Looking For A Keeper cream of the crop seeds purple paralysis 2nd April 2021 First of all ... Phew!!!! That was a long grow!! I've done all of the Main trimming and have a heap of Jars full of Stinky Buds ready to begin the curing process. 😍😍 It was a challenge growing in new conditions during Summer with Temps often getting above 45 degrees celcius Thunderstorms and High winds became an issue once or twice and finally the worst part was the Bloody Caterpillars 😣 Those buggers gave me the absolute shits for the last 5 weeks of the plants life . These plants actually started from clones taken from a Purple paralysis plant that I was hoping to flower last year. However due to an unavoidable trip away I lost that plant but the clones survived. So then my plan became to plant them both into a garden bed filled with my soil mix which basically consisted of locally sourced Red dirt and washed river sand mixed with Cattle manure , worm castings , garden lime and Lucerne mulch. The Plants thrived thru the summer months and into Autumn and ended up yielding 19 ounces plus Lots of good quality trim. I love this strain and have definately found myself a Keeper in this one . I'd really like to get the oppurtunity to try other strains from Cream of the crop seeds and maybe I will before too long. These gals are doing fantastic! Smell is really starting to come out now, smells like a very strong citrus pine 👌🙌 Switched them to full strength flowering nutes and they're doing pretty well. I probably should have transitioned them a little earlier but a little stress doesn't hurt, they're growing just fine! Heat is also an issue but they'll manage 😅 8-4-18 :: Largest plant's bucket got empty on accident; Filled a 15gallon reservoir of full strength nutes and pumped the solution into the bucket as always. Next day my largest plant is dying and the other two are fine, looks like lockout. Flushed for a day and then added nutes, no improvement.. Orange pistils are appearing pretty fast on it too as if it's trying to ripen but not grow. My heart is broken😰 UPDATE: Realized I was an idiot and didn't plug up the holes I drilled into the top of the buckets (I stick a hose in there to fill them up) and the roots were exposed to light.

This is one of those days when this feels like work. But its done and should be smooth sailing from here on out. There are 2 different sized rockwool cubes. This was an ordering mistake but I think it will be ok. Their getting fed every 6 hours for 8 minutes now. I'll watch put for flagging and change accordingly.

GELATO-K BY KANNABIA WEEK #20 WEEK #9 Flower Mar 22nd-29th This week she it's starting to show she's almost done. Leaves are getting yellow and dry. She's also getting purple hues in her buds. She has some large buds covered in trichomes she's definitely a producing plant that can also be trained to your growing desires. She smells outstanding!! Thank you for taking a look!! Closing thoughts. Damn easy plant to grow responds well to training have fairly uniformed plants only on kept the purple trait but that's ok we can selection breed for that. I am happy I decided to go this route with the breeding the girl scout diesel really complemented the mother plant

Was trying to play around with a new feed schedule for the upcoming weeks but threw my EC outta wack figured I’d see what happens at 2.2 EC as I should be tapering down soon. Started to notice some over feeding symptoms but I might be tripping. Still trying to dial in this Autopot it could also be that I’m using doctor zymes as an IPM and I have to spray the coco on top causing the nutrient build up to go down towards the roots? Idk but either way we will still chug along we are 3 weeks away from chopping down anyway so let’s go!!!!

Week 16(8weeks of flower)

26/07/20 (Sunday) Plants were starting to exhibit signs of light burn so I switched back to the 75W bulb. SVG never seemed to recover from having it's cotyledon damaged so I decided to take a risk and fed all of the seedlings 20-20-20 nutrients except the D.R. which I thought would've suffered shock, so I just watered it. 27/07/20 Decided to mist the plants with a homemade pesticide mix today because they're readying to be introduced as full time outdoor plants in a week or two so their sun basks are getting longer. 28/07/20 Noticed what looks like new growth from the first true leaves of the SVG, fingers crossed it's making progress. 29/07/20 The new growth from the SVG has split into two on both sides leading me to theorize that it's abandoned it's main stem (for now at least) and started two new stems. All other plants are working on new nodes and are showing a steady growth of .5cm a day. I've decided to revert to the 100W bulb because I believe I've misdiagnosed the light burn. 30/07/20 Today I left them outside for their longest sunbask to this point; 7 of their 18 total hours was provided by sunlight. The SVG now has two new 3-leaf true leaves on each new stem confirming my theory. Also starting to see signs of a minor mite problem on one of the leaves of my TT plant (Though it's new growth that wasn't sprayed with my homemade concoction.) 31/07/20 New growth has already begun sprouting from between the new true leaves of the SVG with no visible progress on the 'abandoned' main stem. Also had a power outage for 2 of the plants 18 hours. 01/08/20 Today the plants again stayed out in the sun for longer than previously making 8 hours in direct sunlight. I've decided to keep them in the grow tent for a further week because when I went to retrieve them the Jam was blown down flat by winds and had started to grow bent towards the light, so I doubt it's stem is ready for that daily beating. I raised the soil level and massaged it back into shape and it seems to be back on track. The D.R. is slowly beginning to bounce back from being stunted in the seedling tray and from it's third node (from the bottom up) of 3 leaf true leaves has turned into 5 leaf leaves. The SVG has made a major recovery and seems to be on it's way to even surpassing the others by the end of the week. The TT is officially the sturdiest of the younger seedlings and it's growing right behind the Jam in terms of node development. All in all this week was an overall success growth wise and I'm looking forward even more to week 3.

From the get go the smell these ladies gives off is very nice and sweet , the plant had grown very well from a while until I had made some mistakes but she always tried to fight threw it . This girl will begin her flush now and that will take about two weeks .. here's to hoping for healthy strong plants at harvest ..

21.8 7th week of flowering done and I started flushing today. Not much to report still swelling nicely and frosting up to the end 👌 This has been really nice grow overall. I think I'm gonna come back for this strain for sure in the future. I'll check trichomes next week at the 8th week mark and decide then if I'll harvest or keep couple more days. Barney's timeline for flowering was 49 to 56 days. So let'see. I added that video of whole tent there is also Strawberry Glue and Orange Sherbert Now thinking back there was couple times me overwatering so always something to improve next time.. beauty of growing also 😍 Happy growing! July 13, 2020 update. The outdoor girls are smaller, but starting to put out much more trichome development. The indoor girls are larger and have more nodes and bud sites, but not as much trichome development, although the bud sites look super healthy. You will also notice some bug damage on the outdoor ladies. I posted a question here on GD and liked the advice I received from @Nor_Cal_Kannabliss and have ordered some Doctor Zymes Eliminator to see if that helps. I did previously spray with Safer End-All and do notice the damage getting worse since then. By the way, Doctor Zymes Eliminator is supposed to be effective against spider mites and spider mite eggs (wish I knew about this stuff a few months ago). Still feeding at 75% strength from the Fox Farm schedule. Also, I defoliated this week to allow better light penetration.

Very nice tasting bud some of the best ive had,decent yields.Very resistant to mold and diseases
