Well! I'm hella nervous about using ripen! but wth! science baby!!! The buds are pretty great, the trichomes aren't ready yet but there are 1 or two ambers. Very curious to see what this ripen does to things! If anything! ______________________________________________________________________________ Week is almost over! The ripen has been helpful, I don't think the buds have swelled DRAMATICALLY more, but the fade is Very nice! The buds are pretty much ready, I think in 2 or 3 more days it will be just about time. I would possibly let the lower buds develop longer but I have got to get my Veg babies moved over ASAP! Right now I think the tent is just taking a victory lap an there isn't much to do but put the baby to bed!!!!!! Week 5 Veg Report: Croco Mutants A Quick Recap: The journey with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco girls has been a ride full of unique beauty and challenges. Here’s a quick look back at our progress: Week 1 (Germination): Using TheCannaKan, the seeds sprouted quickly in a controlled environment. They were then moved to Root Riots with nutrients from Aptus Holland, setting the stage for healthy development. Week 2: The first set of funky leaves began to emerge, showcasing the distinct and peculiar traits that make these mutants so special. Feeding started with Aptus Regulator, Startbooster, CalMag Boost, and All-in-One Liquid—a well-rounded blend to support their growth. Week 3: These funky beauties continued to amaze, displaying different leaf structures and growth patterns. The environment remained stable, and photos with my Nikon and Sony cameras captured their vibrant essence. Week 4: A dip in temperatures brought on slower growth, but the girls adapted well. Organic Aptus All-in-One Pellets were introduced into the soil mix for consistent nutrition, while bottom watering started to combat gnats. Week 5: Slow Growth, Unique Beauty This week has been all about patience, observation, and admiration. The mutants are growing at their own pace, but each plant’s unique beauty and dark green vibrance make it worth the wait. Environmental Update: Temperature: The cold has settled in further, with daytime temps at 18°C and nighttime dropping to 14°C. While slower growth is expected in these conditions, the plants are adapting and maintaining their health. Humidity: RH remains stable at 65%, providing just enough moisture to support their development without creating excess stress. Feeding & Watering: The same Aptus Holland nutrient solution is being used this week: Regulator (0.15 ml/L): Strengthens cell walls, helping the plants adapt to colder conditions and maintain their vigor. CalMag Boost (0.25 ml/L): Supplies essential calcium and magnesium for strong, healthy foliage. Startbooster (0.25 ml/L): Encourages root development and early-stage robustness. All-in-One Pellets : A complete nutrient solution providing the base nutrition these girls need already in the soil. Additionally, I’m continuing with bottom watering, where the trays are filled to let the soil absorb water passively. This has been effective in keeping gnats at bay, especially when combined with yellow sticky traps. Bottom watering also encourages the roots to grow downward, seeking moisture and building a stronger foundation. Growth Observations: Each plant remains a unique masterpiece: Leaves: The diversity of shapes, sizes, and structures is remarkable. From jagged edges to rounded tips, every plant tells its own story. Color: The deep, dark green is a testament to their health and the effectiveness of the Aptus feeding regimen. Despite slower growth, they’re thriving in their own way. Cloning or Flipping to 12/12: I’ve been debating whether to: Flip to 12/12 for a week to induce pre-flowering and identify males and females, or Take clones when they’re large enough and flip the clones instead. Each approach has its benefits: Flipping the plants: Speeds up the process of sex identification but temporarily halts vegetative growth. Cloning and flipping the clones: Preserves the original plants in veg while testing the clones for sex. This method is more time-consuming but allows the mother plants to continue growing. I’m leaning toward cloning when the plants reach the right size, as it seems the most practical for maintaining momentum with these unique mutants. Photography Update: This week, I brought out my Nikon and Sony cameras again, using different lenses to capture the intricate details of the plants. From close-ups of water droplets creating reflections to stunning macros of leaf textures, the results truly showcase their beauty. Why Use a Camera Over a Phone? Lens Flexibility: With interchangeable lenses, I can adjust for macro shots, wide angles, or depth of field, something even the best phone cameras can’t fully replicate. Hi all, Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Thank you so much for your all support on this bananas journey 💜💚💜💚 Week 12 Jan 1 - Jan 7 I am so happy seeing how my girls are developing. All it's going great. 2 waterings of 8ltr on 03/01 no runoff and second on 06/01 9.5ltr! Runoffs PH at 6.2. Purchased larger dehumidifier and installed on 03/01 instantly humidity decreaseed from 55-59 to 50-55 on avg. and at night from 62-69 to 54-60. Light from 01/01 on max power output 110 watts. Nutes slightly adjusted. Buds on both girls gaining size, weight. Trichomes on Athena mostly milky and clear with only very few ambers. Xena mostly 50/50 clear and milky, They are smelling gorgeously, not sure if I should smoke or eat them first. Next week will still feed with nutes and keep an eye on trichomes development but it seems that girls are not in a hurry at all. That's okay me neither 😁 Stay tuned for next week entry very soon! Wow all her pistils have changed colour! Trichomes all milky! She's absolutely smashed flowering quick! She is as frosty and smelly as can be!! Will be harvested within 24h.

