04/02/24. Here we are starting week 6. Not too much has changed since last week. 2 of the girls leaves seem to be changing colors no matter what intensity of light I try, or what nutrients I give, or don’t. Both of their pistols have gotten really dark as well. #1 (middle plant) has stayed pretty dark green, pretty sure she has too much nitrogen before. Her pistols seem to be darkening much slower. It seems as the other 2 are very similar to each other, and seem more mature. I figured they would maybe drink less water as time went on but instead it seems they are drinking more than ever. Some days the soil is so dry and they look droopy after having been watered thoroughly the day before. Others they seem alright, so watering schedule is typically every other day unless they demand more. I’ve been giving them about a gallon- watering in very slowly. I also gave them some tea, which I’ve listed up top. Trying to help their leaves. Maybe this is just normal, but I don’t know, just think it’s too early for colors. The smell I mentioned in another week has gotten louder. I swear I smell spices mixed in there now too. It’s been nice out the past few days so I opened the windows. Oops. Could smell them outside. Smelled like weird spicy food cooking with a side of chemical, gas, and a skunk spraying? Yeah idk lol.

1/4 - fed 1gal distilled water, 6.0pH. Starting RAW nutes next feeding. 1/6 - first RAW feeding. Came out rather low ppm so I may double my feeding chart for flower. It gets the water moving nicely and I just drop the dry nutes in, mixes it for me and I can easily fine tune PH and test PPM without having to shake and take samples! Huge win. 1/10 - She's getting fatttttt!!! Long time to go but just sayin...my lady in veg needs at least 3 weeks so hopefully I'm not stepping on myself here soon!

Week 9 6/2-6/8 Now at the start of week 9, my outside gals, except L. Cake are now in flower. One of the last top view photos 6/2 of Opium shows flowers forming. She is over 6 feet tall. From the side view photo of Opium last week to the photos take 6/3 show a growth spurt compared to the zinnia in the flower stand behind Opium. This is the first week I’ve had to add nutrients to her feeding. Some lower leaves were yellow. Since I’ve been using amended soil, this indicates Opium is a heavy feeder. Nutrients in soils are used up and she is starting to use her own food sources. Our temperatures are nearing mid 80's with high humidity. The plants are requiring at least a gallon of water a day. 5 gallons well water TPS1 60ml used 1 gallon per plant =12ml Cal-Mag 25ml used 1 gallon per plant =5ml Recharge 5ml used 1 gallon per plant =1ml Signal 1.25ml PPM 1414, PH 6.93, Temp 82.5 Note I do not have to PH adjust my well water. Hi! Really awesome week behind us! Girls are growing soo quicke. Every day are higher and higher :) im trying be gently with nutriens and looks like its very enough for them :)will Back with some more pictures tomorrow. I thinking to do defoliation. I want to get rid of all leafs below net. From monday girls get canna booster for first time then week after i planning to start with pk 13/14. Also im order Terpinator so its its another powder for my ladies from new week :) my friend just love this product and recommend highly so i found to try :) fingers crossed i will back to you soon :) piece guys! Day 40 i found a mutations on jack herer leaf. In the centre of the leaf is growing new bud :) look on the last picture :)

