Day 33: What an amazing height and bud gain in just 3 days! Lady #1 is 67 cm tall now, her sister a tad smaller. Both still have a great color, and I dared to cur away just the lowest branches and leaves that do not look like they could gain height in time. Really enjoying this strain so far! At the end of their day, they are a bit dropping leaves, so clearly no hunger for more light. The impressive growth speed continued on their buds: Tallest lady at 70 cm now. Their next morning shows growth is still at an impressive 5 cm/day as lady #1 with her leaves erected again stretches now 72, the maximum of my previous growth. Pulled the lights as close as possible to the ceiling and hope they won’t make it much more than 1 m. I activated the Sansi 30 W folded wings LED to give them somewhat of a morning and evening light and to add some more light to their overlapping center branches in the middle of "their" day. Sadly that’s causing some interference to the timelapse videos, but I can’t say they’re perfect if it wouldn’t. Watching the timelapse video of day 34, I have the feeling the additional light rather irritates them. Maybe the interference is not only visible for electronic eyes. I’ll keep it off next day for comparisons. Day 35 shows stretch speed has reduced indeed and they seem to be concentrating on leaf and bud growth instead. 75 cm, so we are currently at "only" 3 cm/day. Watered them with a HPE/Bud growth mix again last night, about 1 l each. Well, forget my words about reduced growth. After they recovered during the night, we are at 77 cm for lady #1. Which measured at 78 with hanging leaves in their day’s evening. I must have missed a day number – day 36 concludes their 5th week. I gave them another 2 l of fertilised water each and will lave them for the weekend again. Video shows that growth concentrates now more on leaf and bud development than on gaining height. So I guess my 160 cm tent will be sufficient. For a moment I was worried, but it looks like stretch is over. Anyway, time to rearrange the camera next week. Leaves are running out of focus.

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our Grandaddy Purple from Blimburn Seeds! She is looking really good this week. She still have a few of the feformed leaves that look wrinkled. From some googling, I would guess either Tobacco Mosaic Virus or just a natural deformity. She a cutting from a previous run and she has it then too. It isn't wide spread and she still put out quality medicine. Even though she wasn't very Grandaddy Purplish, she was still gassy and frosty! Other than the funky leaves, she looks super healthy with her leaves "praying" to the canna-gods! Now, let me nerd out with the deets! LIGHTING: Increased lighting at dimmer last week with good results. Was about 70k LUX on average @ Canopy. Turning it up a bit more this week. 8 Outer Boards @ 665.5w 6 Inner Boards @ 601w LUX APP MAXES OUT READING 78750 LUX @ Canopy. Lets hope its not too much! RHIZOSPHERE: If you didn't tune into the last update, I had just flushed pots due to high PPM runoff. pH of runoff was at 6.3. PPM and pH are tested using 2 separate calibrated BlueLab meters. Day 58 since seed touched soil. Sponsored grow MARS HYDRO TSL2000: 300W, Flower 2'x4', Veg 3'x5' It's recommended for beginners. Low-budget & high-efficiency. Think its more than for beginners ;))) Plants coped well with small distance, stretch is over, flowers start tu bulk up, some buds will be really nice. Today raised light to max, so now they have 15 cm quile healthy distance ;))) Last top up was too powerful with Nitrogen, i see signs of overdose. Devil got maybe a bit more and was hit most, not only nails , but verges of leaf is burned. Have to rethink proportions and minimise Nitrogen part in flowering top up. She is huge, sides try to take neighbours space ;)) will be biggest buds, but not so stacked as other two strains. Day 60. Did some clearing. Happy Growing !!!

It’s bern roughly two months these guys have been growing! Lst’d Both but untied the gg because I wasn’t sure she was benefiting from it so I’m going to do it over. These ladies (I hope) will start their flower journey next week when I revive my new flower tent 😎..stay tuned for some epic buds..I hope!!

Checkout my Instagram @smallbudz to see the Small budget grow setup for indoor use, low watt, low heat, low noise, step by step. 01/11/2019 - Started using BioBizz Alg-a-Mic on spray, using it once per day at lights off, 1 or 2 puffs to create a light mist, only on non feed days, I mixed 0.1ml on 100ml water 6.4 PH. 03/11/2019 - Gave her 250ml plain water with 6.4PH 05/11/2019 - Gave her 0,15ml of each BioBizz Grow, Max and Bloom on 300ml water 6 PH didn't manage to get it higher to 6.3 at least. 06/11/2019 - She started to show some pistols, probably entering pre-flower. 07/11/2019 - Soil was to dry due to 2930c temps gave her 0,500ml of 6.5PH water with 0,25ml Grow, 0,25ml Max, and 0,45ml Bloom BioBizz.

Interesting week; she’s packing on and the trichromes are getting cloudy. She has been on a regular watering schedule (every other day) for awhile now. Woke up yesterday and a handful of branches were nearly parallel to floor. Using some plant yoyos (for first time) so prevent that happening again. Will begin the flush at next watering. 13th week. If I am not wrong I started 12/12 light schedule with 36 hours darkness before at beggining of the week 7, so it is the 7th week of flowering.... or 6th ?😅 Well buds are getting thicker, and just checked the trichomes now they are more matured but still need I think at least 3 weeks to be done properly. When I see the milky trichomes, I will start flushing. Wednesday: End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm like before. Buds are thicker smelly and a lot of resin. It is totally coated with THC, and sticks my finger together. This is the last day I fertilized the plant, from tomorrow I will start flushing. I will give maximum 2 more weeks to be done. I also removed some more fan leaves (those are getting yellow) so I will make some tea. I really love the citrus taste and the smell of this plant.

6.4. Die 3 Babys wurden jeweils in 15l Stofftöpfe von Zamnesia 1,5cm unterhalb Erdfläche eingelegt und mit Erde bedeckt. Als Erde wird die 420Grow Erde von Gardenboss verwendet und es wurden jeweils 10gramm von Rhizobacter (RQS) der Erde beigefügt. Im untersten Teil der Stofftöpfe wurden Blähtonkugeln ausgelegt. Die ersten 2-3 Wochen sollen die Pflanzen auf der Fensterbank zur Südseite wachsen und dann in einem Foliengewächshaus (Kesser) auf dem Balkon (ebenfalls südliche Ausrichtung) bis zur Ernte bleiben.
