Girls are looking great so far! I added about 2ml/g to the reservoir and the plants responded well. Got a good explosion of growth over the last few days. I was able to start LST training the largest of the 4 today and the other 3 will be a day or 2 until they will be ready to start LST. Had some Ph issues during week 4 because my pen decided to go wonky. I tried to calibrate it again and had a hard time. So I busted out an older one and decided to calibrate it and see if it worked still... calibrated in a few min and sure enough res ph was well bellow 5. So water was changed as it was time anyway and ph’d proper just before lights out so we will see what happens tomorrow.

Welcome to week 8 / week 5 of flowering! Many more pistils have turned amber and harvest time is closing in. I’m aiming for a nighttime smoke, so I’ll hold out until she has 50% amber trichomes. ✅Day 50: 100oz of water. No runoff. Seems like she isn’t drinking as much lately. Bud trichomes are mostly still all cloudy. ✅Day 51: No water. The fade is really kicking in now. Some sugar leaves are looking black! ✅Day 52: No water. ✅Day 53: 144oz of water. No runoff. The pot was very dry. She needed a big drink. ✅Day 54: No water. ✅Day 55: 136oz of water. No runoff. She is smelling even stronger now. ✅Day 56: No water.

Water temps are creeping up though in the 21c range, gonna wrap the buckets tonight in foil insulation and build a water cooler for this setup soon as well. Defoliated and given the last nutrients before harvest, planning to cut in roughly 2 weeks. Depending on weather conditions and trichomes. Bud shots are the best of each strain. Mango Kush: has the most buds overall. Some of them seem a to be not very dense though. Little whispy buds start low on the branch and then progress to some fat tips. White Widow: seems to have denser buds but much less. The plant has always wanted to go straight up and has very rigid branches. This strain should probably get training early on to maximize bud potential. Green Crack: has big buds at the tip of each branch but they aren't very long. Though the buds seem very dense and heavy.

Now that was a great week indeed. she has really spread out nicely being held down with some yoyos. will be transplanting the ladies in the next day or 2 here and then flower in about 10-14 days is my guess. They are a little smaller then usualy for this time, maybe a week behind but i think i messed up on the calibration schedule again damnit. I swear you can not calibreate you ph tester too much, do it every 3-4 weeks is my reccomendation. I think the ph maybe a little low, i'm not postive 100% on the issue but dont really matter, she is very healthy

Overall I would say really successful first crop 1 plant 71.36g and I've smoked about a q the last couple of days before weighing as I ran out😂🤣 also considering I had to cut the biggest cola due to rot and a couple others medium snips I'd say really nice yield, looking really nice, smells amazing, does need a little cure to get the taste there a little more is a little harsh but not too bad at all, had fun growing this, just ordered 3 seeds of barneys runtz muffin and got a free wedding cake so that's me sorted for round 2 will be back soon, still got the strawberry amnesia to finish drying, 3rd day in so far so will be uploading that once done, hope anyone following or even glancing through has enjoyed viewing :)

Ph problems. Having difficulty monitoring ph . Not been much around to watch plant about a week or 2 . Aero garden set up a lil bit difficult to get into reservoir to check ph daily. Going to change system to deep water culture RDWC.

Had issues with RH this week have 2 humidifiers now a 1100 and 2200 eva dry and seavon. Seavon is better!!and cheaper!! Jet fuels growing tall buds as to where the plat punch is filling in most likely do to the indica dom on plat punch and all the sativa fuel strains in jet are just amazing it just pushes hard the whole time really great strain to grow. Tried TNB naturals co2 seems to have done something i have plumping wherever i put the bottle doesnt matter if its under the plants remember air gets sucked out the top so its going to pull air from below to the top with co2. Directly under plants no good toooo much moister off in the corner by a vent! 2 led lights going one 600watt using only red and whites the a 1500 full blast all colors veg and bloom. The bloom on the 1500 is only red its a Templay light no red and white but its working getting a little more stretch on that side of the tent. Found good info on using mutes drain to waste.. Alot of salt present (this is against whats commonly mentioned online) around the roots makes the plant compete with the soil or medium and produces shit tons more sugars and essential oils this goes actually for all plants grown hydro or drain to waste. If u feed one time then not the next ur stressing ur roots out hard thus stunting ur growth especially in late bloom. My plan is to feed until 8 to 10 days prior to planned harvest of 63 days in flower from switch. Then FloraKleen every other day with blackstrap

Week 16 and two of the plants are almost ready for harvest, probably next week I’ll be trimming, Grape Diamonds and Cotton Candy Grapes. After that I believe that the rest should be staggered for a good harvest in two more weeks.

It was my first cultivation. I learned a lot and will learn a lot more with the next ones. I understood that intervening on the plant requires a certain experience. In fact, of the three plants, this is the one that has grown best (and has not received any intervention). Easy cultivation ... great result!

Day one of week five! 19th September! Small amount of defoliation today as some leaves had been laying on the soil and were turning yellow. Other than that the girls look good I think. A little more LST but think Ive got a good even spread so far.. 🤞🏼 Nutes gone in today Biobizz: Grow/Bloom/TopMax all at 1ml per litre.. Day 3 of week 5! Update 21st September: Nutes gone in again today BioBizz Grow/bloom/Top Max all at 1ml per litre... Starting to see signs of filtered water deficiencies so CalMag going in on next feed @ 1ml/l. Wasn’t sure if my water filter was much cop but looks like it’s better than I thought. Wish I’d gone with my gut and started the CalMag earlier! Other than that I’m giving them a couple more weeks of veg and then we’re going to flower 🌷 all being well 🤞🏼❤️ Day 4 UPDATE: 22nd Sept. More LST to keep things all the same height and encourage more new growth sites.. We have 18 strains running with 2 regular strains, I want to be sure we can fill up the whole SOG. 9/7 - Just to recap last week. 9/5 I transplanted from the 16 oz solo cups into a one gallon 8" tall Active Aqua 6" x 6" Square Pots. Today, I topped and defoliated. Everything is looking good, now just waiting for them to bounce back. Hoping to be ready for flower within next week or two. This is my first run using a modified SOG method, and not sure how long it will take for them to be ready. Ideally I'd like each main growing shoot to be about 12" or so before sending to 12/12. BAD NEWS: Half of the blue diodes have gone out in the TMLAPY light. This light was actually gifted to me shortly after a friend purchased it from Amazon and realized it was too small for their space. It seemed to be serving it's purpose well for vegging photos and running bumper crops of autoflowers but it failed only four months after the warranty period ended! Weak-Sauce!