6/18/22 By now I’m sure all of you following along are sick and tired of reading about how large of a plant she is, but DAMN she’s big! She takes up more space by herself than the other 5 plants in the tent with her. She is moving along nicely up the feed chart, and is now on the mid-bloom step 5 stage. Step 5 is the same as steps 3 & 4, so really nothing new to report. She took a whole gallon of water mixed with the following: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. The runoff was excellent, and its pH was also 6.2. 🤷‍♂️ The tent temperature was 86.9F, and humidity was 40%. I skipped feeding her yesterday because I was tired and not in the mood. Today she looked dry and somewhat flat before I fed her which is normal if I skip a day. However, she’s usually quick to come back to her normal chipper self after getting fed. It looks like I’m going to have to bend a couple more branches in the coming days ahead, but I’ll deal with all of that later. I’ll be so glad when she’s done growing! Happy growing everyone! 6/20/22 Skipped another day of feeding, but she didn’t get all limp as she has in the past. I finally just sat down inside the tent today after removing all of the other plants and did some serious defoliation. In addition to defoliating her, I also cut off a bunch of smaller branches that didn’t look like they were going to produce much. I figure it’s better to cut the shrubs off, so that the actual nodes get all the nutrients in order to produce some fat ass buds! My previous DarkStar cultivar I grew had some seriously large and dense nuggets, so I’m hoping for the same from her. She took another gallon of water today mixed with the same nutrients as the 18th, so I won’t list them again here. The initial pH was 6.3, and I didn’t adjust it. She had plenty of runoff, and the runoff pH was 6.2. The tent was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%. Stella was practically naked when I finished with her today, and I’m looking forward to seeing how she looks tomorrow. I’ve cleared out all the clutter, and I was also able to raise the light up a few more inches today using some other bands to connect it to the top of the tents frame. She is about 10 inches below the light now, but she still has a couple long branches that are within 6 inches of the light. It’s still better than it was earlier today when some of the buds were above the light. My grow room is doing great right now, and I hope all of yours are as well. Happy growing everyone! 6/23/22 I’ve been a neglectful grower as of late! I was busy outside the house yesterday, and didn’t have time to feed my girls. They all looked okay today, except Stella. I defoliated her to the extreme the other day, so she looks dryer than usual. However, she is a wonderfully strong cultivar which can withstand a lot of issues; such as high heat, as well as long periods without water. But she does have her limits to which I don’t want to find out. She took a whole gallon today with plenty of runoff. She received the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The initial pH was 6.3, and was not adjusted. Her runoff pH was 6.2, which is excellent! The tent temperature was 85F, with 51% humidity. Stella is mainly bud nodes at this point, and all of them are just starting to fatten up. I love this part of the grow! Watching something turn from nothing, to something amazing is awesome! Hectic week, started to find little mites . Ordered some predator mites to kill them I don't want to use spray during flower Realized I was overwatering, was traumatized from last nute burn First plant is looking like it's starting to turn light green- not happy about it. The buds are also very tiny on the first plant which is strange , vegged it way longer. Also waiting for the buds to hopefully connect and fatten up. Upped the nutrients to 840 ppm - hoping this will help fatten the buds up It says week 5 flower , but I do not consider the 1st week as flower as it is still in transition. I' Ordered 2nd vent fan- Temps and RH are very steady with minimal deviation Last soil grow for me, I have a clone in a hydro bucket dwc 2x4 tent and it grows substantially faster vs soil with no issues.

Our sweet lady survived a week of raind and intense wind, the golden rope you see was helping the buds to stay still and to help save branches from breaking. The lady is super sugary and sticky right now, but the buds seem like they are not gonna thicken more than that. This plant has been stressed multiple times during her lifetime, from broken branches to light overdose, she has been kept away from direct sunlight since than, so this is the cause we attribute to this slower growth. Our biggest doubt is about harvest time. The buds do not seem big at all, but they look very orange and the breed's harvest is said to be in mid October, so we should start flushing! While I think we should wait untill the last week of the month, F. says i's almost time for drying. 😵😲 Looking at some pics of last year's harvest I am afraid this lady is not going to produce as much as we tought, maybe because this is our first experience with so many nutrients. Hope someone can help about harvest and buds overall look 😬😬

Increased Buddy to 1mm p/l. Really impressed with these nutrients so far, there's been no problems or defeciences the entire grow. All plants look happy, healthy and green. This plant is at the back of the timelapses.

Sorry for the late post had a very busy period. The buds are great, good feedback from patients. First time I've been able to taste a fully organic bud and I can say I won't be going back!

everything is going very well, the girls have developed, we have found a hermaphrodite, what a surprise my colleague got when he found one with eggs, what a scare! I saw a video of a Mexican whose technique consists of breaking the male balls and letting the flower clean and do it every day as soon as new shoots come out, there comes a time when they no longer grow and only the female hairs follow, I will see that That's how it goes, if I can, when I visit the indoor, a photo of the hermaphrodite will be taken, only one of the girls, I don't know if she got stressed or what happened, the others continue to flower normally, big beautiful females, I'm amazed, how many showed my first crop, I see it great what do you think friends

This was the second grow cycle of the Lemon Skunk genetics. I'm happier with the way the second run turned out compared to the first. My yield was higher and one of the phenotypes turned out some stellar top nugs. This grow took way longer than it should have and I'm to blame for some of it. I think I should have went straight to 5 gallon pots instead of hopping into the 3 gallon pots. This cost me at least 2 weeks of extra veg time, maybe more. This harvest took 21+ days to dry. That's about a week longer than last time. I've had to prepare my report early to enter the Diary of the Month. I did a smoke sesh yesterday morning on a nug that's only been curing for 3 days. I'd much rather wait a month to fire some up and let it cure properly. I didn't get many followers or comments on this grow until it was approaching the end. I got the feeling that most people don't like this strain. I'm not really fond on growing it again for various reasons. Mostly because of the amount of labor involved with the trimming portion of the harvest. Maybe I just got some bad phenotypes. I wasn't really impressed with the way the terpenes touch my palate even though it smells really loud either.