Finally split up the plants. The big auto has the 2x2 shower to herself now and the bathtub is plenty big for the smaller auto and the vegging bag seed/"mutant". Add the bath tub to the list of domestic areas in my home that Mary Jane has claimed :P Removing "grow big" from the nurse mix, despite it being recommended in the nute guide provided by fox farm that came with the trio I've been using, seemed to do wonders for the stunting/Yellowing. Unfortunately the top leaves on the bigger auto wilted seemingly irreparably (except for the middle one, like it's flipping me off for putting it through some rough shit >.<). All the other leaves perked back up and are in the process of uncurling. Thanks for all the answers, you guys. I'm gonna run a flush on these babies tonight or tomorrow. It's been 48 hours since their last watering of 1gal in a 5gal pot, so they should be good to go. Wish me luck!

This week was a good week too. Being from Canada. The weather was pretty cold outside but was around 18-20 indoors. Had to start humidifier as humidity dropped to 9% in my room next to window.

It's coming to the end at a rapid rate, she shows some violet shade, trichomes are milky and about 10% brown. So I will harvest this doctor, tomorrow. I have made splitting 3 days ago Here is day 56 of flowering

the seedlings germinated on September 22 in the biobizz light mix soil after 13 days I administered 1ml / lt. advanced nutrients ph perfect grow 1ml / lt. ph perfect micro 1ml / lt. 2ml / lt. b-52 2ml / lt voodoo juice after 4 days I repeated the fertilization with 1.4ml / lt of the main nutrients and 2ml / lt of b-52 after a few days I noticed some burnt tip signs of overfertilization so from day 12 I started giving demineralized water until the outflow for 3-4 times until a few days ago that I noticed a yellowing of the upper part and spots that look like calcium or potassium deficiency I was also wondering if I can do without the cal-mag since the ph perfect micro contains a lot of calcium. tomorrow I give the third dose of nutrients hoping they will recover since nothing has changed with the first two fertilizations Days 39 they do not seem mileage even after a week of fertilization even if at very low dosages the next time I increase the nutrients and let's see what happens Days 41 it looks like it's going well they still look nutrient deficient the next time we increase the dosage.

I really slacked at the end of this grow, my schedule changed drastically in the last month and I was unable to really take care of her the way I wanted. She yielded a 56 grams exactly.

420Fastbuds FBT2312/Week1 Week 1 update on these new sprouts. Been a week since they sprouted and so far seems good. I did switch from misting the top soil with my sprayer to feeding 500ml of water and 1/4tsp/gal strength General Hydroponics Calimagic about every other day. Started seeing some rust spots so I'll keep a close eye and make sure it doesn't get any worse. Over all Happy Growing

Day 76 - I was on holiday all this week so not many daily photos, was able to gather the Energy the day after I come home to give them there proper defoliation at the end of week 3. No complaints or problems as of yet with the strain very easy to grow with little maintenance

The lemon pie has sum stuff going on not sure if I under-watered her a little bit I did wait 4 days to water that one but I thought the soil was still good until I picked it up and it was light as a feather so I gave a cup of Ayer maybe a littler more and had I slight VPD problem I think it was 84 with like 50% humidity I added a second fan today it bounced up to 65% at 82 degrees! Please help am I over thinking or is this something bigger

Heatwave Tested, Veggie Blessed ☀️🌱 Rolling into Week 3 of veg, and this little mystery girl is looking absolutely beautiful. Compact, vibrant, and showing all the right signs of healthy growth. 💚🌿 This week brought the heat—literally. We hit over 40°C in direct sun, and although she definitely felt it, she powered through like a champ. No major signs of stress, just a little sun-kissed and stronger for it. 💪🔥 I gave her a solid dose of effective microorganisms a couple days before feeding with BioBizz Grow, and she’s been loving it. The green is deep and rich, and her structure is nice and tight. She’s holding up strong, bouncing back from the heat, and I’m super excited to see her take off in the coming week. Something tells me she’s got big plans… 🚀🌼
