It has been another slow week for growth. I've been working to optimize the environment. This is my first indoor grow in Europe during winter and with this equipment. There are a lot of variables that I have to figure out. I've added an oil heater on a temperature controller and have been gradually raising temps over the last few days. I also think I underestimated how much moisture my soil mix retains and maybe I've had humidity in the tent a bit too high. Both seedlings look a bit waterlogged. To try and fix this I'll keep RH at 50% for the next few days and let the soil get properly dry before watering again. Hopefully this gets things back on track and there's some strong growth this week! 💪

I added side lighting (400w) to see if it can increase the density of the lower buds. We will see.

2 Girls 1 Cup week 9? Short term memory loss is a m'fer... *edit* i have talked directly to quite a few suppliers/vendors/etc... and i can tell you FastBuds is a great company to do business with. im not licking boots here... i paid for my beans, and am loving these FastBuds genetics so far. JUST LOOK AT IT! a little short, but i think thats my fault from around the day 21ish mark if ya look back in the diary. i told myself i wasnt going to run any more autos, unless it was some odd occasion. but IF i do in the future... it WILL be FastBuds. unless this pink runtz i have ends up being an auto, and if it is.. im going to off the fucker lol. Day 56- GC is trying to catch up. I think stabbing the main helped a lil lol. Few random plucks on WG tonight, and don't even want to start on GC for now. May clean it up a bit later depending on how the back feels. It's got a ton of branches that are going to be too close REAL soon. Kinda f'd GC off over a week ago, and said I'd run it again in the future to make up for it. So not too pressed on how it looks, as long as it stays alive until WG chopping day. Atleast it wasn't a male 🤣. Anyway, bumped the girls up to the "aggressive" mid bloom GHE feed. Using TAP water to reduce the amount of calmag needed since mine has N in it.. Breakdown as follows: 5gal TAP water - 137ppm 15mL calmag - up to 252ppm 10mL hydroguard Micro- 33mL Grow- 33mL Bloom- 47.5mL RES total after PH correction - 818 @ 5.91. ============================================================================================= Day 57- I REALLY need to cut back GC... like yesterday... backs been hurting something fierce, and I'm out of my medicine of choice ATM. few random plucks on WG today. may make my way in there again later and start hacking away at GC. will update pic if I do. They're both liking aggressive feed, maybe a touch too heavy on the N though. *edit* 🎶oops, i, stabbed it again...🎶 lol. still feel there's a branch that's gotta go. Started pulling WG out some to help expose lowers. Need more garden wire for sure ============================================================================================= Day 58- cut back GC even more.. we'll keep it alive, but I'll make sure it doesn't block the beloved WG. remember, there will be a list of things I learned I did WRONG in this experiment and will share at the conclusion. Trimmed up WG little bit later in their morning. Top view pic is after the small defol. Some fans only had the middle finger snipped, to be on the safe side. Progress seems slow on WG atm, but it's getting ready to fatten up and mature. ============================================================================================= Day 59- i just cut back GC AGAIN!!! like HALF of its branches, and cut all the tops to the same length before snapping todays pic. after comparing 58 to 59's pic... it STILL looks like it grew.. WG finish is right around the corner.. a few weeks... hang in there GC... hang in there... ive been topping off with 80% strength nutes and RO water, and the EC has remained pretty consistent. may bump em up one more time for WG next week to help fatten her up some. right before we dial it all back for the end. WG already looking pretty frosty, and the weatherman is predicting some more in the next weeks. *edit* added a night vid to show my WG defol struggles. Its easier to see why the foliage looks so thick and it needs a trim when lights on when you see lights off.. We're down to a few fans towards the bottom to help out down there. Rest are connected to bud sites, and are limited. May need to add a small fan blowing up WG skirt soon. ============================================================================================= Day 61- nothing really to report. tried to kill the ice probe, and put frozen 1L bottle (in 12hr rotations) to see how it performed. i think 61.2 is a little too cold for my liking, and one morning i woke the temp was over 71.. the roots are messing with the flow and the water isnt getting chilled as much with the probe. problem ive been facing for the last week or so. ice probe back in, and warming up the tent with its exhaust again.. should fab up a duct system for a 3d printer... ideas... tinkercad here we go.. ============================================================================================= Day 62- kinda feel bad for leaving GC out of the shot yesterday. Since she's riding along in this experiment... added her back today. WG is starting to phase 2. Her finish is coming within the next 2-3 weeks I'm guessing. Maybe 4? She has her own room now! Inside this VIVOSUN 5x5 the canopy is being supplied with 35,000 - 55,000 lux (650 - 950 ppfd) by the spiderfarmer SE7000. I also installed a UV-B fluorescent light on a timer to run for 30 minutes before the se7000 turns on. I did some light defoliating and retied some outer branches to open up the canopy. Feeding following the general hydroponics 10 part table for late blooming/ripening - subbed liquid koolbloom for dry koolbloom at an introductory rate of 1/4 tsp/gal. Also added GH Ripen @ 4ml/gal.

