new growth looks almost perfect. I'm going to keep the accidental sunflowers for a few more days and see if there's any significant difference between plants. They all received a foliar spray of neem, kelp, and a bit of calmag before lights off yesterday. I expect to be able to remove the remaining damaged leaves by the end of this week. Day 7 - Lights increased to 30%, C02 increased to 800ppm, getting ready for week 2 of veg. Fed today, fairly low EC (<1.5) blend of Silica, Calcium, Kelp, Molasses, and Tribus Grow in a mixture of R/O and tap water. Very little runoff at 1gal per pot. Will most likely foliar again before lights off with a light fish hydrolysate mixture to help with any nitrogen issues. Any dead or dying leaves you see are from pre-transplant, I'm just waiting a few days longer for the existing rootballs' ph levels to swing back to a healthy range before removing all that unsightly growth. I'm really not sure when I'm going to remove the sunflowers growing in some of the pots, I've seen no negative effects yet. I could flip group 1 into flower if I wanted, the canopy is level and beautiful, however group 2 will take a while longer to fill a canopy. [ Grow Details ] Plant Count: 64 (Clones) Mother Age: 17 Months Strain: Gelat.OG (Phenotype 5) Breeder: Seedsman Hunter: OnlyTomatoes Veg Time: 3-5 Weeks Flower Time: 65 Days Training: Multiple Toppings Final Pot Size: 5 gal (Fabric) [ Room Details ] Room Size: 21'x9'x11' (190sqft, 2100cuft) Canopy Size: 10'x9' and 5'x9' (135sqft) Lighting: Grower's Choice ROI-E720 x6 (dimmed to 25% power during veg) Cooling: Cooper&Hunter 36k BTU Minisplit Dehumidification: Quest 225 Equipment Controllers: TrolMaster (Lighting, Cooling, and Dehumidification controls), AutoPilot (C02 Controls) Watering System: Manually controlled drip irrigation, x2 1gph drip emitters per pot [ Pre-Veg ] These poor clones have lived an abused life during 2021, sitting around in solo cups for over 2 months waiting for a new home. Normally I would never allow pre-veg plants to have such obvious deficiencies, but constant hand watering led to some poor nutrient decisions on my part. They've been in their final pots for a few days now and were topped on day 0 of veg. I plan on lowering the lights to 18"-24" within canopy around day 3, I'm just allowing some extra time for the roots to really dig in. I've found that a batch of dirt that was used had sunflower seeds in it, possibly winter food storage from an outside rodent, so I'm debating how long I will let these sunflower seedlings grow alongside my plants. They do make a good cover crop with amazing root systems, I just don't think that really applies in pots of this size where plants can choke each other out.

So many leafs are coming back strong. Next Week I think the stretch will be done, so I can do the final defoliation in this grow Space for better overall light penetration.

Need to replace last hydro system 'cause pump from china isn't a good deal... more simple to use/ to don't have issues with DWC and less scaring moments when put my finger in solution and and device plugged is in all growing fast and there's nothing i can do now unless waiting flower time (and add Cal Mag next week :D) Don't want to practice LST/defoliation unless every one have her space don't want to topping nothing at all (bad experience with auto) Any suggest? Italian fruit is an autoflowering lady ready in four months with loong flowering season. (30% ruderalis :O) (Solution is micro adv base /Humic/Voodoo/Zym) Waiting Co2 System with timer (solenoid switch) from Aliexpress to give about 5/55 - extraction/co2 (per Hour) some algae trying to grow on soil during long session of CO2 Bye!

Harvest on day 91 of cycle , day 54 of flowering.. I could leave it few days more for sure however my ladt harvest is nearly finishing so I need to dry this plant as soon as possible hehehe.. Purple punch has really frosty buds, it didn’t grow as much as I wish(I had to move the plant to the toilet with my burple light as there was no space for 3 plants in my 2x4 tent) but they are looking insanely good, with a strong flavor of grape, I am impressed with this smell/flavour, all covered in trichomes, I can’t wait to smoke it.. So my way to harvest it is I cut it down on the main branch and hang to dry out.. all the plant .. I prefer dry trim because it’s way easier to trim.. so now I am gonna hang it for 2/3 weeks and then start trimming.. I will update yield and tasty as soon as I finish trimming.. Overall I am happy with the results 🙌🏼.

