Week 11: Wow such a busy week i'm sorry i am late on this one. Loads of humidity with all the new growth there is so much more plant transpiring and its has really drove my humidity up. So what i am doing is pruning stems and leafs that i don't think will mature in time and this should also help to limit the humidity i will have once things start to set heavily I want to harvest and not have to fight mold. But this aggressive pruning i think might be limiting my harvest. I might have to invest in a dehumidifier. Pictures will be updated and added later. With all the mulching i've done its really helped lessen my work load as i do not have to water as often. Not much to write about here. Life has been busy and the plants are just stretching and growing every day. I have raised my lights so often these past few weeks.

Our two Green Cure F1 Hybrids of course by Zamnesia Seeds inaugurate a new photographic era for my studio: a magnificent immense, curved and perfect background has truly materialized in my farm, all in the name of Zammi. There are so many possibilities this is only the first time I've used it... Let's get to the plants because I'm really overexcited for this super top background and I could talk about it for hours... As said several times but it is worth repeating when harvesting, this time we followed the logic of comparing 2 plants: the first left to grow freely with just a little cleaning and the second with the application of techniques, a mainlining to be precise. Speed: The good news is that they practically matured together, the one without techniques is perhaps a little more mature but really just a little. Both ready in 10 weeks. Resin/scents/taste: Truly an excellent level of resin and a fantastic coffee/chocolate scent that develops from the trichomes, it wouldn't be easy to say that it's CBD if I didn't know, delicious already in the dry room ready for 15-20 days of treatment and then off to the Autoflower World Cup, they definitely go in the CBD category. Production: The amount of grass is not bad at all, considering that they grew in full winter in vegetative mode, that they are in an 11-liter pot, in my opinion we are around 100 grams both maybe a little less. Let's remember 10 weeks guys now the plants go very fast without losing quality.... At least those of Zamnesia... I'm very happy to have some CBD to consume, I recently ran out of oil and I miss it a bit. Estuve un tiempo sin actualizar el diario porque me contagie de COVID, ahora un poco mejor vuelvo a actualizar. Flower58, las plantas están listas para la cosecha, en uno o 2 días empezaré a cortar y colgar para su secado. Drying, secando con parámetros de humedad de 60% a 16°c por aproximadamente 2 semanas, están a 2 o 4 días de estar listas para pasarlas a frascos y ver cuánta cantidad final se logró.

Plants are growing strong. Gotta do some trimming. The smell reminds me of old school weed smell.

Another good week in the books down in the tent. Carl 1 and UKBS 1 are both developing some nice buds, Carl 1 with the bigger buds of the two. Carl 1 had to have a few more buds tied up today, as they overweighted what the stems could handle and started sagging like crazy, creating a lot of empty space in the canopy. Timelapse for the week is out, of course. Updates as they come; per usual. 6/11/2021 - Got a video of how the stem's degenerated, it's mainly on that one side. Somehow an entire branch snapped off of UKBS 2, upon further inspection I noticed it was barely attached to the stem at all and did not attempt to re-attach it. Additionally, some of the clones are doing alright and others are shriveling and dying. Not sure what the inconsistency is caused by. It may be the medium; being soil, stays wet for too long. I can't really think of any other reason. I'm misting them, the humidity stays high now that I have a dome for them, they've been dipped in stim-root and supplied mycorrhizae. Will be submitting a grow question as I'm completely new to the whole cloning concept. Also today: more bud shots using the fancy EOS T5 Rebel. Stay tuned! [Out now] 6/11/2021 - The branch drop seems to not have affected UKBS 2 much at all, something which continues to confuse the hell out of me. I may have to get a PVC greenhouse or something to flower the outdoor plants in, as they're giant and I don't know how they'll stand up to the high winds in the area.

There are some things that still amaze me, one of these is the huge autoflowering that I can do lately. Today I harvested the second Green Crack F1 Hybrid Automatic by Zamnesia. ** Remember that for all strains we have at least two plants, one left to grow straight and one worked with the techniques (go back in the week too see). Technique Used // In this case we let the plant grow straight and it seems to have worked great. I think thanks to the Plagron additives we had powerful and fast growth very voracious in everything in fact it was very difficult to keep it in balance and not send it into over. Better with the techniques or normal? This time I have no doubts, even if this wonderful one had the grace of a slightly less cold vegetative there is no comparison it is a marvel of nature queata without the use of techniques but with a wise cleaning at the bottom to have only flowers of great quality. Zero popcorn totally. Flower quality // The plant has resined very well everywhere and unlike some autoflowering plants that fail to consolidate the flower here we have pure Carrara marble. A flower of this quality is truly a pleasure to see, touch, smell, feel. Exceptional. The trichomes are mostly milky, some transparent and some amber. The end of week 8 is here! Harvest just around the corner! Sad to say I found sign of hermy on one of London mint cake #1 on day 54 due to heat stress again. Had another very warm 93⁰f day. (my fault). Should be fine. I hoped to have chopped both London Mint Cakes on day 56, but due to not flushing enough water through first time at flushing its about a week behind. When I do it again I'll remember to flush at the end of week 5 and do it properly. Hopefully will have RO water set up for then. I'm going to have some very nice smoked on hand can't wait!
