Week 3. Photos from the end of week 2 to the end of week 3. You can see the size difference in the girls they are doing great! Still having Plagron nutrients. Decided to change the light to a 600w HPS 4 days ago. Some of the girls are showing some signs of heat stress but rectified it and they will bounce back in a few weeks. Going to get the scrog net sorted before next week and get them growing into it. Here's hoping lol! Happy growing.

Yo growmies! While all of Berlin was getting high at Mary Jane 2024, I paid my ladies a visit: Remember last week's manic defoliation? Yeah, let's just say I went a little Edward Scissorhands on the Pineapple Poison. It's because last year's monstrous Gelato that took two days to harvest (my arms were killing me!). This year's mission: big, juicy colas and a speedy harvest (last year it took us 2 days!). Well, the good news is, the Pineapple Poison is a tough cookie (or should I say, pineapple?). She bounced back like a champ! She's still on the short and bushy side, so I'm giving her a break from the shears this week. Just a few tiny shoots close to the main stem got evicted to keep those main colas in the spotlight. Speaking of spotlights, I also made a trippy video to test visuals for the contest. Let me know what you think of the hazy, dream-like vibe. Is it artsy or just accidentally blurry? You be the judge! Oh, and I discovered a couple of resident snails on the Pineapple Poison. Thankfully, these little guys seem to be no harm. We'll call them our "ganja garden guardians". In fact, I noticed with every outdoor grow that Cannabis plants create a tiny ecosystem for all kinds creepers and crawlers who like to soak up the flower fumes and chill out in the leafy shade, Stay tuned, growmies! So with my white widow being a little behind the cream manderin, I could tell that she really wasn’t growing much any more in her 1 gallon pot and though as my first grow, I was going to just run her until finished in there, I could tell that she would really benefit from a larger pot so I grabbed a 5 gallon, laced that bitch up with some mycorrhiza and sent it and guys… She literally bushed right out, stood taller and just got beefy in just days. I’m amazed. They say don’t transplant autos but with risk, comes reward. She took to it so nice and I have zero regrets at this point. Added a net to the whole tent and now we wait boys 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Black Muffin F1 de Sweetseeds. Esta variedad me resultó bastante sencilla de cultivary es bastante resistente, si no la maltratáis crece mucho y bien sana, la flor se ve increíble, tiene una cantidad de resina considerable y unos tonos rojos oscuros muy peculiares, se ven genial. El olor que desprende es bastante frutal con toques cítricos, no pinta nada mal, las flores están prietas. No da mayores problemas, el ciclo no es largo, cuiden con la altura ya que se desmadran un poco. IMPORTANTE destacar: En las fotos comprobaréis que ya no hay botes de cristal con sobres de bóveda, ahora hay Grovebags. Que son una especie de sobres o bolsas que retienen el peso, previene la aparición de moho y mantiene intacto el terpeno, para que el curado sea más óptimo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Week 4 This week 4/28-5/4 Germination April 6. Week 1 water only Week 2 water only Week 3 added recharge and TPS1 increased ppm to 570. Week 4 continues with recharge and TPS1. I added Fox Cal mag increasing ppm to 685 - 805. 5/1 That was a fun feeding week. I got heavy handed with the TPS1 which put the ppm to 1600= so I had to dilute with more water which changed the ph. So I carefully added the smallest amount oh PHdown..then the PH was 5.08 so then added ph up. Oops too high, let’s try again. Ok finally within range with 6.02. Am I the only one?? Hopefully next week I have better control on the nutes. With my AC controller in charge of the humidifier, I must add 3-4 gallons of water a day. (Getting my lifting exercises in regularly). Girls are fed 2 liters of water every other day. Nutrients: TPS1 7ml per gal Recharge 5 ml/gal Fox Cal-mag 5 ml/gal Took pics 5/1 and 5/3 which show the vigorous leaf growth after only 2 days following defoliation and training. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, resulting in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. All in all this is an awesome strain for relaxing after my 12 hour shifts,I smoke 1 or 2 hits and im so high all I wanna do is eat and lie down and watch TV until I fall asleep ,I am pretty sure she hermed on me because I had my light intensity too high (90-100% @ 850-1000ppfd at the canopy) but I didn't notice until it was too late so I turned all my lights down to 50% and I am hitting around 6-700 ppfd at the canopy which is perfect and I haven't had any balls show up on any of the new plants in my 8x4 tent check out wicked genetics he is doing some absolutely amazing work with his gp,i95,chem and OG crosses plus many many more ,I have grown and harvested 5 different strains and all have been progressively getting better and better with the more beans I

What’s going on lady’s an gentleman. We got the GSC going into week 3 of flower an she is amazing looking full of bud sites an smells like GSC already very strong smell. I currently have the SF2000 light dialed in at 80% @ 16in away will be moving it closer as she grows up towards it. Not to sure is she going to stretch anymore but from the looks of it the bud stacking is going. Her soil ph is stable at 6.4 just adding water to the living soil. As mentioned last week the plant faced a slight salt lockdown that I resolved giving her 6 Lt of water in 6 days with a ppm of 125 , resulting in a overall runoff water of 800 ppm . Yesterday I give her 2lt of fertilized water with a 6 pH and 303 ppm , resulting in a runoff water of 573 ppm and 6.8 pH , health and colour of the plant improved . I managed a big defoliation in the beginning of the week and moved my secondary light to best cover the lover branches of the canopy.
