This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. 8/3 Went over to treat the 10th planet that needed water with plant doctor around 10:30. I was in the garden at 6 but didn't have much time. That plant seems to be curled up or "droopy". It DID need water. I defoliated a few sep leaves off it but I didn't see any today. I guess I don't ever really see the leaves "up" or praying like I do with the rest of tge plants. It's starting to flower like the rest though. Today is the day everything is supposed to get its second or third plant doctor dose but I decided to wait until they need the water. I don't think 24hrs will mean much. I've been staying on top of defoliation but I'm seeing some pillar damage. I'd like to spray bt but what my buddy said about spraying with septoria is still in my head. Maybe I can use citric acid. That way it won't "wash away" spores it will just eat them. At least I think. And I hope lol. Birds get most of the pillars but I hand pick some too. I need to pick up nutes. Wondering if I should just get grow big again. I don't use much but plants are switching to flower and leaves are fading. I have big bloom and kool bloom bit neither have nitrogen. I still need some sort of nitrogen. Especially since that could be a deficiency. Not sure if it's the transition or a condition with the sep. I see some interior small leaves bleeding out and some dying. I'm wondering if what I thought was earwig damage years prior was really a combo of sep and they just ate the evidence. I'm super grateful though. I've got some resilient girls and they're doing well. The special kush in flower is gorgeous as well. Looks like I'll have an early plant. Short flowering time on this strain. Smells pungent. 8/4 Treated everything in the garden with plant doctor except the 10th planet I got yesterday. I need to take a closer look at that plant. It rarely looks "happy" like my others. I'll check it again later. 3tsp per gallon and 1gal a plant. The 10s got a half gallon. This seems to be working great. I have some defoliation to do on the tenth planet I was talking about earlier. Everything is in some form of flower. The flowers on that early special kush are getting bigger. I'll update this later. Went back over at like 130pm and did a quick video and checked out the girls. Everything is looking good and transitioning well. I WANT to use a diy Dr. Zymes with citric acid as I've noticed a few pillars. Only reason I've hesitated is because my buddy said not to spray it. But if what I spray it with "eats" it I would think it's ok. But what do I know. Birds get a great deal of them. I watch them on the camera sit on the cage and wait for one to stick it's head up before snatching it up. Still need to get either more grow big or a bloom product with nitrogen. I was able to defoliate that other 10th planet of anything suspect. It's hard work but it's worth it in the end. 8/6 It's like 81 at 4pm. I didn't have time to video this morning but i went back over. WATERED EVERYTHING THIS BUT THE 50 AND THE 10TH PLANET I GOT YESTERDAY. Temps are supposed to pick up soon and it will be in the 90's again. We've had like NO rain. I searched for leaves that had signs of sep to defoliate. I may find one or two but for the most part things are doing great. Overall I'm happy. 8/7 Bought a new bottle of grow big. Wanted to switch to the roots organic teas but I cant do that invthe middle of an already complicated grow. I'll switch nutes next season. I'm noticing some pillar damage. IM GLAD I CHECKED. The ONLINE cannabis community can be such a joke. There ARE good groups but this places sucks. I figure it out and log on and I get some smart ass response from an INDOOR grower. When I SPECIFICALLY asked for EXPERIENCED OUTDOOR growers (as the question is unique to the outdoor environment and indoor growers seem snobby and seem to get jealous when they see my massive plants a quote what they just searched on the internet). I can read shit on the internet as well and had prior to posting. I'm sorry if my success with a product (that you are unaware of "but can't see how it could work" (despite not knowing the active ingredients by your own admission) and lots of hard work have prevailed. When I have to ditch a plant it's 1/4 to a full elbow. Not an 1/8th. So I won't be burning shit. I hate when people say that. There are cases for it but many new growers have been led astray with stupid advice like this. ESPECIALLY if everything is going GOOD! If a plant was less than perfect I'd put it in my concentrates bag. Not much fits through a 25 micron screen. But by all means burn your plants. I have no idea how I have ZERO wpm this year but I would hear shit like this for a couple leaves "with gravel on them" on a 10ft tall plant that yielded like a pound. So I don't know why I listen or why I even responded. Even if it WAS wpm I would've kept it and washed it. It must be nice to be able to work 20 weeks on something numerous times a day put a bunch of money in it and when you hit flower burn it because you don't want to do the extra work. You can easily tell the people that don't grow outdoors. It's a completely different game. But since I've already written it I'm leaving it. One more thing. You didn't even know what the active ingredients in my product were. How can you make ANY statements about the efficacy of ANYTHING without knowing what it is? You said "unless it's a bunch of silica" that provokes an immune response. It's not silica hun. I've been hunting for years for something that works. Go back to your closet. 8/8 The Lion's Gate Portal. Watered everything but the mk ultra and 10th planet upfront I got yesterday. I was going to feed but I ran out of time. I may still feed today I'm not sure. I found a couple septoria leaves on that pink kush that has "some" soil from last year in it. That is a mistake I won't make again. I'm checking a few times a day and defoliating anything suspect. The girls are looking good. I'm proud of them. Very resilient. They've withstood pretty much everything nature can throw at them. HAIL, torrential downpours, 30mph winds, disease and still they are thriving. There's really jo way to explain the feeling that I get when I come to the garden in the morning and see everything looking good and smell that familiar odor. Serenity I guess. Pure serenity. I'll update if I feed or do anything else.

