She's dry after nearly 10 days (we hang in large cardboard boxes for 9 days and then a paper bags to finish) they definitely surprised us, we counted on roughly 6-7oz max and she delivered just over 9! (257g!!)... The smoke is very smooth and the flowers have a fruity, perfume like smell.. Week 8 is here and Budville is getting chunky and skunky. If this was not my first grow I would probably would have started some defoliation by now but decided to just be patient and see what the end result will be. She is right on track to be harvested around the end of this month, we shall see. Waterings have picked up greatly, getting 2L about every 36hrs with BioBizz every other watering, @ full strength based on their schedule. Set up an intake fan bringing in cool air from the A/C in the room. Able to keep the RH down around 40-45%, with temps running about 27C°. Budville is getting between 900 & 1100µmol , 65/72 DLI from the TS1000.

Ok my dear fellows. I've upgraded my tent in a 1m X 2m. With this setup and a high potent dehumidifier I should be able to keep the humidity low. Unfortunately this high humidity was going too kill two other crops. With this setup I should reduce that risk again. So the RHC is now together with the others. She is bulking a lot. There have been a little discoloration on the upper leaves. It might have been the light too strong. This is weird because I'm providing 1500 ppm CO2. All the other parameters are ok so it must have been a little lack of water some days ago. Smell starts to be very noticeable BUT it doesn't reminds me weed but instead citronella. I thought that's why I don't see mosquitos in the room. To the next week *Changed nutrients ratio to meet to lower the EC but keeping PK at the level of (40ppm - 100 ppm). *Next upgrade will be a tower fan to increase the airflow

Week 2. Just the normal stretch. Nothing eventful. After this week, I'll be giving random weekly updates due to my busy schedule.

I should have had a lot better harvest but because I was away for 12 days the pH and ppm's got messed up. As well as 1 day of the air pump being off after I got back resulted in the start of root rot. Will grow this strain again for sure!

Coming up on third base! No issues at all from the recent wetness and really getting some nice purps on the GG4xGSC and the Green Gelato. Ironically nothing yet on the Ayahuasca Purple.

Hey people! We have arrived to Day 14 and WOW these girls really do make you realise why the company is called FastBuds!! (Just checked my last diary and I said the same 😂, FastBuds genetics are really fast guys). The GSC girls have BOOMED in growth since week 1. Unfortunately, my local mail service lost my FastBuds Gelato seeds, so the back two pots right now are mystery seeds, and they definitely have a very slow growth rate compared to the GSC. The small cup is Gorilla Glue (photoperiod), but just doing for fun as it was lying around, may not continue with it so let's not focus on it. This diary is all about the GSC, so who cares about all that! Gave them a second feed of nutrients, and PH'd it to the right level. They seem to be LOVING it. I have upped the dose since my last grow diary for this strain and they are reacting very well it seems. Thinking of doing some LST next week or so but not sure if I should, never done it before and don't want to mess these plants up. I've done a lot of research on it so I'm going to have to come to a decision next week. We'll see! Much love friends, see you on the next update! Will start their 1 week separate diary next week. I ended up pulling out the smallest mystery seed in the back (trashed it) and replaced it with a FastBuds Gelato seed. I then transplanted the other mystery seed to a 5th pot, as it seems to be doing well, and replaced it's old pot with another FastBuds Gelato seed. I also just got an EXTRA LIGHT! There was no real need for it, but I really want to try and produce the best buds possible. I have added a MARS HYDRO TS1000 LED. Hopefully they do well with it.

Gonna start flushing next watering and get my fade going, can tell she’s been missing nitrogen for a while as she’s already yellowing in spots. She’s looking pretty good.

I gave her a trim 3 days ago exposed as much productive bud sites as possible and just gonna watch her grow. some very smelly buds it will give me hopefully... The humidity is giving me no issue yet but i need to drop her some more trying for 30% ... Dinafem genetics are spot on very happy with this plant as my first grow..

Week 8 Veg – Go Big or Go Home! 🌱💪 Hey, Grow Fam! 🌿 What an intense week it’s been in the grow room! This was one of those “go big or go home” moments, and I decided to take it to the extreme. I’m holding off on flipping to flower for just one more week because the plants are filling up the space beautifully—I can’t help but push things to their limits and see just how much these ladies can give! 😎✨ This week was all about maximizing growth and creating the best canopy I can. I did a light defoliation, just here and there to open things up a bit, and then came the bending—LOTS of bending. 🌱 I’m working hard to create an even canopy, though with all these different genetics, we’ll see how close I get! 🤞 Regardless, I’m giving it my all, and I’m super pumped to see how everything will respond in the next stage. The final touch this week? I ended it with a bold 36 hours of darkness to prepare for the big flip next week—flower mode, here we come! 🌸 What Went Down This Week: 1. Canopy Work – Bending and training all over the place to try and keep things even. It’s a real challenge with different genetics, but the payoff is going to be worth it! 2. Defoliation – Just a little bit of leaf removal here and there to help with airflow and light penetration, prepping them for that final veg stretch. 3. 36 Hours of Darkness – Closed out the week with a full day and a half of darkness. The 36 hours of darkness is a technique I like to use to help signal to the plants that it’s time to transition from veg to flower. 🌒 By giving them an extended dark period, I’m mimicking the natural shift from summer to fall, when daylight hours start to shorten. This kick-starts the plants’ flowering hormones (phytochrome), helping them shift into flower mode more smoothly and quickly. In my experience, this method helps speed up the flip, reduces early flowering stress, and often leads to a more uniform bloom across the canopy. It’s like giving the plants a little nudge to let them know, “Hey, it’s time to bloom!” 🌸 This technique is especially useful for growers like me who want to maximize the efficiency and performance of their plants. 😊 4. Start of week 8 and the lady developed nicely. Buds are getting more compact. Leaves are already frosty. First leaves getting light green, yellow.
