Out temperature sensor is in tank so basicly soil/water temperature. Hello again, Growdiaries community! 😎 We’ve reached Week 8 (Flower Week 2), and my Critical is officially exploding! The transition has been incredibly smooth, and the plant is showing a fantastic response to the 12/12 light cycle. 📏 Evolution & Height: The plant has reached 30 cm today. The stretch is in full swing—she has gained 6 cm in just a few days! Due to this growth, the distance to the light has naturally decreased to 50 cm, which is giving the tops a great boost in intensity. The 4 main colas are developing beautifully and staying perfectly leveled. ✂️ Techniques & Structure: -Successful Lollipop: The lower pruning (defoliation) I did a few days ago was a game-changer. Airflow in the 'bunker' is now optimal, and all the energy is clearly being channeled into the top bud sites. -Fasciated Stem: The main stem is becoming a real beast, thick and sturdy enough to support the upcoming flower weight. -Visual Update: As promised, all the photos attached are from today, showing the most up-to-date progress. 💧 Watering & Nutrition: -Method: I decide when to water by feeling the substrate with my fingers to check the moisture levels accurately. -Volume: 1 Liter of lukewarm water. -Dose: Stepped up the nutrients to support early flower formation: 1 ml/L Bio-Grow, 2 ml/L Bio-Bloom, and 1 ml/L Top-Max. 🌤️ Environment (Terrace Bunker): -Lighting: My QBK1500PLUS (150W) is running at 100% with the Bloom switch ON. -Climate: Stable at 27°C (Lights ON) and 18°C (Lights OFF). It’s day 43 of flower! All of the plants look great! I’m going to start dialing back the light intensity slowly over the next couple weeks. Harvest time is getting close

D 78 and she is in her dark period flushing. She hasn’t been feed in a few days. And so it begins. I want to head and added her first set of ice to her soil and she’s going to go ahead and start the ice flashing. She is so frosty she’s just dripping I can’t even with her. Sweet seeds just really knocked her out of the park. She smells just so sweet I cannot even wait.

Day 63: Another week passes and the girls are now building nice long Colas all over . Buds are looking good and smelling so pineapple/fruity now. Buds are looking nice and hairy without looking airy. #1 In the organic soil is overall the widest and area hungry lady but her sisters are taller . #2 has been quietly pushing her way through the middle position in the grow and has some nice fat looking buds forming. #3 Is a surprise for me as I wasnt sure it would make it this far. No matter what I do , the leaf continues to look awful but the size of her and her now forming so many stacking buds , I am glad I kept her going now !. I do think at least 3 weeks for these ladies before harvest but hope to give them room to swell when the space is opened up.

01/31 - HST SOG completed - rebounding accordingly - increased feeds to every other day between clean water and nute feeds - Lights have been picked up to make soon for SOG - looking to pluck clones in about 2/3 weeks