Creo que podre mantenerlo estable en 20 horas hasta el fin, pero controlar la temperatura debajo del HPS las horas que no hay sol se me ha hecho muy complicado... Buds getting some swell on them now. Reek of sweet banana and some sour under tones. Weather as usual has gone a bit shitty on the final week or so but other wise going well. 0 bugs issues, a few signs of dying leafs. Can't wait

Overall Development Week 4 marks the transition into mid-flower. Stretch has mostly stopped, and the plants are now directing energy into bud formation. The canopy remains uneven, with some taller, thinner phenotypes and others more compact and structured. Bud sites are clearly established across all main branches. Flower stacking is progressing steadily, and early cluster formation is visible on the tops. Plant Health & Observations • Significant yellowing on older fan leaves, especially mid-to-lower canopy. • Some plants appear pale green overall, indicating high nutrient demand during bulk transition. • One or two phenotypes remain darker green and structurally stronger. • Lower interior growth is lighter and less vigorous. • Selective removal of old yellow leaves was continued to improve airflow and light penetration. Despite visible leaf fade, bud development continues actively. Bud Development • Flower clusters are expanding and beginning to connect along the stems. • Pistil production is strong and consistent. • Buds are not yet dense but are clearly transitioning into the bulk phase. • Resin production is beginning to increase. This week represents the start of the main swelling period. Environmental Adjustments • Temperature reduced slightly (~1°C) to stabilize the flowering environment. • Airflow maintained across canopy level. • Canopy density moderately thinned to prevent moisture buildup. • Light coverage remains strong across the upper layer. Current Focus (Entering Week 5) • Support nutrient demand during bulk phase. • Prevent excessive early leaf loss. • Maintain stable humidity to protect developing flowers. • Monitor weaker phenotypes closely for further decline or nutrient imbalance. Welcome to week 1 of my New Diary to Rule Them All!!! Here's the line up: 2 - CBD Medi Kush by Spliff Seeds 3 - DinaMed CBD+ by DinaFem 1 - Critical+ by DinaFem 3 - Cream & Cheese CBD by Seedsman 7 - Cherry Blossom CBD Hemp by Elevator Supply Co The 2 CBD Medi Kush plants and 2 of the DinaMed CBD+'s were all started from seed at the same time. All others are clones taken from cuttings from the plants I currently have in flower (the flowering plants are in the video). So the cuttings and seedlings were in my humidity for roughly a month. The first round of cuttings didn't do so well, so I took some more cuttings later when the plants were further into flower. A couple of the cuttings I took further into flower look amazingly good now, tons of nodes, branches, etc. Looking like a little bush. Once all surviving clones/seedlings were healthy enough I transplanted from dixie cups to small pots (I guess around 1 litre). They were transplanted into soil I had been composting and turning for 3-4 weeks. They really responded well to the transplanting and the new soil. Noticeable growth in 48 hours. My plan this grow is to go organic (or as organic as possible). While the soil was composting I added old fan leaves to the mix as well as Recharge, Mr B's Green Trees 'Growth', and Jobe's Organic granular fertilizer. I know, I know, everyone says don't use time release nutes with cannabis. BUT, The Rev said it was fine in his "True Living Organics" book. He actually recommends putting spikes in the flowering pots prior to transplant (I'm planning on trying that too). Recharge and Mr B's Green Trees don't claim to be organic specifically for whatever reason, but the ingredients include pretty much everything The