Day 63: Well what can I tell you for this week... Things gone alright, I didn't gave them much water since they already had lots of it before I came back from vacation lol. - One plant has been slightly overfed, no burnt tips but the leafs are dark green and some leafs only have like 3 tips. I'm not sure how to explain in into english but oke plants have 5, good ones have 7 and the best have 9 per leaf. - One plant(p2) is light green but the way the buds develop are normal so I'm happy about it, it still has potentional. - One plant(p1) already has mature buds but those buds are really small. - Two plants are flowering fine and still have potentional. Overal it goes alright, not perfect not bad. It has been a bad summer since the start. I'm fine with it because I had many years of good summers and harvests. Instead of acting spoiled I stay humble. I do believe it will be a good tasty smoke because the amounts of thc is insane, yet the total yield will be small. In my opinion one plant will be ready at the end of the next week, the other plants need like 2-3 weeks from this point. Until next week!

🌱 Runtz - Week 1 Update 🌱 The journey has officially begun, and I’m thrilled to report that everything is off to a smooth start! The seeds germinated quickly and showed no issues breaking through the soil. Healthy and vigorous growth is already visible, which is always an encouraging sign. The seedlings are now standing strong, with their first leaves fully open and soaking up the light. It’s exciting to see this strain already showing its potential! Looking forward to seeing how they progress over the next week. Wishing all the growers in this competition continued success with their own grows! Let’s keep pushing 🙌

I feel like I’m off the rails entering week 10! I’m definitely on trichome watch for Rachel. Chandler still has a few weeks more. But I noticed a significant decline in leaf health in Rachel particularly. I have several suspects: My low ph problems are coming to bite me big time. I did have some poor watering practices week before last as well (I was sick and they went thirsty too long). I just hope I can careen this and stick a somewhat decent landing, come on weed gods, be the wind in my sails! Haha

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

Es el resultado del cruce de 2 variedades me gustan bastante, por lo que se imaginarán lo expectante que estaba por este nuevo ciclo. Me gustó y disfruté mucho viendo el desarrollo de esta planta, esta vez no quise entrenarla (LST, topping) para ver como se desarrollaba y la verdad no me decepcionó, quizás hubiera esperado más producción pero sin duda que la calidad de las flores vale totalmente la pena en desmedro del rendimiento. Flores compactas y poco aireadas completamente repleta de resina dulce y muy frutal. Totalmente recomendable para los que disfrutan de humos dulces, frutales, cremosos y con notas a frutos secos, ¡un lujo! Gracias a Sweet Seeds por darme la oportunidad de cultivar estas 3 novedades que la verdad son unas maravillas que sin duda volveré a cultivar. Será hasta la próxima, buenos humos!

Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can’t raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn’t be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I’ll go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I’m feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let’s me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I’ve been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she’d respond if I went scissor happy. I also can’t say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can’t tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!

Trichomes getting cloudy and it’s almost time to harvest. Started some flushing this week and their lookin good .

Introducing bloom nutrients to her now, going to do a partial flush on the tank itself. I refill with RO water thats pH adjusted. I only use her nutrient solution for watering from the top a few times a day but not enough to cause significant runoff into the tank .

Growth is good, but a little slow. Hairs visible, and staggered nodes on new growth.. I'm worried she's already transitioning to flower..

Dejaré que el proceso del Super Soil de BioTabs siga su camino tal y como indica el manual de BioTabs! Ajusto LST a CBD Auto 20:1 #2 aplicando una nueva atadura a la punta, que ya se estiraba hacia arriba 24 horas después! 💥😍 La idea es NO aplicar más LST y dejarla que crezca de forma natural a partir de ahora Tal vez solo ir recolocando las ramas laterales para que no crezcan demasiado juntas, porque no quiero estresarla y que ralentice su crecimiento... Día 23 (12/11) Subo a DLI 40 Pequeños ajustes de LST en las ramas laterales a CBD Auto 20:1 #2 para crear una estructura homogenea No voy a volver a aplicar LST a la punta, voy a dejar que crezca de forma "natural" a partir de ahora El resto de plantas están creciendo muy bien! Riego con 750 ml H2O RO a CBD Auto 20:1 #2. El resto no necesitan riego Día 24 (13/11) Riego todas las plantas con 750 ml H2O RO CBD Auto 20:1 #2 se muestra sedienta y vuelve a necesitar 750 ml de H20 RO tras solo 24 horas desde el último riego! Día 25 (14/11) Pequeños ajustes de LST en CBD Auto 20:1 #2 Parece que los puntos / zonas marrones se aceleran en todas las plantas excepto en CBD Auto 20:1 #1... Día 26 (15/11) LSD-25 Auto & OG Kush Auto empiezan a mostrar muchas zonas marrones y las hojas inferiores se empiezan a retorcer... Día 27 (16/11) Riego con 1 litro de H2O RO El area técnica de BioTabs me confirma que lo que muestra las plantas es una quema de nutrientes... 😢 Su recomendación es regar SÓLO con agua la siguiente semana (hasta el día 35 por lo menos) Día 28 (17/11) LSD-25 Auto & OG Kush Auto se muestran muy afectadas por la quema de nutrientes... Una pena porque estaban creciendo muy bien hasta ahora... Después de hablar con BioTabs, parece que el error ha sido aplicar el Boom Boom Spray demasiado temprano (en día 21) cuando las plantas tenían suficiente nutrientes y acababa de añadir la 2ª (y ultima) Tab al sustrato... She has become out of control, buds are way too heavy, a stem fell during the night and the upper cola on that stem has developed mold very quickly. But this isolated incident didn't stop her from producing loads of trichomes everywhere, that are almost 100% milky. A few more days to wait and I'll proceed to harvest 😎

day 1 - transplanted her into the end pot now. day 4 - i wanted to spray the soil before watering and i fucked up one leaf in the trigger system of the spray bottle :(((((((( day 5 - started LST training because in dont want to topp her and still stun her in height in the favor of the blue cheese and the trained critical day 6 - i removed the leaf wich i fucked up so the light can give more energy to the very nice promoteable branches that are supported by the LST also

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked.
