Day 67: Increase in flower size phrase has been finished now they about to go into the mature phrase. I will eighter flower them for 1 or 2 weeks depending on how it goes. Might only give them water with enzymen,regulator and humic for now on, that Is basicly flushing ( ec 0.7 ). or Ill just slightly feed them( ec 1.4-1.6) for a few times before I start flushing them( ec 0.7). Again I took the pictures before doing work on them ( watering and defoliation), so they look a little sad. I did notice that many of them got burned tips, indicating that they get more nutrients then needed. It does make sence since In this week and weeks to come, they need less nutrients and having a harder time taking it. Yet they do drink everything in 1.5-2 days, so they still do like to get nutes. Week5 The week is over and all looks fine. Both ladies are preparing to bloom and are growing. Orange Sherbet is now 28 cm tall. Bruce Banner has caught up a lot this week and is at 25 cm. 05/19/2021 Week #7 flower. Gave her a good rinse today she was covered with pollen from nearby trees, drinking more water took 2 full two liter bottles before any runoff, soaking it up like a sponge. Couple hours later fed her some (1-3-3-1.5) N-P-K-calcium I anticipate two more weeks till harvest but we will see. Just got to keep her hydrated for next couple weeks. Apparently she is perking up! after taking a rest for a week or so. And putting on new flowers, and Tangie parentage is very identifiable in her SMELL! WOW Enjoy the videos.🙏 Ps. I decided to fix floppy stem, hopefully it will now put more effort into finishing flower! Will she swell in last weeks??

Das LSD hat sehr gut funktioniert, jetzt können die Pflanze in die Breite und in die Höhe wachsen.

Week 1 Flower We finally got the Surf Purp siblings into the flower tent Playboiis! 👍 Now they'll be growing at a faster rate throughout the transitional period, silicon has been increased a bit so they stay thick and strong, and also bendable if needed. Remo grow has been significantly reduced whilst remo bloom is now being added at the same strength as micro. A very small amount of Astro flower is being added too. Epsom Salts has been doubled along with Cal-Mag being upped very slightly. I always feed at 5.9pH when in the transitional period/stretch and then increase to 6pH once in full bloom. This is to slowly transition their pH to 6 as this is a better pH for the required nutrients throughout flower. Because they haven't yet had the usual maintenance flush after being delayed in veg, I gave them one on Day 6 Flower. They were topped up with a nutrient feeding straight after to ensure they don't go hungry! I checked the ppm and pH of the tun off for each of them before flushing mote water through them. This is to check if they're roots are happy and healthy with a good pH and feeding well, without leaving a high ppm in the run off. The strings that they're under were already there from the previois girls, but was sterilized before putting the Surf Purps in. These were enough to move all the branches required to open them up and spread them out evenly. Because I'm only flowering under one light, the two outer plants (1&3) won't be getting the same intensity as the other two, so they'll more than likely produce smaller, less dense flowers (if they're female). It's just something that'll need to be considered when picking a keeper as they could produce the same, or bigger flowers if given the same intensity as the other two. I placed the two tallest plants at the back as they look like they'll stretch the most out of the bunch, so it makes the two smaller plants at the front easier to see and tent to the canopy. They were all given a good defoliation on Day 7 to slow their stretch, now that their growing at a much faster rate. We'll soon see their pre flowers to determine what sex they all are! Got some phat girls up in here! Everyone is looking pretty good. A few of the plants are starting to ripen up while some others have at least a few weeks to go. Just filling the reservoir and letting them drink it. These girls show that simplicity isn't always a bad thing. I pulled the slurricane 7 from the system and started flushing it with plain tap water. It got a heavy 10 gallon flush today and I will give it 5 gallons a day for about a week. Just going to keep pumping the juice to the rest of them.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Day 22- Second defoliation into flower.

Day 71. Girls just perfect ;))) As any grower i would want, bigger, fatter, stronger, but they are in that range anyway, now main thing not to screw up ;))) Girls on nute, water, water+calmag, water+silicaAcid, water+molasses rhythm and just love life ! Day 72. Got more presents, thank You Zamnesia ! Asked for 4 strains, got 2 ;))) Still 10 beans and full grow by one house, like i always try to do. Always wanted to try out Runtz, all grows that i saw - was sick ! Kalini Asia - new taste and strain for me 4sure ! Day 76. All is good , they are missing CalMag from those lights a bit and with such amount of buds, but should be fine. Todays watering was only with CalMag, ph 6.5. Next watering full nute blast, should be fun to observe, they are starving a bit , so i hope for huge grow rate after. Tried 4 month cured weed at a friends, he had to chop girl on week 6 of flower, with nutes still being fed. After an hour head pain , ash was still black ... I would never try not to flush .... Happy growing !

