I am living in South Africa, Cape Town, we are heading into summer now so it is the right time to plant.... I potted this lady today so when the sun is out she'll be going outside.

A Note From (BAM): "This week was a battle with the environment. The plants grew like crazy, but the controller tried to sabotage us every single night. I learned more about VPD, airflow, and the limits of automation than I ever wanted to. But by the end of the week, the plants were wider, the roots were thicker, and I was in control — not the controller." --- Day 8–9: LST & Light Upgrade The FIM sites had fully healed, so I started Low Stress Training (LST) — pinning branches outward with clips to create a flat canopy. I also added the second Sanlight EVO 4-120, angling both lights inward at 40 cm. The plants responded immediately with faster growth and wider leaves. --- Day 10–11: The Fan Controller Nightmare The AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro showed a fatal flaw: every night, when VPD fell below the trigger point, it sent an OFF command to the fan — even with Minimum Speed set to 1. The tent would spike to 80% humidity and 29°C. I tried everything: lower triggers, higher minimums, different modes. Nothing fixed it. The controller simply ignores the Minimum Speed setting when it decides to turn off. The workaround: I have filed a warranty claim with AC Infinity. In the meantime, I am running the fan on a fixed manual speed to ensure continuous airflow. --- Day 12–13: Nutrient Stability & Canopy Width PPM was drifting too low (440–480), so I learned to make a concentrate (2g A + 2g B in 1L RO water) for daily top-ups. This gave me precise control without full reservoir changes. Plant PPM pH Plant 1 509 5.91 Plant 2 519 5.94 Canopy width is now ~45 cm per plant, height 30–33 cm. This plant was a BEAST! Flowers came on fast and thick. A few colas were over 5" across at the widest point. I pushed the PPM's to see what she'd take and she ate 1600 PPM's without flinching, not even a little tip burn. One of the most beautiful and heavy budding plants I've ever grown. A genetic gem for sure.

My cat died this morning !! It was my painkiller with weed when the disease was breaking my balls !!! His name was RICK and his Sister named MORTIE. Rick was the sweetest cat of the world. apparently he had an autoimmune disease which took him away. he was 4 years old. RIP my RICK

Harvest done 250g

It’s the last week of flowering, and I’ve moved the plant into 48 hours of darkness to help boost trichome production before harvest. ✨ The plant has developed an incredibly deep purple color and is covered with trichomes—so much so that it sparkles under any light. The scent is amazing, filling the room with a sweet, candy-like fragrance with a touch of diesel. 🍬 When I trimmed a few leaves to prep for harvest, my scissors actually turned purple from the resin! That’s a first for me and shows just how rich and sticky the trichomes are on this plant. 😮✂️💜 I’m so excited to see how it looks and smells once it’s fully dried. This grow has been unforgettable! 😁🌿✨

Hi growmies, I transplanted one of the clones into a net-pot, which sits on top of a 20l DWC with an ayirstone and a little pumper circulation and water disruption. This system will move into the little box, as soon as the Blue Mazar and Afghan have moved out. I have chosen the cutting that was the least down the lie in terms of flower and very stubbing from the beginning, as this one is transitioning back to Veg much quicker than the others. The cutting seems to like her new home, as she already starting to rot through the net pot.

Forse e cresciuta un po' piccola perché si e spezzato un braccio nella 5 settimana ma le cime sono enormi e sono veramente pienissime di resina i tricomi sono enormi e sono veramente ovunque!!! Penso sia una delle mia cultivar preferite le cime sembrano durissime io le amo non vedo l'ora che arrivino alla fine!!!! Ora mi impegno a farle maturare come si deve!!!!

Day 9. All is running very nice. Happy with light performace a lot. Girls missed wind a bit, but i cant make it faster, because of neighbours and sound, so i took humidity dome away. TSL2000 runs 40 cm away and on 40% output. Girls get daily shower , try to keep some wet cloth to maintain humidity. Happy Growing !!!

Beginning of week.. Both have some gorgeous flowers.. Purples are already coming out on both. Both are flooding with complex aromas.. ETHOS Cookies is doing great.. Mandarin Cookies is gonna make it to harvest, I'm sure.. So excited! Mid week.. I love how they both are giving off nice purples on the calyces already! Both smell so amazing! It makes me tear up with joy! Not sure when I should start flushing! ETHOS says that you count 9 weeks from flip to 12/12.. Not pistils forming.. Cuz you know, you need to factor in the transition time.. 1 - 2 weeks.. Sometimes 3! But I am super excited to harvest these lovely ladies!!! Next day... Ok.. So the runoff issue has gotten worse for the Mandarin Cookies.. Obviously, with all the def. you can see.. At least 3 that I can see right away.. Calcium.. Potassium.. Phosphorous.. Maybe even a slight Magnesium def. in there too.. Kinda hard to pinpoint when there is multiple showing, yet I am feeding PLENTY of all of them.. She should have no issues.. The runoff pH is now coming out at about 4.9 - 5.2, depending on a good or bad day, I guess.. I have just been puttinf it in at 6.3 every time.. Sometimes (alot now) I get a salt build-up between feedings.. I like to feed, water, feed, water.. Now I need to feed, water, water, feed, water, water... It's really bothering the shit outta me lol.. But the ETHOS Cookies is pretty close to peing on point.. Going in: 6.3 pH.. Runoff: 5.8 - 5.7.. Still in a decent range.. No signs of issues on any leaves.. They are both making some gorgeous nugs tho! Stackin calyces and trichomes lile crazy! And now they are really fattening up! I am so ready for this run to be over and let this medium dry out reeeeally good.. And take it out back Ol' Yeller style.. Yup.. That sounds like a plan.. I have PLENTY of NEW coco coir bricks and perlite that I have been hoarding.. Just like I do with my genetics 😄.. But I feel like you can never have enough.. And I plan on growing cannabis in coco coir till someone takes me out back Ol' Yeller style! End of week.. They are both showing about 50% turned pistils.. The ETHOS Cookies is a little further along.. Not by much.. But the trichomes on the Mandarin Cookies seem a little further along.. Word.. They are both going to be epic smokes for sure! So I believe I will just give both of them small feedings just to get them through the week, then I should be good to start flushing.. On to the next week!...
