Today is start of week 4. Not much to report except , all plants got defoliated on day 19 for the last time. Also little buds is starting to form on all the short zkittlez plant the tall plants looks to be 3 or 4 days behind the short plants. (12 clones vegg for 1 week in 16 oz cups transplanted into 1 gallon grow bag and into flower this week.)

Esta semana realicé el lavado de raiz con flawess finish( 2ml x litro de agua) en 2 ocasiones luego sigo el riego normal hasta el día del corte que será la próxima semana. Ha quedado sin hojas prácticamente.

Week 5 veg - clones and Week 3 - Blueberry Cupcake (Humboldt Seed Co.) and French Macaron (TH Seeds) from seed. G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas topped with 2 clones each taken from cuttings to propagate placed in 2x2 clone/seedling tent with low LED lighting. Temps in low 80F w/60% ROH. Clone cuttings covered with sandwich bags used as humidity domes. After taking cuttings transferred G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas to 3x3x6 AC Infinity tent under Mars-Hydro FC-E3000 set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Black Cherry Gas clone, Blueberry Cupcake, and French Macaron from seed remain in 2x4x5 AC Infinity under Spider Farmer SF-2000 with dimmer set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Continued twice weekly IPM foliar treatment with Organishield as well as watering soil program (SP).

Day 29: LST is done. 600W LED, 20 hours on 4 hours off the same with ventilation. Insetvrhe lamp approx 36 cm away. Water intake: 75 ml per plant plus triggering, humidity around 60 percent. Fertilization is on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with BioBizz family, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. Critical Orange Punch started flowering se grows very quick. Rest of them are OK as well they are on the way... Day 30: I did LST again. I didn't have enough elastic band yesterday so I bought today and bent them better. I also set the lamp closer approx 32 cm.Day 31: I did LST yesterday and bent them. They already "lifted up" their heads toward the lamp. As they grow I will keep bending the main stalk and the side ones. I will try to create a spiral form and spread the plants with time. Day 32: Almost all of them started flowering except Sour Stomper. Day 35: Auto Critical Orange is the monster here. She is the most developed and tallestbwoth approx 28cm. (Hard to.measure property because of LST). Pre flowers developing nicely along the plants. I changed the lamp as it needed to my other tent because my other lamp is shit. So I will swap them one week here other week there... End of the week the tallest is Critical Orange Punch with approx 28 cm and the shortest Sour Stomper with 14 cm.

Pulito i fiori e messi in barattolo tight vac più bustine boveda 62% e igrometro per monitorare ur. 48h dopo apro barattolo per visualizzare dato igrometro e se troppo alto intorno al 70/75/80% lascio 1/2h aperto se invece intorno a 60/65/70% apro 10minuti ogni giorno per una settimana. Cercherò di fumare queste due piante il più tardi possibile. Ovvio che qualche canna verrà presa qua e là ma avendo 65gr e 55gr vorrei iniziare a fumarla tra circa 2/3 mesi. Aggiorno diario settimana prossima con foto delle cime e qualche recensione sul gusto. Grazie per essere passato 😊🖐️

Food mix: 1L distilled water + 120g NKP food

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Update 14/11 - plant has now dried for a week. Will wait for branches to snap and start jarring After 2 days of darkness. Plant was wet trimmed loosely and chopped as a whole. Currently hung up to dry for the next 7 ish days. Nice looking colas this time around :)

One week has past since I put the seed in the earth. I water the plant as soon as the earth feels dry (not completly dried out). I just use about 100-200ml water (because I don't want to "drown" her). My lamp is at 50% because it seems to be a little to intense for the small seedling at 100%. UPDATE: My first mistake Found out that the leafs of my seedling rolled up, because the light was too intense for the young plant. So I put my light again on 25% (around 6.200 Lux). I have read that a seedling just can take light between 5.000 and 7.000 Lux. My lamp was around 18.000 to 19.000 lux! So I am very glat, that I haven't killed my plant 😅

Day 3: One has arrived on 5/26 Day 6: Diagnosis: Slight Nutrient Burn Cause: Hot Soil Treatment: Cal-Mag and ph balanced water in week 2

Day 22 Flower (Day 64) Today is the first day of week four of flower. I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water, but the left girl didn't need any. She doesn't drink much since the light is turned way down not to fry her canopy more than it already has. Unfortunately, her new tent didn't show up today — hopefully, tomorrow. I also put half of an avocado on top of the soil in each pot to feed my worms. It should be a nice little treat for my worm buddies. Most of my cover crop has died now when the girls are blocking out all the lights, and I really should cover the soil in mulch, but as I'm changing to larger pots next run, I would have to remove it again in about a month, so I haven't bothered. Day 23 Flower (Day 65) Yay! The new tent finally arrived today. It is still a tiny 40x40 cm tent as that is all I can fit inside the wardrobe, but the new tent is 40 cm taller. The plant really needed the extra height since she was pressing against the light and roasting the top buds. It was a bit tricky to get the left girl out of the old tent, but by combining some McGyverism with a bit of brute force, I got her out in mostly one piece. The damage from the light wasn't as bad as a feared, although three tops were fried and a few fan leaves. Not great, but it could have been worse. I took the opportunity when she was between tents and did some defoliation/lollipopping before moving her into her new space and giving her 1.5 liters of ph 6.7 water to help her deal with the shock of being manhandled. It is lovely to have some space again, and I was finally able to turn up the light to 100%. Now those buds can start to fatten up! All I did with the right girl today was to give her 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 24 Flower (Day 66) The left girl loves her new home and looks to be bouncing back nicely. She didn't need any water today, but it was the first time a tiny weed smell came out of the tent as I opened it. The right girl in my main tent is further along in flower and technically should smell more than the small tent, but the CO2 bag still overpowers everything with its sh*t smell. lol I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.4 water today, and I also "shaved her legs" by removing some pointless leaves and branches low down on her. Finally, I started brewing some compost tea with the same recipe as last week (worm castings, rock dust, biochar, lime, bentonite, neem meal, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, and molasses). Still, this time it will be filtered as it is too soon for additional topdressing. The tea will brew for 24 hours, and I'll feed it tomorrow. Day 25 Flower (Day 67) All I did today was to feed each girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 compost tea as well as rearranging the main tent (moved the CO2 bag so I could move the clip fan, attached the ratchet hangers to the lights differently, and did some LST to get a branch out of the way) so I could raise the lights another 5 cm. Day 26 Flower (Day 68) Today was a really easy day. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.1 water. That was it. Day 27 Flower (Day 69) I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 water today. I also took out my proper camera and tried a few quick bud shots. Just as an experiment though - handheld, no tripod, just the grow lights so no proper lighting, etc. Would love some feedback on these photos though as I'm completely new to bud photography and am looking to improve. Day 28 Flower (Day 70) The last day of the fourth week of flower and all is well in the tents. The left girl is 97 cm tall (12 cm increase in a week), and the right girl is 120 cm tall (a 3 cm increase in a week). The left girl has been stretching this week since she got her new tent (which allowed me to turn up the light.) She certainly is loving those extra photons! On the other hand, the right girl seems done with stretching and is working on fattening up the buds. All I did today was to snap some pics and videos and give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water.
