04/01/2023 - 56 days since my little girl sprouted from a seed Third week of bloom for my NYC Diesel 🍋🍊 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - the girl responded well to the change in nutrients, so I continue to feed the same as last week when I adjusted the nutrients for flowering Jungle Environ X - bud stimulators 🌼 Bud Candy - bud stimulators 🌼 Atami - ATA Calmag - it is recommended to use Calmag when growing under LED lights I stopped the Hesi Root Complex - no longer recommended this week Training: LST: just a slight LST, I attached some small twigs with string to let more light shine on them 💡💡 Defoliation: I did more defoliation so that the leaves do not shade the already forming buds and the plant can breathe freely - this was necessary for NYC Diesel, it was very leafy 🍃🍃 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000, the girls are doing amazing under this great light, I can see a big difference compared to my past results 💡💡💓 In general: The girl is very strong, she has a strong stem - trunk, that is the basis for a proper plant 🌴. As the only girl in the tent, it's not a sativa, but a hybrid, which is fine with me, so the girl isn't as high as the others. Buds are already forming at the ends of the twigs 🌸 and there are many branches 🌾. It resembles a small dense bush. I dry trimmed everything I harvested. What I mean is I cut all fan leaves while the plant was still in the ground. I trimmed what I could and hung the whole plant for a few days then separated branches. The ice cream cake and the large seedling are both still hanging intact. Ice cream cake was easy as it grew more like a sativa them the indicas I usually grow. Plant reached a height of 9 to 10 feet. Yield was some what diminished due to septoria. This strain seemed particularly sensitive to plant diseases.

She is officially on the 6th week now and here was how week 5 went! It was the most dramatic week so far, really started to fill out now and even the popcorn buds and starting to get some weight too. Now it’s just waiting for her to finish swelling then hopefully we will see her nearly ripened by end of next week! Smells fab! I can understand where the cookie idea comes from, my room smells like I have a warm batch of a variety of biscuits and cookies fresh out the oven cooling off!

New flowering continues to develop on this lady, she seems to be swelling up day by day. Yellowing of the fan leaves has started which usually means it's time to flush, I need to check the trichomes to see how amber they appear before I do just in case the flavour or yield could be effected.

Going great. Really seeing the p/k boost kicking in. Flowers stacking and growing in girth. This is far more important than length, ask my wife. It’s true. Really. Anyway it’s good.

ph meter is broken. i use ghe liquid to read ph lol ph goes down every night. 650ppm is still too high for this strain, drinks a liter everyday i need a bluelab ph/ec meter 2 Februari: the buds start to appear on the hydro plant with thc everywhere lol

This strain was a pleasure to grow. No problems presented at all. She is very stress resistant and has some unique structural formations. She smells like a variety of citrus flavors when grown but after being harvested she smells exactly like an orange grove.

I didn’t take pictures before defoliation but these pics are from after the fact So you can only imagine. So many bud sites she should be stacked!!! The game plan is to move her into a 5 gallon once I get a chance this week. Glacial, 2-8-4 and some kelp meal will be used.

They have shown sex and seem to have grown multiple pistils from calyxes so I'm hoping there going to continue to flower. 🙏 Shot up in the last week and two smaller ones have now become two tallest. Trying to convert a branch on the tallest fastest growing middle plant using a home made STS solution!
