Awesome Week💚 Following some great discussions with more experienced growers, I really think we got things back on track! 🙏 To those Growmies I really raised the ppm this week we topped out around 630 PPM This was in an attempt to balance out some nutrition issues. I think the ladies have responded very well. 😃🌱💪 Raised the light up to 24in as well a few days later after seeing positive changes due to feeding regiment. Started preflowering, showing pistols on all plants. Counting down these last 7-8 weeks when the ladies beauty comes out 🤩 Will update throughout the week with photos and videos. Welcome to the Smoking Tiki's hut! For this grow, I'm using some of the seeds I won at the Summer Buds contest from last year. I kept the seeds in my fridge door during one year. It worked very well because all the seeds successfully germinated after 48h! 😎 I used 3x3 seeds. I selected 2x3 seeds with the bigger root to put them in some pots. I will let them grow a bit and then select the 3 best plants to make it until the harvest. It's the first time I grow some Fast Buds under a light and in a controlled environement, I'm really curious to see how it turns out! 📋 The Lemonpaya was a good plant to grow, im gutted about the start of bud rot, it was only a tiny bit, 3 buds tightly packed together and it was were all 3 buds touched each other. So i removed more then i needed to of decent buds just being cautious. I should have chopped the tops a good week before i did because they were ready, and i may have gotten away without mold, and the lowers would have benefited with the extra light. After 2 weeks drying I put the buds into terplock bags, never used these bags before so I'm hoping everything works out. Stats for the GDG21 Truffle gas. Dry decent buds 94g Dry larfy buds 4g Lemonpaya Dry decent buds 62g Dry larfy buds 8g Trashed buds 21g Total decent buds=156g Total larf=12g Removed because of rot 21g Hash=7g Total=163g Light power=217.11 KW during the 115 days of the grow. 18hrs for 35 days=630hrs, 16hrs for 7 days=112, 12hrs for 70 days=840hrs. Total hours lights on=1582hrs Average watt per hour lights on=137w 1.18g/w 📋 Smoke report. Die Pflnazen schlucken langsam immer mehr Wasser. Sie fangen sehr leicht an zu riechen. Luftfeuchtigkeit immer zwischen 60-70 % Temperatur 20-25 grad

Pretty easy first grow, with a lot learnt along the way for next time. I believe not defoliating enough and overfeeding the nitrogen in flower hurt the bud density in the end, but I'm more than happy with the returns and as its vape use, dense flower is less important to me.

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Just another early week in veg, not much exciting happening yet. Great response to the Nutes we started last week, pretty much doubling our dosage every week for for first 4 weeks

She’s been adding allot of smaller fans and starting to show sex. To cut down on humidity I decided to cover my 100% perlite grow media with coco and perlite mixed aprox. 50/50 Running a small oscillating fan going to add another soon. Also adding a carbon filter and inline to scrub the air. I wish I could just have a closed loop system with co2. My lights aren’t that strong so I wonder if some co2 sup would help.

(The numbers of this harvest are from a single plant) I ended REAL ORGANIC and let plants dry by themselves on their pots outside the tent and gradually day after day i was picking and selecting dry buds from the branches 2 smoke m all! This particular diary gave me a sense of adventure, and a lot of fun, i´ll always remenber that made my quareentine a lot easier to live, by that time i felt i was prepared even for the end of the times if it comes to that 😂

- Only watered one time this week, 4L of just plain pH'd water. I rotate water with nutrients, and plain water - Broke a branch, shirt fell on it. Just taped back up, branch still alive 👍 - Worried my buds aren't fattening up. Hoping she plumps up the next couple weeks. - Almost seems like not much growth from last week - Plant seems healthy and happy - Pistils starting to turn dark orangey

Week 15 for Gigi! 7th week of flowering. Gigi is ready for flush! I've flushed her with 60 liters of 6.0 ph'd water in combination with Final Solution. Now we wait a week at 40%rh 10 hours of light and high ventilation with the last two days of dark and then we're ready for harvest! The plants are growing at a good rate now and drinking a litre each per day. I feed them by hand and each plant gets 2litres every other day. Didn't do anything else this week other than install the trellis on the last day. Love the way these genetics grow and fill out the tent. When I was growing the mother in the pheno hunt I remember remarking how well this plant took to being topped. These 2 plants are front and right in the timelapse video.
