Growing great. Smells good looks like its going to be be a nice physcodelic and strain. Smells sweet and spicy mostly like sttawberries.

Changing reservoirs whenever pH becomes unstable. Usually after around a week and a half. Seeing some nice buds developing. Found a ball that exploded when I touched it. Going to cut this plant down probably to keep it from pollinating others completely.

The blue dream is finishing off the bloom cycle. The plants leaves are fading evermore leaves are practically yellow. The stalk is beginning to decay. The aroma emanating from the plant has increased smells like fortified wine with a floral essence. The try chromes have covered all the flowers and are most of them are milky! Did some light LST, and a little more defoliation this week. Looking great, but it is a challenge managing this many plants in a tight area. I wont do this many next time. Switching to flower today 06/03

9.2.25: The plants had a good watering, they're all still drinking a lot. Which is great, as that means growth, which, at this stage, we desperately need! I went ahead and gave all the plants a thorough watering each with: 2ltrs of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.5 with:- ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid I don't know how this scrog net is going to work out. I think the squares are too big. It's elasticated, which I like. However, I'm extremely cautious with watering and moving the net. It's only a matter of time before I break more branches. It's such a hassle with it in there, honestly. I can't get in the tent properly to even check the weight of pots, as it's all weaved through, and again, I will snap branches. I did have a free net with the tent, which I think was smaller squares. I think I will use some other training next run. It's really not my kind of setup. I'm too interested in moving things and inspecting the plants constantly. The net is driving me up the wall. 😣 I'm considering removing it and trying something else, but it's also a bit too late for oldest plants.9.2.25: Gave the plants another good soak. Do-sì-dos is growing vigorously and looking promising, especially considering all my unfortunate mishaps! 😅 Watermelon also has considerable growth. Week Recap: Slow and Steady Wins the Race The girls are still on the slower side in terms of growth, but that’s part of their charm. Each leaf is a masterpiece, more intricate and stunning than the last. Their prayer posture remains consistent—a true testament to their health and contentment in their environment. They may be taking their time, but their vitality and uniqueness shine through every step of the way. Environmental Conditions: Keeping Things Balanced This week has been about maintaining a steady environment despite the natural slowdown in growth due to cooler temperatures. • Temps: Daytime 18–20°C, nighttime 14–16°C. It’s a bit chillier than usual, but these resilient ladies are adapting beautifully. • Humidity: Stable at 65%, ensuring the girls remain hydrated and comfortable. • Airflow: Gentle but constant to keep the space fresh and prevent any stagnant air pockets. Feeding Program: Aptus Holland Perfection Feeding remains consistent, and the girls are loving the organic-mineral lineup from Aptus Holland. Here’s what’s in their mix this week: • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L – To strengthen cell walls and increase stress resistance. • CalMag Boost: 0.25 ml/L – For robust development and prevention of deficiencies. • StartBooster: 0.25 ml/L – Enhances early vegetative growth and root systems. The switch to All-in-One Pellets last week has eliminated the need for liquid All-in-One, and the girls seem to be thriving with this natural, slow-release food source. Watering: A Gnat-Free Approach This week, I continued with bottom watering. Filling the trays and letting the soil absorb the water has been a game-changer—not just for healthy root development but also as a part of the war against gnats. Paired with yellow sticky traps, this strategy has kept pests in check while ensuring the roots get all the hydration they need. Growth Observations: Slow but Stunning • Structure: The slow growth might test patience, but the payoff is worth it. The compact, vibrant structure of each plant is breathtaking. • Leaves: Dark green, uniquely shaped, and full of character. Each girl is like an artist’s brushstroke—no two alike. • Praying Posture: Their leaves reach for the skies like they’re soaking up every ounce of light. Still no cloning or flipping to 12/12 yet, as I want them to grow a bit more before making any big moves. Next week, I’ll decide whether to flip them for a brief period to determine sex or wait until cloning is feasible. Photography Spotlight: Capturing the Details This week, I took some time to immortalize their beauty with my Sony A6000 and Nikon DSLR cameras. The intricate details of their leaves, captured through different lenses, reveal their individuality. 📸 Photography Tip: • Cameras like my Sony and Nikon bring out fine details you’d never see with a phone camera. The larger sensors, interchangeable lenses, and manual controls allow for stunning clarity and depth. • Macro lenses, in particular, are fantastic for close-ups, like capturing water droplets or vein details in leaves. The difference between these and even the best phone cameras (like the latest iPhone) is night and day when it comes to quality and creative control. Looking Ahead: What’s Next? In week 7 the 12 plants have filled out the space inside the HOMEBOX grow-tent very nicely and therefore its time to switch to flowering. I change the timer, which I put infront of the supply of my SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs, to 12/12 hours of light/darkness. This will induce the flowering of my babies and they can start to develop buds. The BIO NOVA nutrients work very well, which can be seen in the nice healthy green color of the plants. I follow the SOIL-CULTIVATION chart from the BIO NOVA website, but use only half the recommended dose, because my tap-water already has a very high EC-value of 0,8 when it comes out of the faucet. Since I have used REGULAR seeds for THE PURPS from BC-BUD-DEPOT, I have to check for males on a regular basis. Two plants show clear male pollen-sacks already now (see above in video) and have to be culled right away. I cut the plants off at the main stem right above the soil and take away the plants and throw them into the trash right away. This way I make sure NO pollen can mature inside the male pollen-sacks and be released later and inseminate my babies on accident. In the places of the male PURPS plants, I put a MAC and KK-plant into the AUTOPOT-system, so all 12 placed are filled again. Now its time to wait until the first flowers start to appear. 👍😎
