If you are lonely when you are alone, then you are in bad company. Bee pollen is considered a “vitamin bomb” due to the presence of almost all vitamins with an average of 0.02–0.7% of its total content, with a higher amount of water-soluble than fat-soluble vitamins. Bee pollen contains vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C. It also provides minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, and selenium, I mixed a bunch of that with some honey and RAW cane molasses to make a nice big bucket of tea. A family friend who is a beekeeper was kind enough to share some honey. The nutritional content of raw honey is impressive and includes high levels of protein, amino acids, B vitamins, calcium, manganese, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, as well as various polyphenolic antioxidants. I am loading up nature's finest sugars, and sweet things, Honey & Mollases. UV-B-induced DNA damage (CPDs and 6–4 PPs) can be repaired efficiently by photolyases. Pyrimidine dimers can be repaired by nucleotide excision repair (NER), or bypassed by replicative polymerases (Britt 2004). The expression of the CPD photolyase (PHR) gene is induced by UV-B light dependent on UVR8 signaling pathway, and is also induced by blue and UV-A light (Li et al. 2015) https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s44154-022-00076-9?fromPaywallRec=true Old but gold. The camera picks up far more light than there is during the night cycle, camera is showing bright pink violet collages but my eyes barely see a thing, about 0.25ppfd in that tent overnight. Have been tweaking the spectrum of moonlight/intensity and watching the responses overnight. Tweak, tweak, tweak all week. PAR is 400-700nm, Overnight UVA in the tent is all 365nm and 385nm, so the meter only picks up a fraction of the light curve that makes it photosynthetically active past 400nm. Of the light in the tent, 0.25ppfd is from UVA Looks like It makes them 🕺 🕺 💃 all night. Better flower soon or ill be screwed for space, they are stretching, but is it "the stretch"? She has fire in her belly. Growing crops with insufficient light (i.e., below “optimal,” as defined here) limits the yield potential, which in turn wastes the other production inputs including labour, water, nutrients and electricity. As lighting fixture is one of the most expensive investment of the production, what is the relationship between light intensity and yield? Potter and Duncombe (2012) grew cannabis plants with varying canopy-level PPFDs during the flowering stage and found that increasing PPFD from 400 to 900 μmol·m−2·s−1 increased yield an average of 1.3 times higher, across seven cultivars, with no light intensity treatment effects on floral cannabinoid concentrations. Vanhove et al. (2011) found that cannabis yields were 1.3 to 3.1 times higher (depending on cultivar) when plants were grown under approximately 1000 μmol·m−2·s−1 compared to approximately 450 μmol·m−2·s−1 during the flowering stage. It was predicted that cannabis yield would exhibit a saturating response to increasing Light intensity, thereby signifying an optimum light intensity range for indoor cannabis production. However, a new research from Morrison (2021), after 81 days‘ experiment, found that When plants grew under LI ranging from 1200 to 1800 μmol·m–2·s–1 provided by light emitting diodes (LEDs), inflorescence yield increased linearly as LI increased up to 1800 μmol·m–2·s–1. "Cannabis will not stop flowering if the lights are turned on for a few minutes once or twice during the 2-month-long flowering cycle. If a light is turned on for 5 to 30 minutes—long enough to disrupt the dark period—on 3 to 5 consecutive nights, plants will start to revert to vegetative growth." "Less than one half of one foot-candle of light (0.1ppfd) from sunlight will prevent cannabis from flowering. That is a little more light than is reflected by a full moon on a clear night. Well-bred indica-dominant plants will revert within three days. Sativa-dominant plants take four to five days to revert to vegetative growth. Once they start to revegetate, it can take from four to six additional weeks to induce flowering again!" Guess ill find out my answer soon.

First flowering week has started. I feel stupid because in my case, at least in a similar setup to mine, you can't use any organic nutrients. Everything goes to hell, the pH goes to hell, etc. I wasted years on this. In ress, the water cleared up just as clear when I cut out all organic nutrients and everything stabilized. I think this should be talked about more and emphasized to new dwc breeders like me. I had also calmag defiency but it should be ok now.

This OGgelato is a champ! Not the heaviest producer, but its been a real pleasure and was easy to grow. No matter what nutrients I throw at her, or aggressive pruning, she bounces right back. This week I found bud rot on one of my other plants in the greenhouse but this plant has so far been resistant and is healthy. I thinned the canopy and defoliated out quite a bit to create more air flow. I now have fans on 24/7 and sprayed with a mycorrizhal fungicide that suppresses botrytis. Also this week I have stopped pulling the tarp on and off each night (for total darkness) because it seemed to trap in too much humidity at night. The humidity outside has been 80-90% for over a week! And the rain was so heavy all last week. This week is slightly warmer with less rain so hoping we can make it. The trichomes are starting to get milky. I imagine I have 1-2 weeks left but am not sure. This has been a pleasurable experience for sure, but this is stressful right now! The smell is so strong you can smell it on my block. You can see *everything* from the alleyway adjacent to the greenhouse. I'm worried about mold and thiefs and can not wait for this to be dried and in jars!