Very easy first grow very happy with results best weed I ever smoked and I can only get better from here so I'm excited to keep seeing more and more progress

Plant is growing well. Transplanted them from a 1 gallon pot into a 3 gallon pot this week.

When it should start flowering?

I’ll start by saying I’m NOT using both bud blood and bud ignitor in one solution, I am using bud blood on the rear tropicanna poison plant and bud ignitor on the front one to test the outcome of them individually to see the best results! I tied down and defoliated twice in the week and have switched to 12-12 yesterday so they’re transitioning now and should be in bloom by week 7! I made some extract them made some gummies successfully I might add and added the photos in the diary!

Transplanted into 5 gallon fabric pots. Roots are looking amazing.

Day 64: Second Grow We’re now in the fifth week of the flowering stage, and the buds are getting thicker by the day. We’ve decided to order a microscope to keep a closer eye on the trichome development. Additionally, we’re considering ordering CANNAZYM, a nutrient that could help our buds grow even bigger and healthier. Here’s to another week of growth and progress!!

7/26/2021 - 1st week of flower. - Mites are super active on the layer of trim I left on the soil surface. They're not on the actual plant, so I'm much more confident in thinking they're beneficial soil mites.

Candy Cream Go Fast Kannabia, 16-17 weeks in. She was stuck in a small for for faaaar to long. She vegged well. But took along time to reach out its roots. But she's turned into a beautiful plant. I'll try explain as best I can until I find device with full veg pics Veg weeks 4-6-------2l pot She grew & grew as much as the 2L would allow. She was the biggest 2L pot phenos I've ever seen. She starting sexing & took ages to recover back into full veg. Veg weeks 6-10------18L pot She took a long time to recoup. As she started sexing on me. It took over a week or more to start growing again, as she was in the 2L pot. But she kicked off into a rapid spurt of growth. Flipping wait weeks 10-13 Took nearly a month before I started seeing full pre flower. I expected as much. As I brought her back from from nearly sexing it took about a week to get back Into any form of veg. HEAVY FLOWER 14-17 Flower weeks Weeks 10-17 Sadly I can't find my device with all the pics. These are what the pics ive took in the pastv3 weeks. She's roughly 4-5 weeks into flower & doing really well. She took about 3 weeks to go into preflower as it grew so many shoots after I uppoted from 2L to 18L from veg week 6 or so. (Far to late for this fast mover). So, the pre flower you see there. That's the 4th of Feb. That took 4 weeks or so to FULLY flip. But if not rootbound, she's UBER QUICK. Honestly, we had to built a greenhouse We figured it out, temperature outside after 10AM was getting real hot and balcony window got enough sunlight but seems like they want more, that's why we installed more CFL lights to increase light intensity and since balcony window wasn't working quite well we noticed at the very first week some of them where stretching a little and thank God we noticed early otherwise our plant would've grow leggy, phew! Must say temperature, Humidity and light are things you really need to balance otherwise they really get messy They are completely aware of their surroundings, it's amazing how they actually are, great plant but needs lot of care and attention if you wanna get good harvest of course! Please fill in any comments, tips, advise, more than happy to hear you folks Day 9 We decided to feed the ladies, they got 171ppm and 200ml of water Day 10 Decided that the rooftop is a better place In the morning time Day 11 They looking good Day 12 Wanted to give them more sun light, placed them close to the balcony window from 4pm til sun it's gone! Then they go to CFL for the rest of the night until they have to go to sleep Day 13 Decided to replace her pot for a bigger one, since she's growing so fast I don't want to mess with the roots, so it's better to do it now before it grows around.... Also fed them today with 1ml Flora Nova grow mix with 1 water Gallon so total PPM was 314, tomorrow they start the 3rd week so I wanted to give them what they call "a boost" on their early vegetative stage. That was only 200ml each And followed by a 200ml plain water with a little runoff at the end to make sure the nutrients gets all well mixed up and she can absorb it avoiding extra nutrients.... Let's see how she does this week tho! Day 14 She seems to handle just fine the nutrients we gave her and she's growing fast and looking good

Bud's don't seem too big yet. Took a while to show pistils once I'd switched to 12/12 so hope they're just a little slow. Plant growing in soil is smallest but has fattest Buds.

