Flowering looks awesome on the ChemDog! Lots of bud sites and they're growing at a respectable rate. ATF's are running 3 plants in 3 diff stages- one's a couple weeks into flower, one's just starting,and one's still the holdout. Meanwhile, I've got flowering on the Night Nurse and one of the Viper Cookies. The rest are close but I can't say for sure they've transitioned. Weather's getting into a hot and humid phase, gotta watch that ChemDog. Think it's got a decent structure for ventilation but I've read horror stories on how the Dog loves mold. Further training of the branches has been fruitful, I'm seeing a lot more topside bud sites than usual. I'm working on irrigation-- I set up a 30 gal container and it works for drip, but without a pipe system it's still one at a time, although I have to admit it's worth it to save my back. Plus, I have to have a supply ready for use in case my buddy needs to fill in for me and water the ladies. Been checking the cameras regularly ( I have them all throughout the property, game cameras with IR flash), and to date haven't seen anything that would constitute a threat. Just some curious raccoons and one really ugly opossum. Even the skunks don't bother them this year, which is nice but a little strange considering they dig in them every year. It's really just the animals I'm watching for, people aren't as much of a concern. Mostly because I don't know any. Aside from that, I sleep with my head feet away from my babies, so somebody would have to have big brass ones to even try. Yes, I know, a little overprotective. Fingers crossed it'll be one hell of a harvest (by my standards). 8/11 Update: Been lucky still with the weather, but it's turning really humid. Fed the girls this morning, a mix of 1C molasses and 1/2C epsom salt in 20 gallons. Just a little supplement to the tiger bloom they've been feasting on. Speaking of the Tiger Bloom, I can't help but think I'd do just as well mixing my own nutrient solution, since the cost really adds up quick. For his year, however, it'll be fine. My watering gizmo is working well, just leaks a tiny bit and that's fine for the remainder of the year. Now that I have an idea of what works for me I can spend the off-season setting up something right. Had to thin out the Lamb's a bit, it wasn't getting anywhere near enough air flow. Also took a few on the ChemDog as I'm expecting mold/rot conditions for a while and she's prone. Shouldn't have much problem, wind blows almost constantly here, but you can never be too careful. Training is taking well, overall they look pretty good. Next year-- bigger grow bags, better soil, and much pickier seed choices. I think I may even abandon the idea of topping them in the future-- it just slows them down and you can get the same end results with training. Granted, my ladies are kinda sparse and ugly, but that's the learning curve. Next time around I think I have a pretty good idea of what to do and when to do it, based on what worked and didn't work this year. Another big thing is nutrient timing-- I def jumped the gun on flower power for a few of them and it just stunted them wicked-- shoulda continued veg food a couple weeks into flower even for the early bloomer, she'd be a monster.