Rev recommends adding to composting soil. Plus I love Recharge, that stuff is great! Organic or not I'll be using Recharge along the way. Here's the setup... First of all, I'll let you know my grow area is in my attic. The previous owners finished the attic with walls lights and even carpeting, but for some reason kept the folding attic stairs. Its pretty a pretty good space, we divide the attic in half. One side for my plants, they other for attic type storage. I have 2 2x4 tents and a larger flowering area (10x12'ish). One of the tents I use for drying only, the other is where I have these babies growing. The babies are currently under a single Viparspectra V300 300W LED. I'm having really good results with Viparspectra LED's. Bang for the buck, Viparspectra is hard to beat. I have a 2nd 300W Viparspectra which is a R300 (more reds) which is better for flowering. I may stick the R300 in the tent as well at some point, but for now the single V300 is doing a great job. In the flowering area I'm running 1000W HPS. The HPS has been kicking ass with the plants in flower now and I'm expecting more of the same with these girls when they are ready for the big time. Side note: I'm running a separate diary for the Spliff Seeds CBD Medi Kush. In that diary I'm just going to focus on the CBD Medi Kush specifically. But I did start the CBD Medi Kush and DinaMed CBD+ seeds at exactly the same time. So, in this diary I will do some comparisons and contrasts between the 2 strains as they grow. So far the DinaMed is taller, but the CBD Medi Kush has beautifully stacked node structure. This looks like its going to be a win-win. I'm also planning on doing an autoflower challenge soon. I want to try 2 plants in the flower room under 12/12 1000W HPS from seed to harvest and 2 other plants in my veg tent under 18/6 300W LED then see what the results are. I have the seeds picked out that I plan on using, but I'll keep that quiet for now in case I change my mind. Please follow and comment away!!! 4/24/23 @ 12:30pm - We did something a little different today. Both plants given 1 gallon of campden water + 1 TSP RECHARGE + 1 TSP Mega Crop + 2 TSP Bloom. This should act like a flush of sorts but the water is loaded with nutes so hopefully this helps the plants turn more green. 4/26/23 @ 9pm - I checked on both plants tonight and the first inch or so of soil felt dry so I decided to water. pH'd 6.5 campden water + 1.75 tsp MegaCrop + 1 tsp Bloom + 1 tsp RECHARGE. 1.5 Gallons per plant. Still some yellowing and wilting but the leaves have straightened out since the wind burn adjustments. Hopefully they uptake all these nutrients, the smells are getting incredible. 4/28/23 @ 2:30pm - Checked on the girls today and I am happy to report they're finally starting to turn back to a nice shade of green. The wind burnt leaves have either died off or recovered. The smells are getting very strong and all the colas are super sticky. Hoping to see some fattening up over the next 2-4 weeks until harvest time. 4/29/23 @ 6pm - Both plants given 1 gallon of campden water + 1/2 tsp MC (4 grams) + 3/4 TSP Bloom + 1/2 TSP RECHARGE pH'd to 6.5 - First pistils starting to turn amber!

The smell on this one is next-level for real! I got 2–3 different phenos, but they all carry that same loud scent I’d describe it as sweet and fruity I honestly can’t wait to smoke it, and judging by the insane layer of trichomes she’s rocking, I already know she’s gonna hit hard.😝😝

Permanent marker keeps rolling along, found a couple developing pollen sacs on a couple branches near the zipper that I was keeping open to moderate temperature so I promptly removed them an thoroughly searched the rest of the plant and gladly it all looks good. Continuing to give 0-10-10 organic fertilizer to supplement what the biology is liberating. Let's keep it going!

