It’s my second run growing San Fernando Lemon kush, I had to repeat this lemony flavor. Even though I’ve already grow this before, I’m still very excited to grow it. Strain characteristics: This strain is an amazing hybrid between two great genetics. It crosses San Fernando Valley OG Kush which is what brings that lemony zest to the garden coming from the Lemon Thai which is crossed in that mix and then that’s crossed with Kosher Kush. The aroma of this strain is pure limonene it’s quite pleasant and very intense. Hints of wood, cypress, a bit of spices and a solvent scent which combines it all and just smacks you in the nose. The plant is a Indica-Sativa hybrid but it leans to the Sativa side, she’ll stretch on you quickly. This cultivar develops lots of trichomes and has a strong presence of the limonene terpene being ideal for resin extractions, from personal experience I highly recommend making some rosin out of these lovely flowers. Very tasty stuff, I might just set aside one whole plant to press. …getting ahead of myself here, still have a long way to go before I see any buds. Variety SWS62

As I’ve already grown this strain, I know what to expect so I’m hoping things will run smoother. Last time I only topped her and did a bit of LST guiding the colas. That technique was great but she stretched much more than I was expecting which gave me problems but ultimately gave me a good yield which were 82 grams. Commencing week 5/Day 29: on Nov 21st Day 29 All is doing well now and a few more plants have roots in water but tomorrow is going to be well below freezing as well as the humidity has dipped very low Day 32 Still growing steady the cold temps and low humidity haven't hurt or slowed them down too much Day 34 Happy to say 6 out of 8 girls have pretty massive root masses developed in past week into bucket. I have been very lightly foliar feeding every day a slightly acidic low ppm solution. Lights were put back on timer since the temp and humidity are going back up I don't need the lights for heat. pH has remained steady for past two days in low to mid 5.8s. Is this too steady I wonder 🤔 I put on fans today today as well as under lighting LED strip. D35 Am check-in and all is going well. All 3 Gorilla Zkittlez are absolutely killing it, way bigger than the rest of the bunch. Although the 818 Headbands and the Raspberry Diesel are not far behind. Unfortunately both the Boss Hoggs seems to be runt-ish. One especially is really funny looking. But I always cheer for the under dog in the fight so who knows 😎 Turned off under lighting. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/24 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Las flores están bien prietas y sacan unos aromas afrutados y dulces increible, está acabando de madurar pero no veas como se han puesto. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Im a few days behind on an update, but heres week 10. Things are okay.. Ive had some PH balance issues, which I believe has effectedy nutrient intake.. Its a long story, but lesson now learned, and will help me for the next grow. I also believe, that Ive outgrown these containers, and thats effecting my bud growth. Next grow Im going to 3gal fabric pots. So what did I learn this grow? 1) 1.8 gal containers too small now that my plants are growing better w/ LEDs 2) Calibrate your electronic PH meter, and measure PH including nutrients.

1/4/26 1:26 AM. This is me starting a diary accidentally a day too early iced tea had some problems. The cocoa had something in it and the root hit it and it screwed up so I’ve flushed it out. I put another seed in and she’s doing just great. I’ve never had this happen before so I must’ve. 11/22 Day 31 from flip. Today is the first day that I took a tape measure from the lights to the topmost part of the canopy and I haven’t seen a change. I’ll check again tomorrow but I’m really hoping the stretch is finally done. I still have about 10 inches of space between the lights and canopy so I think I’ll be ok with that. I took the chance to do what is hopefully a near final defoliation of a few leaves and some smaller sucker branches that won’t amount to much. Everything still looks super healthy, no red anywhere on any stems and no discoloration on the leaves. Everything is spot on. Light adjusted to 840 PAR / 36.3 DLI. 11/25 Day 34 from flip. I made some adjustments to my nute mix to be more firmly at 1.3 EC, which means I’ve added some additional nutes into the mix. I also tested runoff EC and discovered things were spiking a bit more than I’d like. So I mixed up a few batches of my new mix and I’ve been feeding every few hours to flush things out a little bit. I’ve brought it down from 1.9 to 1.5 so far after this. I may finally need to break down and set up some timers to feed multiple times throughout the day. Obviously once a day is not getting done right now. 11/26 Day 35 from flip. I finally got the timer hooked up to my pump to begin automatic watering. For now, I have it set to water at noon for a minute when the lights come on, a 2 minute pause to let that settle, and then 30 seconds more to make sure both are fully saturated. The second fertigation event will be at 6:00 for 45 seconds, and then right before lights off another 45 seconds. I’ll have to keep an eye on it to see if I need to adjust any more for now. I haven’t adjusted the lights since last time, but the latest reading is 885 PAR / 38.2 DLI at the highest point of the canopy. It’ll stay there for now.

I just recently made a growdiaries account and wasn’t able to get one of my Gelato Auto by Fastbuds. But I was really happy with the results and wanted to show it off a bit. I ended up with 105 grams dry from the 1 autoflower plant alone! Also mid grow as I was entering the flowering stage I broke one of the bigger stems during lst so I know for sure I would have pulled a QP off of her alone. Really happy with that and not to mention the quality of nugs I got off of her.

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Noticed I was feeding too much nitrogen into flowering so cut back on that in the last couple weeks. Also noticed runoff TDS creeping up so I'm feeding each plant with slightly lower nutes at 1.5 gal a day w/ about 25% runoff. Currently about 700 going in with 1400 coming out. Nothing much other than that, just trying to keep them happy.