Harvest Week 19, 19-25 February 2025 19-24 Feb - Observed and let the plant mature. 25 Feb - Harvested the plant, began the curing process. Jealousy Glue matured beautifully. I love the sweet, piney smell. The trichomes are mostly milky with very few amber colored, most hairs have turned brown, leaves have faded and turned purple around the bud area, all this is fine with me. The breeder recommended 68 days in flower, which is close to spot on with what she was grown in. She appears to have large, thick, resinous, and smelly buds. Very colorful I might add. It has me thinking her smoke must be good! She was cut down the morning of 25 Feb. All big leaves were cut off, and it was hung upside down in a closet by it’s branches. With a set RH of 55%, and temperature of 65 degrees F., it will hang here for 7-10 days, in darkness, with a slight air circulation (not directly on the buds). After that time the buds will be hand trimmed and then put into quart glass mason jars. I’ll place a size 8 Boveda 62 TerpShield in each jar and burp them until 62% RH is achieved. This usually takes about a week. Here they will cure for an additional 30 days. It will last in this state for a good 6-8 months. The Smoq Report: 11 March 2025 After 12 days curing I sampled some product. I couldn’t be more pleased with the flavor and potency. It is a smooth smoke, with a sweet herbal taste that will get you buzzed with just a couple of tokes. You can feel the high pick you up and any stresses or issues of the day just start to fade away and help turn your mind into a relaxing mode. You won’t feel couch locked, she has a good blend of genetics to keep you alert and talkative. She yielded fairly heavy with 11 ounces of smoke. 8 ounces of quality bud, and 3 ounces of lesser and more larfy bud. But it all smokes good. I was learning a lot just about water itself. Currently the method I use was inspired by an article I found on Canna Nutrient’s website: Rainwater + tap water to EC 0.2 (100ppm) Add CalMag to reach EC 0.4 (200ppm) Ph down (first diluted a small amount in water) Nutes Day 58: Increased the feed to 3/4 Day 59: Replaced the tap water to liquid silicon. I (pre-moistened) worked in 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water, with my fingers into this high-porosity soilless growing medium. This variant is very dry, and seems to reject water, until moistened(3cu ft compressed, Agro a5-hp from local nursery). Even after the 2.5 gallons of water was worked in (with no runoff), there was still a dry patch at the bottom of the pot.. I figured it would start to absorb from the wet medium on top, over time. It is now Day 10, and the moistened medium never needed to be watered since day 1. The medium is almost dry enough to be watered (see final picture). Maybe one or two more days. I will poke/scratch the soil daily, to ensure that I wait long enough, to not over-water.

The plants also showed a noticeable change in color, becoming significantly darker green, indicating an optimal nutrient supply and healthy development. Overall, it was a highly successful and satisfying week, with clear progress visible. Looks like I have overwatered this one quite badly. I hope that's all it is. Few marks on some leaves as shown in the pics and video so I'll monitor to see if it gets any worse. Tested pH and it looks good at 6.9 so I'm gonna increase bloom nutes cos it could be phosphorus or magnesium.

6/26 Rained last night. Might have showers bur the sky is clear. Real good weather coming. I need to transplant those seedlings. Plants are noticeably bigger every day. I see small spits of damage but it's isolated and in a high wind area. I'll address it and watch for nute deficiencies. Also need to transplant those seedlings. At leastcones an auto. 6/27 Rained overnight again. Looks clear today but we did get some rain yesterday. Tomorrow is all sun. I'm planning to transplant those 3 seedlings today. Also noticed some ragged holes so I've got a few pests. Looks like grasshoppers or something. With all the rain could be slugs or pillars I guess. Need to get ipm up amd running. I've got work to do. Found a plant on my gmo in the 30 bag. It got sun burnt and wind burnt but came out of it and they're all doing great. At first this one was a little behind after transplant but so were the other gmo's. Originally, it was one of my best plant prior to transplant outdoors. That one leaf I found during a thorough inspection of the garden. I'm hoping it's not tmv. Plants growing vigorously and better than but I'll keep an eye on it. I also transplanted the 3 seedlings. I added half new 707 in the 50 (prior soil was this same mix from last year) and transplanted one in that. One in a 10 gallon bag and the auto in a 5 gallon bucket. It will be interesting ingredients seeing how they turn out. All transplants went really smooth. 6/28 It's gonna be a hot one today. I haven't watered in over a week due to rain. Wind was whipping this morning! Looked like plants MIGHTVE been drooping but now that I think about it it was probably just the wind. ANYWAY I WATERED TWO AND A HALF GALLONS on the clones. That wind dries the bags out fast. Some still had some heft to them. Lately I've been going by my intuition which has seemed to be on point. All the seedling transplants look good and show no signs of stress. 6/29 The site was down so I couldn't update. Looks like it's gonna rain. It's noontime. This morning i found and killed two inch worms. There's not much damage so I'm wondering whether bt is necessary. Birds sit on the frame and dart I'm and grab them. I'll have to think on it. I also need to decide what I'm going to use for nutes this year. Don't need it yet. GMO's and sherb pie is putting out pistols everywhere. Same with the event horizon. Looks like I may have an early harvest this year. I certainly hope so. Still.....only did half what I did last year but with everything going on its all I can handle. 6/30 Site was down and it doesn't want to pet me upload my pictures 7/1 Trying to keep this updated. Need to spray bt. I'm seeing some damage. Not much but I need to get a handle on it now. Poured yesterday. Super sunny today. Plants seem to be flowering early this year while I still have a 2 seedlings that haven't shown their sex yet (they are fems but still). The clones are beginning to flower it looks like so I may have an early harvest this year. 7/2 WATERED THE GARDEN WITH 4 GALLONS. Spent some time looking over the plants and decided to hold off on the bt seeing as there isn't much damage. I spoke to a few shop owners and after seeing my garden this wad their advice as well. While watering I noticed red ants coming out of the soil of my GMO in the 30 gal. Some of these strains will be early finishers. The only time I've had stigmas like tjis was when I grew mendo breath and that was a super early harvest. Either way things are looking fantastic. The auto seedling finally showed a stigma. One seedling left (they should ALL be females) but I cant tell by the preflower yet. It looks female but I need to see that little white hair emerge to be sure.