8/1 This wad the most fucked up morning ever. Didn't get much time with the girls. I was able to take a few pics when I got back amd a video this morning. Pillars are still around. I killed a couple but I probably should spray BT. I think we got rain last night. Bags are heavy. I defoliated a little bit more on the interior and found some small yellow leaves. Event horizon is still on point to flower first. I NEED to lst and add supports for flower bit I've got a lot of other things going on too. I'm going to TRY to spray BT tonight if weather permits and I should have the supports up this weekend. At least that's what I'm hoping. 8/2 Quickly watered as I had to fix a flat tire to get my wife to the doctor. Gave most a gallon but closer to 3/4 on one event horizon and the sherb pie. Half g for the 10 and I gave the 5 and the 50 a little water. I didn't give the 50 much. That holds water far longer. I'm glad I got it done. It was 90°+ and sunny all day. Earlier everything looked great. I think I'm gonna go check them and maybe add a few pictures. WENT OVER AND FOUND THE EVENT HORIZON I GAVE A LUTTLE LESS WATER TO, IN THE BACK COMPLETELY DEOOPED OVER AND DRY. I QUICKLY WATERED A GALLON. I CHECKED THE OTHER PLANTS AND SAW A COUPLE THAT "MIGHT'VE STARTED DROOPING BUT WERE LIGHT SO I GAVE ALL THE GMO'S HALF A GALLON. I WATERED THE CONTAINER PLANTS AND THE ONE IN THE 50. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. THEY WERE SUPER LIGHT. SOME ARE SHOWING SOME HEAT STRESS BUT I DONT BLAME THEM WHEN ITS PUSHING 100° OUT. I HOPE THIS PLANT WILL PICK UP BUT ILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MORNING TO SEE. I GOTTA GO EAT DINNER AND IT WAS IN ROUGH SHAPE. CANT BELIEVE THIS. ITS THE FURYHEST IN FLOWER TOO. INTERNET TOO SLOW TO UPLOAD 8/3 This morning it was "maineing" out. Basically like raining but more of an alternating mist. The event horizon that looked DEAD is completely recovered! I'm so stoked. I've had a really rough few days but at least I've still got my girls. After this little bit of rain I'll do the supports and a spray of BT for the pillars. I'm noticing more damage and I don't want them arpund when they can burrow into buds. WENT BACK AT LIKE FIVE. THE 5 GAL WAS DROOPING AND THE 10 WAS DRY AF. OTHERS WERE ALSO LIGHT. I USED 5 GALLONS ON THE GARDEN AS SOME STILL "LOOKED GOOD" BUT WERE DUSTY AND DRY. I ONLY GAVE THE GMO IN THE 30 A HALF GALLON. DIDNT WATER THE ECENT HORIZON IN THE BACK AND THE GMO IN THE FRONT BY THE DOOR ASXTHE LOOKED GOOD AND STILL HAD SOME WEIGHT TO THEM. THIS WAS ANOTHER DAY IN THE 90s THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE RAINED. LUCKILY IVE GOT THAT INTUITION AND I CAN CHECK. CAMS HELP WITH THAT BUT ITS BEST TO CHECK A FEW TIMES A DAY IN WEATHER LIKE THIS. FAR TO HOT TO SPRAY ANYTHING. 8/4 Chose not to water as we were supposed to get an inch of rain, then a half in and now it says .1in. I'm going to go over and check on the garden and see what they look like. I took pictures but I'll have to wait to upload them. WENT BACK OVER IN THE AFTERNOON AROUND 2ISH. GMO IN THE FRONT WAS DROOPY. WATERED THAT A GALLON AND IT WAS UP BY THE TIME I LEFT. THE GMO ON THE END (MY CANARY) WAS SUPER LIGHT SO SHE GOT A GALLON. THE EVENT HORIZON I DIDNT WATER YESTERDAY GOT ABOUT 3/4 OF A GALLON AND I WATERED THE ONE IN THE 10 1/2 GALLON. SHOWERS ARE IN THE FORECAST AND EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKED PRETTY GOOD AND WASNT DEAD LIGHT. AS OF 3 EVERYTHING IS GOOD. I IMAGINE ILL PROBABLY NEED TO WATER SOMETHING TOMORROW. IT SUCKS HAVING TO DO THIS SEPERATELY BUT SOMETIMES THATS HOW IT GOES. I DONT EXPECT THESE 90 TEMPS WILL CONTINUE. ALSO NOTICING SOME FADING AS THEY TURN TO FLOWER. DEF NEED NUTES. AND ONCE THE TEMPS GO DOWN I NEED TO SPRAY EITHER BT OR SPINOSID. 8/5 It Rained last night so I didn't need to water. Everything was nice and heavy. Beautiful day today. Hopfully I can do an app of bt tonight. Weather man needs to get things right. It says we got .005in last night but I heard it and it was way more than that. This is a tiny town. WENT BACK OVER AND FED. EVERYTHING GOT 1.75 PINTS. THE 10 GOT HALF THAT. THE FIVE A LITTLE LESS. I DEFINATELY NEED TO SPRAY FOR PILLARS. I ALSO HAVE A BIT OF DEFOLIATING ON A COUPLE PLANTS THAT I NEED TO DO. USUALLY I'VE LOST TONS OF LEAVES BY NOW. I JUST NEED TO IMPROVE AIRFLOW. THE TRELLIS WILL HELP WITH THAT PLUS SUPPORT. I THINK I MAY BE ABLE TO SPRAY PISSIBLY TONIGHT (DEPENDING ON WEATHER) AND SUPPORTS AND DEFOLIATION THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
