Nutes were getting a bit high this week so I reduced it for the coming one. Plant is maturing nicely, but not enough couldy trichomes yet. Overall it looks very promising though.

Week III. First Half After starting the LST I was patiently waited for some issues or just simply the short-term changes, results. They definetly reacting perfect well to the training so they will have a long journey to get bigger and widther with a condition everyday training, bending, strerching down and wide. For first timer LST user after 1 week ... I am very very interested and upliftid by it. I love this technique at the moment. But later ScrOG always on my mind to get even better results for the width...

2nd ever grow and first time using Fastbuds genetics. I'm running 3x Six Shooter, 2x Pineapple Express and 1x Crystal Meth. I'll be starting diaries shortly for the other 2 strains as I'm hoping that these plants might be good enough to enter in diary of the month competition. I was supposed to be going with 3x Shooter and 3x Pinapple express but unfortunately even though I germinated 4 of each, only 50% of my seeds sprouted. I know theres only 2 six shooter in the photo but a friend of mine has one spare from a batch hes germinated so has kindly given it to me. The Crystal meth was a free gift seed so I'm running that in place of the dud pineapple seed. I've put them in a little 1x1x1 veg box that I built this weekend. Made it to fit alongside my larger tent. Plan for these girls is to veg them in the box for 3 weeks under the cheap 300w LED with plenty of co2 then move them to the bigger tent where I have 4x 315w CMH lamps. All 3 will be topped and if I have space will go under a scrog. They are actually only 4 days old since sprouting but I do all of my diaries on a Sunday as I get chilled early and have time to take photos and do weekly reports. See you guys next week!

The buds are forming! Changed to a nicer light recently, light is great, although my mars hydro 600w did me justice. This new one I got of amazon for under $100 is 1000 watt led and crushing it. It has increased temps significantly which is a bit tough for me to control given my tent is in a closet. Also it is starting to getting less humid outside, so I reduced airflow in the tent to keep the humidity at 50. I have a small humidifier coming soon (oddly a Corporate work gift lol).

Was the biggest producer out of it's growing cycle. 84 Days from planting until it got the chop. I prefer to smoke this strain at nights, mainly in concentrate form (live rosin).

Made it to harvest w 2 so far! Oozecake is a couple extra days. Boy she tastes amazing! Will ice her tomorrow and put her in 48 hrs of dark before I harvest. What an experience it has been! Can’t wait to try after the cure.

Started flush now. I'm adding Nature Delight Active Sugar Boost as it's been recommended to boost terpene production. No idea if it will work this late into flower but trying anyway as apparently it has no need to be flushed and is fully organic.

Pictures are day 23 above soil I dropped temp set point on INKBIRD ITC-308 to 23C and narrowed range to 1C high and 1C low. The humidity was getting too high before the 25-26C max temp point kicked in and exhaust would vent. Mositure build up at bottom of tent was main issue as temps outside the tent are -2 to -10C. So the air closest to tent walls rapidly cools and moisture condenses out. VPD..... cold climate growing. Shed growing.

The blue dream is going steady maintaining her pace of growth. I gave her a slight flush of pure phd balanced water, She has grown a staggering 10cm in the last week. Aug 10: Blueberry Pie F1 Fast is doing great. Three weeks now moving her into the garage which is enough, and now I can just leave her in the yard which is easier and scores another couple hours of sunlight per day. Nice solid start to flowering, and I like the schedule used this year for the force flowering. This strain is delivering on the promise of being big and fast. Bright sunny day and I’ve got the UV lights on. About five hours today with the UV lights at mid-day. Buds are looking really good. The bud development after 3 weeks is amazing. The buds got visibly much fatter just today. Compared to some fast plants in previous years, this one is about 2-3 weeks ahead. Very well suited to short season outdoor growing, but partially due to full darkness in the garage rather than just phyto-forcing with the far red light as I did last year. I’m still using the far red light, but putting them in the garage provides more darkness and helps get strong flowering started. Aug 12: nice fat buds forming quickly, gotta like that. Aug 14: fast, fast, fast. Flowers are progressing quickly. Added three tablespoons of a 50:50 mix of Power Bloom and malted barley. Added as top dressing and then watered in. Aug 16: cool, overcast all day, a bit of rain and smoky so not a nice mid-August day. Rain should help but out some fires in northeast BC, Yukon, and northwest Alberta. maybe. I havent stopped defoliating last week, almost every day i found more leaves that had to go. Even now i can still see plenty of leaves that are covering bud sites. The size it is getting at is monstrous, and all the little branches look like theyre gonna be big... I have steadily increased EC over the past week up to 1.6, with runoff measuring at 1.7. 1.8EC will be the highest i will go on this run. I snapped a branched while manouvering it around and tried to tape it together but it didnt work so i plucked it and vaped it. Tasted horrible but the effect was quite nice even though its still super early. Im really sorry for the quality of the video my phone is still broken, aiming to fix it in the coming month.

Overall great strain to grow, and the smell is probably my all time favourite for this entire grow. Almost cookie dough - like! Smoke is smooth and very uplifting. I felt like I was a moon rock floating in space :)

Amazing girl! Really happy with how she ended. She smells so sweet and fruity. She’s beautiful and heavenly. Fox tailed just enough to be pretty and not a nuisance.

Welp, this is not a September plant😆 This girl is still going for at least another week. Pistils are starting to brown but trichs are still clear and cloudy, no amber yet. I'm hoping to get a little more sugar on her before she finishes. Hopefully it doesn't get too cold and rainy before she's done. All I can say is that I've been impressed with how strong this plant is and I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of numbers she puts out. She's been very healthy and easy to care for so I'm happy so far! She has a little bit of a spicy undertone, so definitely high in Myrcene (which is a pretty safe assumption) and maybe caryophyllene.