Normally I wanted to do a Mainlining// SCROG. But the Stalks of the Gorilla_ladies are so Sturdy and strong. No way for SCROG. So i just let them grow. They turned out resinous and very smelly.

Ill start monitoring Trichome colour as of next week. Buds have been fattening up nicely, still look a little airy to me. Lollipopped half the plant and dried some of the trim out and gave it a taste. Quite tasty but a few weeks to go yet I suspect. I'll leave the trim on the plant still infront of the fan to stop it leeching too much humidity out of the buds. End of next week is advertised flowering time for this plant. But we'll see how we go.

9/20 Man I've been busy. I'm sick too. Looking back at my diaries I get sick this time of year every year it seems. Once I get the important stuff done I'll put some pictures of finished product up. Sunny today and windy as hell. All the plants left seem to be doing good and look like they'll finish. The pink kush might not finish how I WANT but it's stinky and has lots of milky trichs. I'm playing with fire with this mk ultra. It's fucking done. It could get a LITTLE more amber and maybe come together a bit more but I don't know if it's smart to risk it. Frost warning in effect tonight. I'll probably check the forecast and harvest tomorrow. We're having some good weather just cold nights. Then it turns to like a 30% chance of rain for 4 or 5 days. I'll yank it before that. This actually turned out tp be a pretty good year. Haven't tested everything (especially shit in the ground) but what I have sampled I'm incredible happy with. 9/21 IT was a balmy 36° on my way to the garden. My windshield had frost on it. Surprisingly the TIGHT nugs of the pink kush and this phenome of 10th planet didn't seem to mind it. Both strains are still increasing in size, smell and trich development. Not just changing but adding more. Trichs on trichs. Very in hospital environment. It will be interesting to see what happens with these girls. We will be getting some rain. I mean we've had SOME but I mean real rain. If thays the case I'll put these in the garage for a little bit. Honestly I thought these would be goners. I've gotta get to work trimming bucking and manicuring flower. Doing a garden like this sure is an awful lot of work. But the reward is worth every penny. WATERED EVERYTHING LEFT A HALG GALLON APIECE. PROBABLY SHOULDVE GAVE A GALLON BUT THEY WERE STILL A LITTLE HEAVY. 9/22 It rained last night and we got another frost. HAD to cut a main branch of the tenth planet as it had stem rot. Lots more cold weather coming. If I could get it done and I wasnt sick and have all this other material to process I would probably pull then. It's getting really cold. We're going to be getting rain. I'll check the weather and hopfully I can just put the movable ones in the garage. Either way things will work out. Pictures that will be coming will be of the finished product! 9/23 Had a super busy day. Had to but a branch off the pink kush due to stem rot. If I had time I would've taken it. It rained today but I think the plants will be alright. I've been working non stop. I may not have the quantity I'm used too but the quality is AMAZING. I can't wait to do the smoke points and put up finished flower. The other 10th planet seems to be doing really well. I expected nothing off that. I'll keep it updated but it's hard with everything going on. 9/24 Had more emergencies. Raining and cold. Finding stem rot a boytritus but not much. We are getting an inch of rain tomorrow and rain the next day. I wasn't going to watch my shit rot as it was hard as hell and all milky so I quickly waited for a break in the rain and harvested two pink kushes. Still have one pink kush in the 50 and the 10th planet. I cut a cola off 10th planet just in case. This should've been done yesterday but it is what it is. Even with ALL the damage this had been a pretty good year. I can't believe the quality of....well....everything lol. A couple take the cake but I'll wait to do that. I gotta get back to work. 9/25 Heavy rains today and tomorrow. After seeing the damage on the 10th planet and the stripped branches and dying leaves I took out the loupe and checked the trichs. It was a rare break in rain and the plant was luckily dry. After seeing the pistols change on many buds to pure red and seeing lots of cloudy trichomes abd swollen buds I was able to harvest it. I have one pink kush left that sea7s like a willow. I probably should've taken that by looking at it but the trichs had some clear on it. Lots of damage this year on all plants but the first special kush. The quality is amazing though. I havent got to try every strain but I am incredibly impressed with what I have so far. I stopped smoking dabs (for now) in favor of switching my different strains up. I hope that every gardener is able to instil there energy in the plant and gets the same feeling that I do because it's wonderful. I will do an independent review of each strain, and keep updated on last pink kush.