Harvest Time Give few days, Let soil dry out and chop

Verrückte Woche! Woche 9 wollte die Sonne nicht so richtig raus, dafür war von leichtem Nieselregen bis Hagel alles dabei. Nur scheiße hat es nicht geregnet. Die Sonne kam erst die letzten beiden Tage wieder raus. Der erste Tag der Woche D58/37F begann direkt mit ordentlich Regen und fettem Hagel. Man konnte halt nur zuschauen und hoffen das die Ladys es halbwegs gut überstehen. Der extreme Regen mit Hagel war nur für 10-15 min, hat aber etwas an Schaden an den Blättern angerichtet. Am meisten hat die GorillaZkittlez gelitten. Dadurch das sie schon ziemlich fertig ist, sind auch die Blätter nicht mehr so elastisch und brechen leichter. Sonst haben die ladys das erste Unwetter in dieser Woche überstanden. Direkt am nächsten Tag D59/38F hab ich mich gewundert was da unten an dem Blatt hängt. Es waren ein Haufen voll Wanzeneiern... das Blatt und die die zu zerstört vom Hagel waren wurden entfernt. Bis auf das die Blätter hier und da ein paar kleine Punkte von dem Hagel haben, sehen die Ladys gesund aus. An Tag 61/40F war der nächste große Regen. Hier war ich einfach nur dankbar das es nicht nochmal gehagelt hat🤣 trotzdem kacke. Es war sehr viel Regen. Nächsten Tag D62/41F war der erste Tag ohne Regen und die Sonne kam auch wieder raus. Es gab eine kleine Kontrolle der Ladys nach den Tagen voller Unwetter. Ich hatte bei der GorillaZkittlez einen braunen auffälligen Punkt entdeckt. Wer hätte es gedacht nach dem ganzen Regen... ein Bud hatte leider Schimmelbildung. Der wurde großzügig entfernt. Ein zwei andere Stellen die verdächtig aussahen wurden zur Sicherheit rausgeschnitten. Bei der StrawberryBanana hatte ich nur die Spitze von einem Bud abgeschnitten der verdächtig aussah und 2-3 Blätter die Ansätze von Mehltau hatten. Die GorillaAuto ist ein entspannter Mitläufer. Kein Stress mit Schimmel oder Mehltau. An Tag 63/42F gab es das erste Mal wieder Wasser aus der Gießkanne. Als Zusätze gab es 4g BioEnhancer von GreenHouseFeeding, 4ml PowerBuds, 1ml GreenSensation von Plagron, 6ml BioBloom von BioBizz, 8ml StickyFingers von XpertNutrients auf 4L Wasser. Das ganze auf ph 6.8 Jede Lady hat unterschiedlich viel bekommen. Ich hab nach Gewicht der Töpfe gegossen. Die einzige die nichts bekommen hat, ist die GorillaZkittlez. Ich denke das die gute in den nächsten Tagen geerntet wird und in die Trocknung geht bevor sie auf der Zielgeraden nochmal in den Regen kommt. Für die nächsten Tage ist kein Regen vorausgesagt. Wenn das so ist wird sie denke ich in zwei Tagen zum trocknen gehängt💚 Die StrawberryBanana wird denke ich in ca zwei Wochen in die Trocknung und danach die GorillaAuto. Die Ladys sollen sich die Zeit nehmen die sie brauchen💪🏻 Vielen Dank fürs reinschauen 💚🤙🏻

She's a mess! Her buds are sooo heavy, they are falling over. She suffered from nute lockout and ph issues, but I see her leaves greening up again, so maybe she's getting better. I don't know what it means, but her stems are purple. She also has some foxtailing that I think the environment contributed to. It gets very hot in my make shift tent. These are her last weeks. No more nutes, just water from now on. I will be harvesting her on Sunday due to personal time constraints. I hope she's good! Thanks for stopping by and stay tuned.

Going into flush this week for 2 week ph6 water with terpinator trichs are nice and cloudy hairs are less visible I think shes ready what do you guys think? a good week could do with a bit more swell buds are nice and dense pungent and extremely sticky frost is unreal looking forward to getting this girl down thanks for reading happy growing guys..

Week 4 of flower. 5.8-6.0 pH 450ppm 65-68 F water temp. 72 F tent temp So… the back two plants aren’t stacking like I had hoped. They may end up being popcorn queens. But they are nice and frosty so a long as they produce decent compact and frosty buds I’ll be happy. The front two are finally bursting into flower. The Mimosa X Orange Punch (front right) is looking good and it smells really unique already. I hope she stacks up some nice buds.

Another good week in the books down in the tent. Carl 1 and UKBS 1 are both developing some nice buds, Carl 1 with the bigger buds of the two. Carl 1 had to have a few more buds tied up today, as they overweighted what the stems could handle and started sagging like crazy, creating a lot of empty space in the canopy. Timelapse for the week is out, of course. Updates as they come; per usual. 6/11/2021 - Got a video of how the stem's degenerated, it's mainly on that one side. Somehow an entire branch snapped off of UKBS 2, upon further inspection I noticed it was barely attached to the stem at all and did not attempt to re-attach it. Additionally, some of the clones are doing alright and others are shriveling and dying. Not sure what the inconsistency is caused by. It may be the medium; being soil, stays wet for too long. I can't really think of any other reason. I'm misting them, the humidity stays high now that I have a dome for them, they've been dipped in stim-root and supplied mycorrhizae. Will be submitting a grow question as I'm completely new to the whole cloning concept. Also today: more bud shots using the fancy EOS T5 Rebel. Stay tuned! [Out now] 6/11/2021 - The branch drop seems to not have affected UKBS 2 much at all, something which continues to confuse the hell out of me. I may have to get a PVC greenhouse or something to flower the outdoor plants in, as they're giant and I don't know how they'll stand up to the high winds in the area.

Three weeks into flower and things are moving along. I defoliated some of the lower branches and spread out a few branches here and there. Other than that it's the same situation as always. Nutrients are pumping and lights are beaming. Everything is running smooth and all is well with the world. Like some namaste shit going on around here at the moment. Could very well just be the calm before the storm...
