Going well only the future can tell

First time running hydroponics. And I’ll say it’s pretty easy although running into problems with ph rising cause of not using ro water so it started getting a potassium deficiency. I think I’m prepared for next run.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great week, the Glueberry OG Auto is finally in full blown flower at week 8 and I believe her vertical growth is just about done at 36" which is about perfect for this setup. She may grow a couple more inches but I'm hoping not too much because I have about 16" between her and the light. She is getting straight flower nutrients now as I transitioned her slowly over this past week. She is now feeding on silica, cal mag, and GH maxibloom. I will start to add some GH PK booster later this week slowly. I use GH KoolBloom to boost the PK of the maxibloom and continue with that mixture until I start to flush her around 4-5 days before harvest. I also have the Medic Grow Spectrum X set at 100% in the F1 Flower cycle, and I am now up to 90 minutes per day of UV/IR before lights off. My PH meter got a little crazy this week, but I think I caught it in time as I didn't really see any spots on the lower leaves. If I suspect my meter is off, I just test some of my well water because it has been steady at 6.3 since I moved in like 10 years ago. I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. Hey everyone! Hope you are all well and safe! I've numbered the photos by date to see the progress a little better, I have both my Spider Farmer and now I've the special queen photo period under its own light, now a mars hydro given to me by a friend :) Decided to get the scrog net up last night, first time using one so I'm looking forward to see how I get on. I've decided to come away from biobizz and move across to the remo range so I just gave the plants two litres of water on Monday. They've dried out rightly. I have an air line going into the bucket and making a tea! I can see slight frost on some of the leaves and the stems which is cool. All suggestions/tips welcome! Stay Frosty Bazza ✌️🏼

Finally we are done, I spent one 10 months on Durban Poison, this is my best sativa strain and im absolutely in love. So next report will be with some Clones of Durban Poison.

They grow so fast wow. The smell is incredible.. Exactly like skittles!!

Very very nice week

Girls are thirsty still! Been having to feed/water every third day! It’s been so hot and humid, the humidity was in check but the temps hovered around 82-84 degrees in the tent this week. Gave them a light feed, with emphasis on the micro and big bud, along with two straight ph’d waterings. Tricomes are mostly cloudy with a few amber, and some clear still hanging in there. Another week for sure, maybe two or close to it. It’s a 7-8 week flowering strain, but after 16 weeks of growing, I don’t want to rush to the finish. This coming feed will be their last with nutrients and then PH’d water till harvest. I don’t flush, I just “rinse” and allow the plant to take the remaining nutrients for about 4 feeds. This seems to have worked out the best for me, flavour and smoke wise… stay tuned, here comes the good part 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

22/08/18 - everything’s looking great I’m sure they will be finished stretching sometime this week and also should be getting an additional LED to add to the tent by the end of the week. Also started to lolly pop each plant took about a 1/4 of the leaves etc so far will see how it reacts to this to see if I can continue to 1/3. 24/08/18 - lookin good 48hr after I trimmed the bottom branches/big ass fan leaves in the shade looking miserable so i had to chop em. Still waiting on my extra led in the post.

She is beautiful and I know her bud is going to be fire!!! But good goodness she stinks!! Kind of like fruity garbage, rotting fruit. Her buds are huge and already pretty heavy ❤️❤️

So these 2 grew a little different, one from the other... They really thought me so much... Great growth all grow throughout and the low hight helped to avoid light burn, something I had trouble with last time. Will chop the second one in a few days time and add more info... Added some Bison pics

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant.