This week was interesting! Most if not all of the internodes have begun forming small preflowers. There is no white hair yet but I’m still hopeful that the plant is indeed female. The inner and new growths look healthy and strong. I’ve started using volcanic dust/dirt in my water to give the plant some more nutrients and it seems to really like the new mix. Still using egg shells and coffee grinds (having to use a whole lot as the pot is huge)) so far so good!

I got new lighting from VIPARSPECTRA and type XS1000 and I added another dose of nutrients according to the table, but I only used 0.5l of water.

5/25 - Last entry just for completeness since she was technically still alive and kicking on this day. Added a bunch of pics and a vid prior to her chop, which was the night of 5/26 (pics for that will come after she's trimmed). I think she might yield even more than Helen, but we'll see. I can't say enough how fun this entire process has been, and I'm already feeling like an empty-nester without them. Definitely planning to start another grow (Mephisto Double Grape! and maybe another??) in a few weeks, but also thinking of adding additional electricity/outlets first. Not too much else to say here since I haven't been checking pH/ppm since I started "flushing" (my least favorite part of growing lol). I'm drying out a Heather tester bud I accidentally clipped when chopping her, and I'm excited to compare the effects to Helen (which I have been enjoying immensely!!)

7/12 Soil was a little damp so I watered lightly only what looked like it needed it. Dr. Zymes seems to have no negative effects. Plants just look super clean. I still saw some patches of PM and I only had the free samples so I'm going to have to use another product in conjunction to treat this. Overall I'm pretty impressed with the Dr. Zymes. HAD MY VIDEO AND TONS OF PICS UPLOADED BUT THIS SITE WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO SAVE. I'LL UPLOAD THE REST LATER "IF" THIS EVEN ALLOWS ME TO SAVE. Went back over at three and watered the girls. Everything looks amazing. Trying to upload video now. 7/13 Didn't water this morning. Plants look fantastic. Went over at 4:30pm. Things looked great. Definitely stretching. I took some good pictures. Didn't water as plants seemed VERY happy and soil still had a little moisture. I gave them a touch of kindness which means I gave them a tiny bit of water to hold them over until morning. I know this is not a good practice to get into but I didn't want to come back to wilting plants. The little seedlings are turning more lime green (which isn't good) and have some yellow leaves. They have recycled soil from last grow. May need to feed more. I went through them and moths flew everywhere. We have a major brown tail moth problem here. I know I just sprayed Dr. Zymes but I'm going to have to spray BT. I must've seen at least half a dozen moths. On just those three tiny plants. Still struggling with PM. 7/14 Went to the garden briefly this morning. It rained last night and was drizzling while I was there so I obviously didn't water. Its still sprinkling and I'll be over there later to check. Plants are really stretching into "the asparagus" stage as I like to call it lol. What will eventually be a bunch of colas stretch into what I think looks like asparagus spears. That may be part of the reason why some of the leaves turn yellow and die in the lower middle canopy during this time. Everything looks great though and I certainly have plenty of leaves. I looked at last year's diary at this date and got some relief noticing the same things happening last year at the same time of year. UPDATE: Went back to the grow as the "rain" and "thunder showers" weren't producing much water. I checked the soil and it seemed to have dried out some (more on smaller bags) and hadn't FULLY watered the plants. I watered lightly. I listened and I could hear the water work it's way down the medium. Even if it pours tonight plants will be ready for a feed tomorrow. The 3 little ones in buckets outside especially. I have work to do tomorrow. 7/15 It's overcast today and looks like rain. Forecast called for a nice sunny day. Anyway I fed two gallons to nutes to the garden and did some slight defoliation. I had to hurry as I had a doctor's appointment. I have branches that need to be tied down and plants need to be cleaned up a bit. If it's not raining I may do a preventative BT spray. We have a HORRENDOUS outbreak of brown tail moths. I don't think the bother cannabis but they are poisonous and the rash that develops is hell. 90 degrees at 6:30 plants weren't totally dry but the top inch or so was so I gave them a good drink. Took some pictures and a video I'll upload when I have a better connection. Cop was watching me. Good thing I'm in a legal state and my grow is totally on point. 7/16 No water this morning. Soil was still wet. Plants are looking good. Will update more later on. Defoliation, pruning and spraying are on the agenda. Made a video and took more pictures but internet is spotty and doesn't want to upload. Went back and watered lightly before a massive thunder storm dropped sheet rain for like an hour. Internet is still slow so I'll have to wait till tomm to upload. 7/17 No water. Brown tail moth rash is driving me crazy. Plants still stretching and look overall healthy. Defoliated some this morning. Will update more later. Went back over and gave a little water before it began to downpour. 7/18 Raining with what looks like more rain in the forecast. Good. Hopefully will help me lower the pH a little. I didn't take pictures or even go in the cage this morning. This brown tail moth rash has me scared lol. It really sucks. Makes poison ivy seem pleasant. When rain stops BT will be sprayed.
