Mandarin XL auto is growing great. She had a solution change early week. She has been growing steady, but is not showing any pistils yet. Which is fine. I seen plants get really big when they take a long time to start flowing. Everything is looking good. The yield this run was just amazing, the VIPARSPECTRA XS-2000 performed very well, they run so cool, it's just crazy, you can set the lights about 10 inches from your plants at 70% without fear of burning them, sweet seed cream mandarin auto al, always yields very well, this harvest was even better, largest amount from any Auto Flowers yet, I know that you folks that grow DWC can push it a bit better but when grown in the soil the terpenes and flavors seem to be a click better in my opinion. If you have not tried these seeds you just have to, you will not be disappointed!

Set up Scrog in the start of the week. Foliar fed with CalMag + Iron 3 times this week. Defoliated lower shoots and fan leaves mid week. Raised ph in reservoir to 6.1 because the runoff was coming out at 5.2 ph. Now the runoff is at a steady 5.6 ph.

Looks like she will be the first to ripen. Probably 2 weeks left on her. Lowered to temps to 72. Will start flush when I see some amber.

Don’t mind the other plant in the back my my tiny plant I. Back back week 9 for flower out of 11 weeks

Day 95 / FL day 15, Gave both plants a heavy defoliation to allow light into all bud sites. I think I'm pushing my luck with the amount of stress I've been giving these plants. But I also think they can take it. Only time will tell. Day 98 / FL day 18, Plants have recovered well after heavy defoliation. Lots of new leaf growth. Hopefully this will help to increase nug size. Day 101 / FL day 21, Topped dressed plants with a 3/4 inch layer of living soil for a little bit of extra nutrients. Waiting until week 5 of flower to add another round of Gaia Green dry amendments.

Buds fattening up and pistols turning orange. Some floral, skunky, diesel smell but nothing crazy, which is nice. Looking at the trichomes at Day 45, 4 weeks before planned harvest, they are looking milky. Which is weird. Maybe I’m wrong?