2 Girls 1 Cup finally made it to the finish line. Wedding Glue trichomes started turning yellow damn near overnight. Godzilla Cookies still covered in milky frost. I don't have scales, so I'd rather not estimate on wet weight. Wedding Glue is hefty though, thicker than I thought she'd be. I have a number in my head what she'll dry out to, but I'll share that later lol. Chopped Godzilla Cookies up, bagged in two gallon zip locks and slapped in the freezer for a rainy day. I have one 1lb Grove Bag, but after looking at it, and the flowers I have hanging... I may need more grove bags so I don't compact the nugs and can keep the headspace needed for the two way whatever the f these bags do. The SMELL is out of this world. Wish I had words for all the aromas smelled while harvesting. From lemon/lime, candy, grapefruit, diesel, etc.. Wedding Glue is going to be some fucking DANK!! The ooey gooey parts of Godzilla Cookies will turn into a nice bubble hash someday in the future. The list of things learned along the way this time round.. : 1- DONT put diff strains in same RES. This means the same pot as well.. many reasons not to. 2- Keep the RES that will hold roots BASIC, and keep the fancy shit in the external RES (if ya got one). Easier maitenance and minimal risk of root damage. 3- Waterfarms are baddass, but the drainage holes from the upper grow chamber are too few and too small. I added many more to it prior to using this time round and roots still wrapped the bottom of it like they did the RES below. 4- check calibration on your meters frequently... 5- have spare ventilation equipment on standby incase something fails. Don't want the smell getting out, top priority.. 6- plan your wiring for easy movement/adjustment when needed. Zip ties are cool and all.. until you have to cut and replace a hundred of em to move a fan from one pole to another. I think it's time to place some lower support for the branches to help them with the weight, as i've seen many diaries on where the central branch of the plant was totally broken by the middle due to the weight of the top branches, and i really don't want to see that happening on my AliceK... "Rhino Skin" PERSONAL CONCLUSION: I think that Rhino Skin is helping, as in my last Gorilla diary i didn't used it along growing stage, and with the AliceK. it's branches are fattening much more than Gorilla's & MoneyMaker's did without the RhinoS. support (Pot size is helping also). P8: Loving this distribution!!! -----WEEK SUMMARY----- One week more for loving this beautiful plant. I'm loving the easiness of growing an AliceK, this week she suffered low water times, at almost the end of the week. Till today i was watering once each 120 Hrs ±, but it isn't enough at time for the size of the plant, she's drinking much more water than in previous weeks, so from Day 47 i'm switching to a water cycle of 84 Hrs±. At last temperatures are giving us a breath, again 27~29ºc along day, with a constant fresh breeze that came from the Mediterranean sea (Shore is at about ± 150 m from my home). This is the last week that i'm going to use that GoPro position to record timelapses. From now on i will record from the middle of one of the walls to have a better view. I'm not using the mobile on the AK more as the field of view is too short at the distance i should place the phone, and it didn't cover all the plant. P2 Vs P18: La semana pasada empecé a usar Rhino Skin, intentado ayudarla a que engorde y refuerce las ramas principales. Hasta hoy he venido regando una vez cada 120 horas, pero esto ya no es suficiente para el tamaño de la planta, bebe mucho más que las semanas anteriores. A partir del último riego de esta semana voy a cambiar a un ciclo de riego de 84 hrs. It was a fairly busy week for this fine lady. No one likes their lady too bushy, right, 😉 so I have been cleaning up lower growth every 2-3 days as of late. I also put her in a 20 gallon pot this week and that was a bigger challenge then I anticipated 😅😅. First I had to get her untied. Then I didn’t quite get her tied down as well as I had her in the 10 gallon pot but she is still nicely laid out IMO. I may have to adjust how she is tied down in the weeks to come as these genetics can really stretch out!! Stay tuned 😎🍿🍻🌱

I made it to week 12 flower. Visual changes are, trichomes of top colas range from 15-30 amber, there's some purpling of the leaves from the cooler temps. After waiting longer then I wanted this week, I found a day to harvest comfortably(after record breaking heat)...I've harvested both plants already, and they are drying while suspended from hangers. Next week, and after the drying period I will have dry weight and more pics of the harvest. Temperature is 70-65°, and humidity is 45-50 during drying, and I'm going for a 6 day dry.

Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Safe to say we're heading into flower. I'm pretty close to full strength on the nutrients at this point. Still defoliating and filling in the screen. Plant on the right is slightly behind as far as kicking into flower. Some yellowing browning just starting a tips. I'll change out the water tomorrow (on day 49). Averaging water changes every 12 days. Day 49: Did not change water today, will on day 52 or 53 instead. Decided it could just be the light being too close. Moved it up and did a little lst above the screen. All done removing branches and leaves. Great end to the first week of flower.

Day 97 of cycle Day 60 of flowering. I cut the full plant and hanged it and now gonna leave drying for 2/3 weeks. I prefer dry trimming because it’s easier.
