OK guys I'm back after being away for 2 weeks. I've proceeded to a final transplantation into a 9L AirPot container, right before I left for vacations. I also added a canopy-ring in order to open up the plant and start some LST without adjusting strings everyday. A friend was in charge of the grow room while I was away, and she did a pretty good job. The GBK is healthy, with a vigorous growth, she has 8 main summits and the lower parts were pruned. She will remain under vegetative stage for 1~2 weeks before flipping into 12/12 light schedule. I can't wait to see her full of buds! Thanks for stopping by 👊

Day 63: Hi all , a productive week it has been this week. The #2 has been taken out for her 48hr dark period before trimming and drying. She jas so much frost onher dark purple and red buds now too. she will be trimmed later tonight so will post a few pics later. Gorilla girls #1 is so close to finishing now too. Her colours are starting really come through now she is maturing and her smell is so sweet and clearly pineapples too. Her yield should be ok bit being kept lower may have been a factor in her overall size. perfect for a low , cupboard grow. #3 is very close to #1 in terms of a finish, if only a few days behind . Shebis so much smaller but her finalnpushbjas bought her on par for the amount of decent sized buds that smell so sweet and are starting to brown off on the tops mainly. I won't rush her but she is close. #4 is still my sneaky favourite for appearance without doubt. She is so beautiful as a plant it will be a shame to cut her down. She is so covered in trichs now that she looks silver and red. At least another week I thinks to get the best from this lady. A brilliant example of genetics. Sweet cheese is also very close to her finish but at least a week jumping by the fresh looking pistils poking out all over her thick main. She stinks of fuel now too. I will be interested to see how much she yields compared to trained ladies. Well hopefully the next update will be to say they are all hanging to dry amd maybe 1 actually harvested. ***Mar 22 Week 2 of flower, looking really good. I made sure to give the reservoir a little extra ppm this time around, because last week the plant ended the week hungry. I put a little extra Plant-Prod in this week, hopefully the extra 300 ppm will be enough this week! I went in and took off some leaves that were blocking the inner nodes, but I didn't take off any small bud sites on the inside *YET* ...I want to wait til stretch is done before taking anything major off, just in case it catches up by then. I will say that it is looking a lot more open now that I took a handful of leaves off. Most of them were overlapping other leaves, or just straight up too big. Others that didn't seem like much of a threat, just got tucked under other branches or leaves. I'm trying to be as hands-off with this grow as I can. Freakshow doesn't seem to like being played with too much. PPM is at 1850 and PH is at 6 Lots of pictures to start this week off, and also a small video to better detail how to plant is growing. I may have to switch CalMag brands by the end of the grow, unless the bottle will last me (I'm sharing my nutrients with my partner), but I don't think that would make too much of a difference, but it's worth noting. I also would like to note that I have not topped, LST'd, or any other training method to be precise, other than taking the top two leaves off as they get too big, I have not done anything else to make this girl get so wide. The canopy has been doing it' all on its own. The roots have been growing around and over the bubbles in the water, making them spread out almost like a cup (my partner has a theory that may be why the plant has been getting wide instead of tall... He believes the plant tends to take on the shape of the container it is it; aka the shape of the roots). I can now confirm that she is a female, as shown in the picture, you can see 2 long pistils coming out! ✊ I think I have the smallest amount of powdery mildew starting, because of the humidity being so high, BUT I have taken all other plants out of the tent, so this freak is all on her lonesome inside the tent now. I have seen an immediate improvement this morning, so I am not concerned over it. Beautiful start of the week, and can't wait to see how it goes the rest of the week! Should expect to see a lot of bushing and hopefully some trichome production by the end of it. Have a wonderful week everyone! 😻 ***Mar 24 Already drank 2 full cups of water (around 2L) and down from 1850ppm to 1600ppm ... oh boy!!! She's so hungry I wonder if I'll be able to keep up hahaha. She's looking really happy and healthy. Roots are still growing like mad. I wanted to trim them, but going to hold off a bit so I don't stress it out. ***Mar 26 ...The amount of water she is drinking is outrageous. I actually had to feed a little bit more nutrients (Plant-prod 15-30-15 about 0.3 tsp to bring the ppm from 1200 to next to 1500 to get through til monday/tuesday) and a sprinkle more of soluble seaweed. I did a little lollipopping tonight as well! Looking much more open and I took out a lot of the small bottom bud sites and leaves that weren't really getting any light. Everything is looking super good, and still no health issues. Doesn't seem to be missing any nutrients, but also doesn't seem to be bothered by having extra nutrients either.

On to the dry

1/30 backed a&b down to 9ml each and added first dose of pk 13/14 @ 4ml. Ppm clocked in @ 900. Reminder, these ladies are on constant drip feeding via troph blumats. They drip non stop and rarely is there any runoff and the media never dries out. I do flush with florakleen about every 2 weeks. Verticle growth ceased all plants. Airpots have been fully penetrated all around from top to bottom, roots are bright white and healthy. 2/1 finally recieved extension and raised lights up. No evidence of burn but it was a little too close 2/2 ordered high CFM kit for the gorilla tent. Walls sucked in much further and intruding on space. 2/3 spoke with the person I acquired the LS clone from and found out he grew it from DNA Genetics seed

Flower day 29 So 4 weeks done in flower the cherry Poppers are doing fantastic could lollipop them a bit more tbh but they’ve got yesterday the last topdess feeding till harvest just pure water The HerzOG plants are 2 completly different phenos the one to the left seems to be more sativa dominant & the one to the Right more like a indica- hybrid At least 5-6 weeks to go from now till harvest

Dec 9: They are looking pretty good as far as I can tell, having trouble debating to cut off some fan leaves or not, this is my first ever grow and I don’t want to stress it out any more than it has. The way I trained the plant is definitely suboptimal, next time I will plant the seed off to the side a bit to have room to bend. Also should I just continue with tucking almost everyday or cut the troublesome leaves covering bud sites? And the bottom node, should I skip the chutes? Is it okay to cut things off at this stage of its life? They are definitely still in preflower as there are only presence of the “V” hairs at each budsite, and smell is very weak.

This week was a light defoliation on triple p and just both of them were given a watering of 6.2 pH water and then today's feeding was paged at 6.2 as well. The smell is getting stronger. Triple p still has a minty note up front and apple strudel. I still can't determine what it smells like. Stay tuned

I have been starving my flowering plants this week to provoke that trichome production. I Will clean out the veg room and germinate seeds for next grow. Half strenght nutes this week as well

July 26: Tropicana Cookies is now done a week of force flowering and is continuing to stretch. Both plants in this wagon will be tall despite being manifolded. She is well matched in the wagon with the two week older Lemon Cream Kush. Did another compost tea. It’s been a while but this is the fourth tea this season (?). See video where I explain how I make a bucket of lazy compost tea without any air pump or aerator. Seems to work. The bacteria also moderate water uptake by the plant and you really don’t need to water as much if you have been doing compost teas. July 27: noticeably stretched in the garage overnight. Right on. July 31: defoliated lower fan leaves and small bud sites. Aug 1: added top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom as the cannabis plants were showing signs of P deficiency. Blue-ish leaves and reddish petioles showing on another plant.

Day 60 12/12 buds seem to be slowly fattening up and colas falling over i believe she is a 63 day strain so i am reducing ppm of water each time i feed most likely got another week to go as she doesnt look completely finished as of yet Also thinking whether i should change lights to 11/13???  Like 2   Share
