This week I transplanted my little Strawberry Banana girl to a Big Girl Bed-LOL. Seriously though, I transplanted her to a large garden bed as opposed to 5 gallon pots like I usually do. I wanted to give this plant all the room she need to grow her very best. I'm curious to see if having a larger grow area will produce a larger plant. I am thinking more room for the roots to expand. My plant did not grow very much in height but the width of the leaves did grow. Weather has been very nice here this week.

This week is going good for the beach ball I noticed some nice growth coming in and started LST for the mini pot growth is not as vigorous will most like start feeding next week just to prolong it a little longer this is definitely a experience can’t wait for the next week!

D46 - The first day in the third week of flower. Not much to report. I'm pretty much just letting her go at this point, considering how stunted she is. I'm interested in what the result will be but I'm not really willing to spend much time or energy on her. D48 - I'm starting to see more discolored leaves on her, and I suspect that she has thrips considering that I had (have?) them in my other tent. I can't spray her with anything as she is in flower, and I already have a bag with predatory mites on her, so I've done what I can really can. In any case, she is more of a project at this point. The good news is that I think I have discovered why she is stunted. I read online about transplanting when they mentioned that it was important not to transplant when the plant is too dry, as it can cause the root structure to fall apart and thus shock your plant. Well, that is precisely what happened. During the transplant, my girl was dry and lost some earth, which disturbed the roots. 100% user error, as I suspected since this was my first time transplanting. Usually, I plant directly in the final container. I need more training (obviously), so I have started a new grow where I plan to transplant the girls a couple of times. D52 - The end of yet another week. She is getting frosty but is of course still stunted and tiny lol.

One plant, previously pushed through intentional overwatering conditions, did not recover. Root zone remained compromised, oxygen exchange was limited, and overall plant vitality continued declining. What we observed: • Persistent droop and lack of turgor recovery • Slowed or stalled bud development • Increased risk profile (humidity pockets, potential for rot/microbial issues) At this stage in flower, the plant wasn’t just underperforming — she was becoming a liability to the room. So the decision was made: ✂️ Harvest early, remove risk, protect the ecosystem. Yield was minimal — but that was never the point. This plant served as a living case study. 💡 Key takeaway for the community: Overwatering is not about “too much water” — it’s about lack of oxygen in the root zone. Once that balance is lost for too long, recovery becomes unlikely. Respect to her. She taught more than she produced. ⸻ 🌱 The Rest of the Garden — Absolute Explosion Now… the contrast. The remaining plants are doing the exact opposite. things are still on the go..Looking at the tricomes the are still clear with hints of cloudy.. Coming along pretty well. Im just watering with plain water now and just enough for a light runoff. Ec is low already and I don't think I can get it to anything less. Just doing routine maintenence this week. There has been no change in the colour of the leaves and this is the 11th day of. plain water.. Its all a waiting game.. I also changed the light schedule to a 11-13...... its supposed to help in trichome ripening... I hope. 😀 The vanilla Kush looks ready but I'm not sure. If anyone has an opinion on how much longer please share

New week, new growth. So we have done another defoliation to allow the lower shoots to be exposed to the lights which equal to a better yield come flower time, they always need a day or 2 recover after being put under any stress, especially if its an extreme amount of leaves being taken off. They were also lollipoped to clear up and messy under growth and to improve airflow under the canopy. I also took clones from each of these. Paying close attention to the EC and pH. Increasing and decreasing as and when I need to going off what the plants show me. Close to flower now. A few days to go! Entering week 7, preparing the plants for flowering. Some will probably need a little more time, so I might give them a bit more than a week of vegetative growth. And I'm also making my first clones! With great results!
