it's the end of the second flowering week, unfortunately, I’m dealing with fungus gnats. As a countermeasure, I’ve used nematodes. The challenge is that during the flowering phase, I prefer to let the soil dry out completely before watering. However, nematodes require consistently moist conditions to survive. Additionally, I’ve read that nematodes can take three to four weeks to eliminate all the eggs – quite a long time. I might also try neem oil.
Also, I’ve noticed that the tips of 20%-25% of the leaves have turned brown and become crispy. This occurs both at the top and bottom of the plant. I suspect I’ve provided too much light. My biggest challenge currently is finding the right light intensity. I’m using an AC Infinity Ionframe EVO3 with 280W. According to the instructions, I should operate it at 100% intensity during the flowering phase when it’s 30 centimeters away. However, that feels like a full-blown laser show for the plant. (supposedly around 1600 PPFD). Now I’ve positioned it at 45 centimeters and 70% intensity. According to the Photone App, the upper part of the plant receives approximately 900-1000 PPFD. Unfortunately, I can’t fully trust my smartphone an the app… well, that’s what happens when you turn everything into science 😅
And one more thing caught my attention: the smell. It’s not there. I can hardly smell anything. My GG#4 is three weeks old and fills the entire room with its strong odor, but the L.A. Amnesia simply doesn’t smell like anything. Somehow, that worries me a little 😩
Overall, the plant seems "healthy" and does its thing, but I’m unsure whether to prune the lower branches. Although they receive light, they’re about 10-15 centimeters below the upper ones 😓

At the end of week 6 the buds are bulking up and the trichomes are going milky with red hairs pulling in will wait for more amber trichs before harvest which I anticipate around week 8-10.

Day 78 - Starting week 12 and will be giving her some water and nutes tomorrow. All is going well and gonna start keeping an eye on the trichs. She’s not really a big fat plant and I’ve never really had one grow so lengthy before but she’s definitely putting on same nice weight and an amazing smell.
Day 79 - Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today, she was pretty dry and ready. Other than that, I’m just letting her go for now and I’m not needing to do much defoliating lately.
Day 80 - No real updates today, just some updated daily pics. Not really having to do anything with this girl but feed her and let her dry out, then repeat.
Day 81 - Nothing really new today, just letting her chug along. She will probably need some water in another day or so.
Day 82 - Everything’s looking good still but just realized that she might be foxtailing just a bit. Not really a worry for me but thinking it’s from the stress of when I snapped her main branch early on in growth. It seems to only be on a couple buds towards the top but going to keep an eye on her trichs and probably start flushing her tomorrow.
Day 83 - Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today. The way she’s looking, this will probably be the last feeding of nutes before flushing. Still quite a bit of clear trichs but quite a bit of milky in theee as well so thinking she’s got about 2 weeks or so left.
Day 84 - The end of week 12 and she’s doing good. Really y’all and lengthy plant so trying not to take her out and move her too much anymore. Thinking she’s down to a couple weeks now so next feeding will be pH’d water only.

All plants are now dried over the space of 10 days at roughly 65f and 55% humidity in the dark.
It’s been 2 weeks into the cure and the smells are popping and the sample buds taste great and get me lit af.
Didn’t really expect 5 vastly different phenotypes from 5 seeds, is this the norm?

Started a little training, cut down the older fan leaves and topped up. I’m adding a tiny bit of root stimulator cause changed the pot size last week so it will to promote a faster growth. Gotta keep this lady low cause the box is quite small. So excited 😆

Day 19 of Flower & this lady is still stretching like crazy, by the end of it she might be the tallest in the tent!! All in all I could not be happier with how things are going, Wish I had more time to stay on here & post details for all my Diary’s but life has been busy lately! I preferred to remove my net this week, to more easily access my plants and water them. I hope the branches will hold
I cut a lot of leaf this week. I hear different opinions that say it's beneficial others not... At least it will have the advantage of lowering the humidity.

- Water: tap water at 300 PPM, I add 0.7G of Hybrid powder and 0.3g of booster PK+ per liter to reach 950PPM and I adjust the PH to 5.8. I watered daily until water drained from the pot (to release nutrients from previous waterings) and I take a 3-4 day watering break to let it dry out before resuming a daily watering schedule.
-Daytime temperature: 22-26°C
-Night temperature: 20-24°C
-Humidity: 50-75% ( Too high but it's hard to lower it... I need advice please contact me if you have :) )

So, they’re still growing vertically, again, I had to go away for 3 days. Not planned. Tops got too close and a load of them burnt to a crisp, the seriously burnt ones have been cut off and the other ones that weren’t too bad have been bent down.
It was 14 inches when the plant was flipped, I reckon she would be around 48 inches now if I didn’t have to hack at her.
But disappointed as I reckon she would have been a beauty. But... life goes on and I’m sure she will yield alright when the time comes 4ish weeks time.
Literally the only problem this week has been vertical space, plant itself is very healthy.
Next time I better get a taller tent 🤦♂️

Die Woche verging wie im Fluge. Purple Punch Auto glitzert in den Morgenstunden wunderschön und verströmt einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Momentan duftet diese hier von unseren vier Pflänzchen am stärksten.
Die Blüten schwellen nach einem krassen Stretch an. Das intensive LST und das Entfernen störender Blätter hat dazu geführt, dass die Blüten sehr gleichmäßig Sonnenlicht bekommen und später in der Blüte die Luft gut zirkulieren kann.
Zwei Tage der Woche standen die Pflanzen unter der Markise, es hat über Stunden heftig geregnet.
Nachdem ich meine Grashüpfer letzte Woche umgesiedelt habe, der Fraß ging mir zu weit, sehen die nachwachsenden Pistillen wieder gut aus. Vorher wurden die von den Hüpfern gerne angeknabbert.
Das Gießen läuft wie gewohnt nach Gefühl. An heißen Sonnentagen bis zu 1,5 Liter.
Soweit die News von unserem Balkon, die nächsten Wochen werden vergehen und dann ist die erste Saison als Weed Gärtner auch schon wieder beendet.
