Lots of new growth this week, looks like the screen is about 50% full, I’m thinking in the next week or two I’ll get to 12/12. In the mean time I’m adding an extra hour of darkness every few days to make her transition to flower smooth and stress less for her.

Getting fuller . I believe she’ll start pre-flower soon but this is really a guessing game . My first time growing autos so I don’t know what to expect but she’s healthy lol.

This brings the Journal up to speed. So going to start the 48 hour FLush this upcoming Sunday as well as going to move it to 48 hours of light insted of 48 hours of darkness. Then straight into the Freeze dryer to bring it down to 60% humidity in the bud and then to the curing jars. Going to be Timber 2 days into Week 9 of FLower. 1/20/2023 Week 8 (Day 5)- Flower- Day 107 overall T - 2 days until start 48 hour Flush T - 2 days until Start 48 hours of Light T - 4 days until TIMBER!!! 1/22/2023 Week 8 (Day 7) -FLower- Day 109 Overall Flush Day and 48 hours of Light. I subscibe to Dr. Bruce Bugbee's suggestion that production is under light instead of under darkness so I no longer do 48 hours of Darkness, I go 48 hours of light before Chop, sending my plants on a marathon run before I Cut. Day 72 - Starting week 11 and all I great, really frosty and getting nice and plump. Just counting down till I can chop and the way things are going, I’ll be doing it next weekend. Only seen a couple clear trichs in there and mostly milky! Hoping that by next weekend she’ll be full of amber and if not, I’ll let her go a bit longer. Day 73 - Gave her her last “feeding” today, mixed 5ML of MagiCal and 80ML of Sugardaddy to 2 gallons of water. She’ll probably only get one more watering of plain water this week and let her dry up until chop day. Day 74 - Nothing new today, just some updated pictures. She is definitely starting to fade pretty quickly, just need her to make it about 5 more days. Day 75 - Not seeing any clear trichs anywhere, all milky and starting to get more and more amber’s mixed in there. So looking like everything is on track for a weekend chop. She’ll get one more round of plain water tomorrow and let her dry up from there. Day 76 - Gave the girl her last drink of plain pH’d water tonight and gonna let her dry out from now until chop day and looking like I’ll cut her down Saturday sometime. Day 77 - End of week 11 and her last full week alive. Trichs are starting to amber up quite a bit and she’ll be getting the axe on Saturday. Gotta get a new jewelers loupe so I can get some pictures.

12.01.2026 Day 95 These ladies are coming along slowly due to low temp. Sometimes dropping to 1 degree C at night. The 3 clones are from bud budda cheese 2 in soil and 1 in hydro with heating elenent to keep the water from freezing. I put the mother plant into flowering today and give her veg nutes still. I have put a heater into the flowering tent set to 16 C. The badass og cheese is about 4 weeks into flower. The blue cheese from expert seeds is recovering.

I noticed that this plant starts to smell sweet, flowery, and fruity especially at lower temperatures. When temps rise, the aroma shifts to spicy and gassy. I’ve never seen this happen with any other strain. I’ll definitely try to keep the temps lower from now on — hopefully, that awesome sweet smell carries over into the smoke. Everything else looks healthy and happy. The buds are getting heavy and starting to fall over a bit. The way I BDSM’d this poor girl, the branches are a bit too flimsy to hold them up.

This week has been all about maturation. I’ve been watering only with plain water, starting the flush to clean the roots before harvest. The buds are looking dense and compact, covered in a nice layer of trichomes that keep getting frostier day by day. The lower leaves are yellowing, which is normal at this stage since the plant is using up the remaining nutrients stored in the foliage. Trichomes are mostly clear with some turning milky, so I think she will be ready for harvest in about a week. Overall, the plant looks healthy and stable, with tight bud formation and a great aroma coming out. Even though she stayed quite small, she’s packing some nice, solid flowers. Watering: only water (about 600 ml)Environment: stable and controlled Stage: late flowering / flushing phase Next: monitor trichomes daily and prepare for harvest

The usual maturing of buds. Unfortunately, they're still a bit small but smell really good. Observation: The premature yellowing seems to have stopped after green sensation was introduced and the amount of water was reduced. So we could think that my previous hypothesis was not so wrong.

The time has finally come 👍 You have been switched to 12/12 hrs and are ready to flower. Of course, cuttings were cut beforehand to keep the genetics. For 4 days now she has also been getting Fast Buds from GreenBuzzLiquids. They were also sprayed again with GBL Fast Plant spray. She is very healthy and I am excited to see how she gets going again in bloom :-). This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l each time (for nutrients, see nutrient table above). Then I filled canisters with fresh osmosis water for the next few weeks 👍. The tent was cleaned and every plant was checked for health. At the moment I am tinkering with the ventilation because there are currently 4 fans with 4 activated carbon filters running, which I want to make more efficient by putting a hose through 2 tents. Hey Cannafam hope you are well 💚, Its been another mixed week for my purple gal but lets start with the positive. This Lady is absolutely beautiful, i cant stop staring at alluring purpleness and im completely obsessed 💜 Bud developement has continued further this week and shes actually gained height by an inch from growth of her top cola. Secondry branches have continued to fill out and the smell has increased again, she now has what can only be described as roudy honk of forest fruits. I love the smell but she is not subtle and can be detected by nose at least 20 metres away! On the weather and the other side, we have had mainly dry weather with one day of rain on Monday. Yesterday i checked her and a bud site on the opposite side and down a tier had budrot which was removed, she was then inspected closely again and i found another lower down and again removed 😑 Her Trichs are now mainly cloudy and although i feel she needs a bit longer, ive started to flush today, this gals coming down soon as or i will lose more of this beauty. Tray watered with new feeding schedule from week 4: 1.8ml Calmag + 1.8ml Growell Plus 8:8:8 + 2ml wood vinegar to 1L RO water, phed to 5.8. 04/02/2025 (Day 23) Did LST on DSD-2 and DSD-3. I am going to leave DSD-1 as it is. 05/02/2025 (Day 24) Watered tray with : 1.8ml Calmag + 1.8ml Growell Plus 8:8:8 + 2ml wood vinegar to 1L RO water, phed to 5.8. 06/02/2025 (Day 25) Did some more defoliation on DSD-2 and DSD-3. Applied foliar spray - 3ml wood + 2ml seaweed extract. 07/02/2025 (Day 26) Removed big fan leaves from the top of DSD-1 to promote more growth on lower branches 08/02/2025 (Day 27) Noticed substrate was still moist so skipped watering. 09/02/2025 (Day 28) Prepared compost tea: 1 cup worm casting, 2ml seaweed extract, 2 tbl spoon molasses + 5L RO water, aerated with oxygen bubbler overnight.
