Day 86, 5th of December 2020: The craziest plant I have ever grown.... She streches so much.... and she needs a bit more nutritient... Hard to keep her standing and now the buds makes heavier the branches as well and she bent just look at her 😅 I removed some crispy leaves from the top.... I trained her to be crazy looking .... Unbelievable.... Look at that main stalk... spiral.... The lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week.

Day 15 - The new week meant a change of water, nutrients and an adjustment of lights. Chong is looking like a short, but sturdy little seedling with broad fan leaves and big roots. Max is 10cm vs. Chong at 7cm and her leaves are perky and the stem is thick. They both look good for their own individual reasons. Looking at the roots specifically, Chong seems to be facing similar problems as Cheech in the Cookies Gelato grow - the aeration in the bucket appears to have “dead zones” because of the colour the roots and the manner in which they are sticking together. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more central in the bucket and cleaned the air tubes because the nutrients stick on the tubes. Other than that, I’ve controlled the PH back down to 6.0 after the addition of the nutrients using the Milwaukee PH controller and decided not to adjust the height of the lights because there was only about 2cm growth this week. Also added the first wire to give Chong a bit of a better bend in her stem, gently starting off the process of LST. Day 20 and the ladies are getting closer to topping. Both are showing clear third nodes with the fourth node opening up. I am sure we will be topping during this next week of veg.

Lights 40% Feed Listed above then PH/EC adjusted D7 So the girls looks healthy they should blow up after the next feeding. Should be able to shed it's travel scars soon. D11 starting to pick up the pace 😁

End of Week 9 of Flowering! I skipped Week 8 because I literally had no time for an update, but not much changed anyway. Temperatures spiked brutally - during Week 8, my growbox hit 32°C (90°F). To compensate, I dimmed the light to 75% power and raised it to about 60 cm above the canopy. This kept temps around 29°C (84°F), with occasional peaks at 31°C (88°F). Gotta say, the ventilation helps a ton, and I avoided any "foxtailing." Since mid-Week 8, I’ve cut all nutrients and only fed pH’d water at 6.2. The plants are still drinking, and under the 60X jeweler’s loupe, they clearly need more time. Most trichomes are still clear/milky, with very few amber ones—especially on the leaves rather than the buds. I’m a bit worried the heat might’ve delayed ripening. A good sign, though: the natural yellowing of leaves suggests we’re nearing the end of the cycle. The Sensi Stars (supposedly 8-week flowering time) still need longer, despite having the fattest, densest buds of the bunch. For now, I’m sticking to plain water and checking trichomes daily, hoping to chop some plants soon. So maybe a little early but i had multi reasons.. shes dank! smell is amazeballs! and quality is up there doing an auto cure (bucket + timer air pump) the smell is very creamy.. cant wait to press some!

Finally A successful process I can finally harvest… 😭 1 of 6. When I thought an Auto, turns out got myself a traditional 6 month seed to harvest, she got a whole month of flushing, want that smooth smoke, besides presentation it must the smoke must be subtle on the throat. She just fooled me with her flowering, she has truly took her time maturing. Next week I am harvesting, and I will definitely post my experience, and how I dry and cure my harvest.

Day 65: All good guys, I started flushing Sour Stomper rest of them need more time the next ones will be Critical Orange Punch and Lemon Zkittle. Bids are developing nicely. Need more time a bit to get ready. Water intake 200 ml a day. 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off humidity is low approx 35 percent. Day 67: I started flushing Critical Orange Punch as well.

Smell got really strong this week. Im keeping the AC on most of the time so the humidity levels drop down. I think still 3 weeks to go by the trichomes looks, and the plants keep fatten up ok. Almost there

Hey folks. No new updates really. still on cruise control. Plants are crazy thirsty. Using 10 gal every 2 days or so. So that ends up at 1.2 gal per plant per day! Insane. These air pots do thoer job as advertised. Next update we are going to amend these babies with the power bloom mix!

A Excited Welcome 🏆 I have just added this extra week in my diary as I have so many great photos of my beautiful Watermelon Auto girl from RQS which I must recommend growing as she is a stunner with large buds that smell delicious.😊 This girl is now defently finished and I'm getting ready to chop her down she has gone past and I would recommend giving her a good 10-12 weeks as it's not until late that all her colours and smell comes out. I'm now not watering her for a couple of days then into the dark for another couple of days fortunately she hasn't many leaves to trim she's all bud. I'm sad she's done but excited to smoke. 3rd of September, Still drinking buckets and buckets Really fattening up now, Rain is expected next week, off course! Big showers and thundrrstorms She needs another trim soon for good airflow during the wet days

23.08 The Drainmaster moved into the tent to control the drain. Defoliated and lollipopped them. 25.08 First run with the drain system. Nutrient Solution (Tank): Volume: 8.5 L EC: 3.05 pH: 5.5 Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Micro/Grow/Bloom + CalMag Irrigation Run: Pump time: 30 minutes Total Drain: 5.0 L (≈ 60%) Drain EC: 2.6 Drain pH: 6.0 🔎 Observations Drain volume was far too high (target is ~20%). Drain EC lower than input EC → medium was relatively “empty”, plants absorbed nutrients quickly. pH drift from 5.5 → 6.0 shows some buffering effect left in the reused substrate, but limited. Substrate behaves more like coco than soil now (low buffer, fast response). 💡 Insight / Lesson Learned 30 minutes pump time is way too long → resulted in 60% runoff instead of 20%. For 8 × 1 L pots, a single irrigation event should be ~1.0–1.2 L total, with ~200–250 ml runoff. Solution: shorten pump time to ~5 minutes and re-test runoff. Better approach: run shorter, more frequent irrigations (daily) with a lower EC (2.0–2.2), instead of heavy feedings (EC 3.0) only 3× per week. This will keep EC more stable in the root zone and prevent salt buildup in the tiny 1 L pots. 27.08 Adjusted the pump timer to 5 minutes, gave the first dose of PK13/14.