Gave the photos a haircut today. Removed some fan leaves and lower branches that wouldn't amount to much. Gave the branches to my horse because he loves them! Tried enticing the ducks with fan leaves but they weren't having any of it. They prefer lettuce, not "The Devil's Lettuce"😂 I added in a little 5-1-1 fish fertilizer to my feeding regimen as well. Still picking off inchworms. And as you can see I made it to the hardware store and put up this baby almost completely by myself. I only asked my husband to hold the center roof panel support while I screwed it in. Couldn't have been better timing since hurricane Dorian came through yesterday and we had plenty of rain. Of course it didn't fully protect them but the majority of the rain hit the roof. And then it got down to 49 F last night. It's really Fall now! The big girl (I'm calling her Gen 2, let's see who puts that together) is starting to get frosty. Rogue One is still a little behind but I'm not worried. All in good time, all in good time...

Promete!!

Dear Friends ❤️ in this week we topped again and bended this unique Black Harlequin by Sensi Seeds. I topped the plant and remove big fan leaves that covered bud sites I missed to give top crop Big one at 14 october, it is important to give 10 days before flowering The last day of this week we switched the light to 12/12 week #5 of vegetation The 240w light is working at 50% power and now it is combined with the 480w quantum board. I consider week 4 the week from 18/10 to 24/10. day to day fert schedule: 📅 18/10 📅 19/10 NEEM OIL 📅 20/10 📅 21/10 Top Veg 3ml/L-Deeper Underground 2ml/L - Green Explosion 2ml/L - big one 2ml/L - PURPINATOR 1,2ml/L 📅 22/10 📅 23/10 📅 24/10 Hola friends! we are here to present a super strain called Black Harlequin from Sensi Seeds. We choosed this strain because it has a wonderful THC:CBD ratio and it will guarantee an excellent yield with a lot of super tasty buds. About Black Harlequin Feminized Black Harlequin Feminized is an indica / sativa hybrid. Its formidable genetic pool includes our own Black Domina, a Cannabis Cup-winner; and Harlequin, a strong CBD strain from the USA. Growers can anticipate huge yields from their plants, and a scent that’s floral, woody and earthy. They have a THC / CBD ratio of 1:1, and offer consumers a high that’s wonderfully relaxing for the body and mind, with plenty of balance. This special strain began life as one of our 2019 Sensi Seeds Research varieties. Despite initial plans to only add three of them to our permanent catalogue, this one received such great feedback from our community that we decided to include it too. Growth pattern of Black Harlequin Feminized Black Harlequin Feminized cannabis seeds are an indica / sativa hybrid. Its genetic pool features Sensi Seeds’ Black Domina, a Cannabis Cup winner; and Harlequin, a respected CBD strain from the USA. This strain is feminized, which is useful for growers who don’t want to have to identify and remove male plants. It makes cultivation easier for novices, and anyone desiring a simple-to-grow variety. The plants have an average flowering period, so there isn’t too long to wait until harvest time. Black Harlequin Feminized’s plants are usually average in height, both indoors and outside. They’re also capable of producing phenomenally large yields, especially in the hands of a grower with good cultivation skills. In appearance, the plants are fairly bushy with a thick central cola. They’re also covered in plentiful compact buds. The strain can be grown successfully in both temperate and continental climates, and also does very well when cultivated indoors, at any time of the year. Effect, taste, and smell of Black Harlequin Feminized Black Harlequin Feminized is an indica / sativa hybrid, with a THC / CBD ratio of 1:1. This high CBD content is noticeable in the effect, and the influence of the parent plants can be detected in the aroma and taste. After consumption, users often report a welcome sense of relaxation, both of the body and mind. Thanks to the CBD levels, it’s also balanced and relatively gentle. While the plants are growing, they produce an aroma that’s woody, earthy and slightly floral. These notes all become more apparent during the flowering stage, and the bud-curing process. In terms of flavour, users can expect to pick up on the pungent earthiness of the strain, with a delicate hint of sweet flowers and exotic wood. In a nutshell • The plants grow to average heights, both indoors and outside • The strain can be grown indoors, and outdoors in temperate and continental climates • The scent and flavour of the buds are woody and earthy, with a hint of floral lightness • The THC / CBD ratio is 1:1, thanks to the introduction of a CBD strain to the genetic pool • This strain is feminized, which makes cultivation easier for beginners • The high is pleasantly relaxing, without being too overpowering 💸💸💸💸💸Buy BLACK HARLEQUIN: hhttps://sensiseeds.com/en/feminized-seeds/sensi-seeds/black-harlequin-feminized 🔧💡WHAT WE ARE USING💡🔧 -LIGHTS: 💣Quantum board - 480w - 4x120w Boards by Zhoangshan Koray Opto-Electronic Ltd. So Leute, in meinem Experiment sind nun zwei Weibchen ausgesucht worden, welche den stärksten Wuchs ausgeformt haben. 🥦💚