12/24/2021 So far only one male has been identified. Glad I just reviewed my video I didn't even notice how light green #3 is, guess I mix her nutes up separately and see if she just hungry? Or naturally lighter than others. All other plants are using coast of Maine mixed into soil (her too) so I'll give her a little mirimichi 901C this week and see what happens. 12/30/2021 Noticing that there is two distinct differences between these girls, color light green and dark green.#1,#3,#8 are light green and #2,#4,#5,#6,#7 Other than that there very much similar growth and node spacing, little differences but very happy with uniformity.Both light green and dark green maintained their magenta petiols, gonna make notes on stem rub notes next week and see how they will compare.

01/19 - Both ladies had a bucket change today ... and afterwards had to endure haircuts... Upped the EC to 0.9 ... hoping they will now accept it without complaints. They're "in bed" for a few hours now and I won't be able to tell if they're reacting to the higher EC until this evening at the earliest... crossing my fingers! Am getting my new, taller tent on Tuesday (if the weather doesn't delay it!) and will have a scrog net already to go... 01/20 - This morning, the EC was down and the pH way up - lots of adjustments! Gave both of them some KoolBloom liquid (GG was showing signs of a phosphorus deficiency and I can't have that!), increased their food by 0.5tsp of each of the Flora series... they kind of told me they were pretty hungry since they plowed through the nutes I have them during the bucket change .. and the heightened pH told me the same... Took their EC to 1.0 and got the pH down to 6.2/6.3 which I think should be good... will monitor them throughout the day to see how they do with all of my ministrations... Meanwhile, the tent can't come fast enough!!!! They're REALLY starting to stretch! 01/21 - Ladies are doing wonderfully - had to adjust the nutes/pH a couple of times yesterday. The indications of a phosphorus deficiency haven't continued and actually GG's leaves, which had a blueish haze to them, have retreated back to their green... still a SLIGHT tinge of blue but I think she'll be ok... if not, more PK will be on her menu... Getting even more anxious for the new tent... Tuesday can't come fast enough and I hope the upcoming snowstorm doesn't delay delivery! 01/22 - The ladies are PLOWING through the nutes and demanding more every day... this is wild! I gave OG a haircut only 3 days ago and she's needing another one... leaves lying on leaves creating puddles overnight... not good! GG doesn't seem to have that problem so she's going to stay away from the defol scissors.... both of them are racing upwards and the situation is getting desperate for a SCROG net... if I do nothing else on Tuesday but get the new tent up, set up the net and lollipop these babies, I don't care... it HAS to be done! Hurry up, Tuesday! Can't you come tomorrow instead?! Sigh.... 01/23 - Know what I really REALLY love?! I love learning... and you know how I learn the BEST? By making mistakes!! You just don't learn from your successes!! And I learned something today that was really valuable! I learned that I don't have to go into panic mode when I lose power.... know how I learned that? When I opened the tent this morning to check on these ladies, measure their EC and pH and see how much water they'd consumed, I found out GG's pump wasn't connected!! I hadn't remembered to plug it back in yesterday morning when I was finished with that task! So her pump had been off for 24 hours... and not a peep from her. Now I know. Now I know! Tomorrow can't come fast enough for me OR the ladies... as you can see in the photos, GG is doing an amazing stretch and I've GOT to get that scrog net on her (I've already started lollipopping in anticipation)... HAVE to get those lights raised! Neither of which I can do in the present set-up... I need that new tent!!! I won't update this tomorrow until I've got the new set up and can show y'all... well... that is, IF the tent is delivered tomorrow! Raging snow storm today.... Sigh... 01/25 - Yesterday was consumed with getting this tent up and the ladies into their new home. I'm incredibly impressed with @ACInfinityINC.. their tents are just incredible! My old tent wasn't all that old but too short for me now that I'm growing in DWC so I ordered their CloudLab642 and can't believe the improvements that have been made - and I didn't think they needed ANY improvement! From the zipper guard that hides the zipper to make sure there are NO light leaks to the straps that hold the bottom "tray" in place, they just keep thinking of better ways to do things. And I may be daft but it seems this is even sturdier than my old one - and my old one was incredibly sturdy!! I wouldn't even CONSIDER any other tent... and I'm hoping to get their new light for a 2x4 tent when they release it.. (240W!!!!) because if their tents are any indication, everything this company touches is absolute gold - and should be the gold standard for growers everywhere. Love them! AND it's got my cat's stamp of approval! :-D (Now to get the mounting bars up... should have read those instructions before I put up the tent but no matter... my fault!) - oh yeah, the plants are doing great, too! LOL!