Week 5 | Jealousy Marker | Vegetation First full week outdoors and she’s already responding well to the sun. At 35cm she’s put on real structure since the move — internode spacing looks good and the canopy is opening up nicely. Natural light at 17 hours, no lamp distance to track anymore. Temperatures this week were on the high end — 35°C during the day dropping to 18°C at night. Wide swing, but she’s handling it without complaint. Humidity sitting at 60%, watering stepped up to 1L per plant per 24h to keep pace with the outdoor conditions. Nutrient stack has been dialled up to match the increased demand: CANNA Aqua Vega at 3 ml/l, CalMag Agent at 0.9 ml/l, Aptus Regulator at 0.1 ml/l. pH 6.2, EC 1.2 mS/cm. Still in the 5L bottomless airpot — roots are free to push down into the native soil below. Updates every Sunday. Stay tuned.

Welcome to Harvest week of my Sunset Sherbet journey sponsored by Zamnesia. Sunset Sherbet has been in the garage this week just chilling. Temperatures outside were 25-37f at night and in the garage 40-50s and flushed for 4 days with 2-3 liters each day. The cold weather did not do much for color change. Weeks of colder weather would have had an impact. I harvested her 12/5, day 101 from germination in the soil. I got some good trichome pics earlier this week. Sunset Sherbet grew in my small 3x3. She demonstrated a strong resistance to mold, bud rot and pests. I switched to an organic nutrient feeding solution and kept trying to get my ppms in the range of synthetic fertilizers. This resulted in overfeeding which burned up her leaves. She would have been pretty based on the colors I see in the buds-pinks, purples and oranges. Plant structure – Sunset Sherbet remained short at just 20 inches. This would make her very good for small closet grows. She had many branches off the main stalk and her nodes were tight. There were many, many small leaves, not much bigger than a quarter. Data sheet advised of regular maintenance. Trimming will be a bit tedious as a result of not defoliating more. Deliciously grow, without problems - super fine and satisfactory result. Unfortunately I forgot to weigh it wet, but I will update with the dry weight as soon as it is dry - but a good bet is that it has been about 200+ grams wet and there will probably be about 50 grams dry. I have added some videos from before and after, the top cola was cut - and some close up photos 😘 Update: 42 grams in total 😍 She taste so damn nice, super great !!
